Highly recommended Holiday Destination
We've just returned from a wonderful two week stay at the Phuket Marriott Resort Nai Yang beach. What can we say except everything was perfect! The staff were all so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. In particular we would like to thank Anna in reception who dealt with all our queries quickly and efficiently (and with a smile). We celebrated our 35th Wedding Anniversary during our stay and Adi went above and beyond with his customer care to arrange special decorations and cake in our room to greet us on return from dinner, making it an even more memorable evening. We spent a lot of time sunbathing by the pool. Jarat, who was responsible for managing the pool area, was very friendly and helpful and was always talking to guests to ensure they had everything they needed to enjoy their holiday. We were continually supplied with glasses of iced water throughout the day by Rit and Tian - a great idea implemented by Jarat. This was a very welcome gesture as the weather was so hot. We have been on many sun holidays over the years and this is the first time we have ever had this service provided. Well done Jarat. All the meals we had at the hotel were delicious. The breakfast buffet is enormous with a big variety of different cuisines. Mama's Kitchen was our favourite restaurant and is right next to the beach. We were always well looked after but in particular we would like to thank Kam, Nuch and Beer who would always spend time talking to us and having a laugh. A great holiday destination. Outstanding Care and Genuine Humanity
I would like to express my deepest appreciation and heartfelt thanks to the hotel team, with a very special thank you to Pai. During a difficult moment with our young child, Pai took care of us and personally accompanied us to the hospital with incredible kindness, calm, and professionalism. Her support meant a great deal to us and made a stressful situation much easier. This level of care and humanity is truly exceptional. We are deeply grateful and will never forget it.

Would recomend but hesitantly...
Disabled friendly. Very clean, great service, restaurants, spa, gym and more. Expensive compared to other hotels at the same level, which is reflected in extras such as water sports, spa, cosmetic treatments, pilates, etc, some of them do not always working. There are no activities such as games or activities at ghe pool being a hotel for relaxation but on the other hand, includes families with children and youth. There are free shuttles to the center of Phuket only twice a day, in the morning and at noon, and not in the afrernoon/ evenings when people want to go out to spend time in shopping centers. Disapointed for some services like the pilates which is not profesional and at the spa, the manicure products are old and the same day color of nails just peeled off, booked for a repair and then I confirmed that the nail colors were dry /expired.
