Quiet and relaxing
perfect place to rejuvenate at the start + end of a busy holiday in thailand. Staff were genuinely helpful and friendly.

Not Marriott. Do not expect anything like that.
We stayed here 5 years ago. It was a good hotel. Now it’s a broken bed in the room. impolite personal who hardly speaks English. Terrible breakfast- for those who wants more than eggs fruit and tea. No meat. Not as a hot meal or soup. Only sausage or bacon. It was a surprise. First time we saw that the hotel doesn’t serve any meat for breakfast- no chicken nor beef- no other meat at all. When they asked me how your breakfast was I tried to explain that we guests would like to eat meat, they angrily answered that they have and showed me crispy oily bacon which they add to your fried eggs.. that’s the breakfast in Marriott? Right next to the hotel there is a big construction now. Nowhere to go outside the hotel, stinky surroundings with garbage not pleasant for walking. For 100usd per night (which we first thought it was a bargain) you can stay at much better place than this “not Marriott”

Phuket Marriott Nai Yang
Very nice experience at the hotel. Mamie at the front desk was particularly helpful facilitating an excellent upgrade to a 2 bed villa which felt premium. Very friendly staff overall with Bailey at the restaurant, Lisa for cleaning and Daimond serving drinks by the pool. Relaxed chilled quiet atmosphere with a nice beach but the adjacent public beach was dirty. 15 mins walk to Nai Yang and short trip from airport are pluses. Overall decent value especially for level of service.

Phuket dream hotel
Magical in every way! Staff was so kind, room was 5 stars, location is magic. Private, quiet, 15 min walk in sand to town/restaurants.

Highly recommended hotel
Brilliant hotel. Staff were excellent and were always attentive. Food was first class. The whole stay was faultless. Would definitely stay at the hotel again.
