An Unforgettable Anniversary Stay at Naiyang Marriott Our stay at Naiyang Marriott turned a special occasion into a truly unforgettable memory. It was our anniversary trip, and with little time to spare beforehand, we hadn't had the chance to coordinate anything with the hotel. I sent off a quick email in the early hours of the morning, never expecting much — yet to my surprise, PHAICHIT SOUTHACHAK replied almost immediately and took it upon themselves to arrange everything for our celebration. When we checked in and opened the door to our room, we were absolutely stunned — surprised and deeply moved. In just three short days at Naiyang, the staff made our trip genuinely heartwarming. The concierge, the front desk team, the housekeeping staff — every one of them was exceptional. Across a week in Phuket, we stayed at three different hotels, and Naiyang stands out as the brightest highlight of our holiday. There's a world of difference between simply doing something and wanting to do it well. The breakfast spread was remarkably rich, with eggs prepared in so many different ways, and multilingual cards placed right on each table — as if they were worried you might miss out on trying even one option, haha. At other hotels in Phuket and Bangkok, breakfast may be offered simply because the brand requires it, but they won't give you clear cards or tell you what's available — which means guests never truly get to enjoy the full experience. At Naiyang, it's obvious they genuinely care. The warm concierge, the dedicated front desk staff — everyone was wonderful. My only regret is that I didn't manage to remember all of their names. I can't wait to return to Naiyang again!

Amazing resort and experience
From the moment you arrive at the resort it’s a beautiful view. Location is so close to hotel and in walkable distance to a small fishing village. The resort was clean, well maintained and well kept. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. My room had a swim out from patio so it was amazing. Coming during low season did not disappoint. Breakfast Buffett is a must and it was presented well and tasted amazing. It’s definitely worth it to stay here. They even delivered a cake to my room and made it to special for my birthday.

Relaxing family holiday in paradise
We did not want to leave! This was a special week spent in Marriott Nai Yang. The room was gorgeous, staff so warm and welcoming (in particular with our toddler). The food is beautiful and so reasonably priced, you must checkout Mama’s restaurant. The staff arranged a driver for us to visit some landmarks in Phuket which was fabulous. Anna and her team couldn’t have done more for us, we will return in the near future.

Wonderful experience and very good to member
Near to the beach with wonderful sunset. Everyday the sunset is so beautiful. We really enjoy the villa here. And it very nice to Marriott members. Highly recommend. The room is well-maintained. Even it open more than 10 years. And the price is affordable! The breakfast here also very good.
