Perfect end to our holiday.
Wonderful final stop of our family holiday. It offered modern luxuries, excellent customer service and plenty to keep the kids entertained. Adi was brilliant at getting us checked in and ensuring our needs were met, we really appreciated him arranging a late check out for us. Really enjoyable final night of our holiday and we particularly enjoyed the cocktail hour for Bonvoy members and the entertainment provided. The beach was vast and the village was easily walkable via the beach which offered alternative eating and drinking options should you wish. We ate and drank at the hotel and it was a very nice way to end our trip. The gym was modern, 24 hours and had good air con. Only 10 /15 minutes from the airport was an added bonus!

Great experience
The room was very clean and comfortable. Variety of food at breakfast and the food was tasty. The hotel is built very nicely. The decoration fits the island atmosphere. The hotel staff was very helpful and kind. Took care of every need we had. Great experience.

A Third Unforgettable Stay – Like Coming Home to Paradise!
This was our third unforgettable stay at the Marriott Nai Yang, and we’re already looking forward to returning. Every time we come here, we feel completely at home — and yet the staff manages to create an experience that makes us feel like truly special guests. The hotel is nestled in a beautiful, secluded location, surrounded by lush greenery and a rich variety of birds. Every morning we woke up to the most amazing birdsong, as if nature itself was saying good morning. But the true magic of this place comes from the people who work here. From early morning until late at night, the staff go above and beyond to make guests feel like they’re in paradise. We were especially impressed by the senior manager, who professionally orchestrated every detail of the hotel’s operations — from check-in to room service and even the gardeners’ work. We stayed for three weeks and saw him every morning at breakfast, not just supervising, but actively helping the team serve guests. Receiving my breakfast omelet directly from him was an incredibly touching moment — I want to express my sincere gratitude and respect. We also want to thank Mr. Adi for his warm and attentive hospitality. Special thanks go to Joey — a wonderfully friendly and welcoming young man who made a lasting impression. Staff members like Joey, bartenders Jero and Billy, the kind waitress Saya and her team, the Mama’s Kitchen crew, the chef Mama herself, the sweet Nina from the front desk, and the talented SPA therapist Jane (who truly brought me back to life!) — they are the soul of this hotel. Their warmth and professionalism create an atmosphere that makes you never want to leave… and always want to come back. Thank you all for everything. We can’t wait to return and see you again! A little slice of paradise
Beautiful resort, amazing staff, and an all round wonderful vacation. Delicious food, well maintained grounds with close access to the hustle and bustle of Nai Yang Beach, if this is of interest. We will return most definitely next year!!

What a place ! Everything you could ask for and more! Friendly staff, great facilities and amazing service ! We cant wait to come back here again and would highly recommend to anyone coming to Thailand . Everything I wanted , needed and more ! Thank you for making our 5 days simply amazing
