Phuket Marriott Resort & Spa

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Marriott Phuket Nai Yang Beach Resort & Spa. The staff were truly friendly and welcoming across all areas of the hotel. I would especially highlight the breakfast team and the restaurant The Andaman Kitchen, who were incredibly attentive to detail. As someone who is gluten intolerant, I really appreciated how, after mentioning it once, the team consistently took it into account throughout our stay 🥰. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. We also really enjoyed Mama's Kitchen, which offers very good traditional Thai dishes. The hotel design creates a relaxing atmosphere. The only small point to mention is the beach directly in front of the hotel, the sea can be quite shallow and far out, with the water level rising only a few hours per day. However, if you walk a bit to the right, the beach conditions improve. The hotel also offers kayaking, which we really enjoyed during high tide. Overall, we had a very good stay.

We recently stayed here following the cancellation of our flight due to the UAE airspace closure. We chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport and our love of the Marriott brand! We were impressed from the moment we arrived. What a gorgeous tranquil setting. Special thanks to the lovely and helpful Mook in reservations and the smiley and friendly Molly on reception. Breakfast was plentiful and everything you could hope for. Our pool view room was perfect. We loved the pool area and the vast beach. Yes the sea is far out but the beach is still beautiful. We enjoyed to walk out to the small island (at low tide) and if you do this at sunset then wow! We also walked along the beach to the Nai Yang village (10 min walk) and were really impressed with the vast amount of restaurants in the village. We especially liked Phens on the beach. There are a couple of thai restsurants on the beach right next to the hotel and we enjoyed lunch here a couple of times. We especially liked Kiaw Food Shack. The hotel have a sunset ritual on the beach most evenings which we enjoyed. Complimentary drinks whilst listening to live music and an open fire to toast marshmallows. Just a lovely way to end the day. We also saw horses running along the beach. We really enjoyed our unexpected stay here and would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you Marriott Nai Yang.

If you’re looking for chill vibes, this place is perfect. It’s right on a super quiet beach (none of the crazy crowds) The room was big, super clean, and the bed was so comfortable. The whole place just feels really relaxed and well taken care of. Huge shoutout to the staff too, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Especially "K.Molly and K.Anna" at the front desk. As soon as they noticed I’m pregnant, they upgraded my room and made sure it was close to the elevator—without me even asking. I was honestly so impressed with how thoughtful and caring their service was. Food was a win. Breakfast had a ton of options. And I really enjoyed the dinner at Big Fish restaurant. Would 100% come back again.

I had a fantastic stay at Phuket Marriott Resort and Spa Nai Yang Beach and I would like to specially commend the front office team for their excellent service. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. A big thank you to Molly and Nancy, who truly went above and beyond to make my stay extra comfortable. They kindly arranged a room upgrade for me, which was such a pleasant surprise and also assisted with a late check-out — something I really appreciated as it made my travel plans much more convenient. Both of them were warm, professional & always ready to help with a smile. Their genuine hospitality made a big difference and made me feel very well taken care of Highly recommended 👍🏻 and I would definitely love to return!
