Wonderful surprise!
Without going into details, I arrived at the resort and there was a little mix up. I asked politely and did not kick up a fuss and the team here did something out of the ordinary. I cannot possibly speak of the issue and the solution, otherwise, the team here would be having massive headaches. Everyone at the front desk were very helpful and Molly was a champ! The Big Fish restaurant was fantastic. The breakfast was lovely and they serve wonderful lunches too. I am very glad for what they have did and to be honest, I only needed something very simple and they went above and beyond. Thank you to the Nai Yang team!

Marriott Nai Yang stay
Despite only one night stay, I really enjoyed this trip. The staff here are very friendly and nice. I must mention the bar tender, Sun, in big fish bar, I left my key there and he ran about several hundreds meters to return it to me while I even didn’t realize I lost the key. The lady Pai at the reception was also nice.

Stay at The Marriott Resort Phuket, Nai Yang Beach.
I recently went to Phuket with my family and stayed at the Marriott Resort, Nai Yang beach. Our stay was absolutely incredible. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, particularly Anna and Billy, who went out of their way to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. The ambiance of the hotel is relaxing, and is great for anyone who is looking for a serene place to lay back and enjoy the atmosphere. The breakfast spread was outstanding with a wide array of dishes and flavors. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place.

Magnificent Marriott.
I visited w my Thai partner.we couldn’t be any more impressed! The room is absolutely magnificent. Huge pool adjacent to beach, umbrellas, massive trees, lounge and beds, are pristine and remarkably relaxing. Breakfast buffet was superb: big selection, quality options, excellent attitude and effort by all staff, first rate start to your day, any day. The staff, managers, reception ( Mamie, fantastic) are all cheerful, kind, caring and very professional. This property is perfection… Thankyou!
