Our stay at Rosewood Phuket was nothing short of extraordinary and stands as one of the finest travel experiences of my life. The property is breathtaking—lush, serene, and impeccably designed to feel both intimate and expansive. Our villa was a private sanctuary: beautifully appointed, deeply calming, and effortlessly luxurious. Every detail reflected thoughtfulness and refinement, making it impossible not to relax completely. What truly distinguishes Rosewood Phuket is the people. Our butler, Nan, was exceptional—gracious, intuitive, and attentive in a way that felt genuinely personal. Midway through our stay, a minor travel mishap after sampling street food on Bangla Road became a testament to the resort’s care. Nan appeared with tea and toast, checking in with quiet warmth, while Khun Mos at the restaurant ensured I was comfortably nourished with the kindest attention once I was able to get out and about. The care felt natural, not performative—true hospitality at its best. The culinary program across the resort is outstanding. Executive Chef Luca and Chef Luigi set a remarkable culinary standard, and unexpectedly delivered in Phuket some of the best Italian food I’ve ever had! Khun Paul, Khun Kevin, and Khun Toon made each meal on the property feel polished, welcoming, and memorable. Night time buggy rides with Khun Nut through the softly lit grounds were a charming close to each day. One of the most special highlights of the entire trip was the recommendation to visit the little Bukit Farm. Eating in nature and enjoying extraordinary dishes sourced directly from the farm was unforgettable—beautiful, grounding, and deeply meaningful. Every interaction reflected care, grace, and excellence. Rosewood Phuket is not simply a resort—it is an experience defined by beauty, intention, and extraordinary people. I cannot recommend it highly enough and would stay there forever if I could.

Seriously good food and beverage and A-1 staff. Very popular with young attractive people…some with young kids. Nice clean interiors.

just for context i travel for work weekly (usually ritz carlton level) and we spend our vacations at places like the four seasons or aman. i’m used to great service so my expectations are usually pretty high, but this is one of the few spots that actually exceeded them just splurge on it, you seriously won’t regret it. the site and the rooms are beautiful but the service is the real difference maker. i had a boat trip planned with a 5am wake up and like 15 mins before i was leaving i realized the tour operator messaged the night before saying we were responsible for our own food... which was a huge issue since we were gonna be out all day. i asked the hotel if there was anything they could do and they had breakfast boxes with coffee, juice, pastries, sandwiches and fruit ready to go in like 10 minutes. everything from the golf cart rides to the pool service to the housekeeping staff not even flinching when i asked for 5 huge bottles of water at turn down... the service is just next level. don’t overthink it, just book it. i promise it’s actually worth the money.

My husband & I stayed at the Rosewood Phuket for a few days on our honeymoon. Unfortunately, the weather was cloudy & rainy for our whole stay, so we didn't get quite the experience we were hoping for. However, the hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable & relaxing. We especially loved the breakfast and the food at Ta Khai, which was above & beyond what I expect from hotel food, even at a 5-star resort like this. The staff was friendly, helpful, & welcoming. I especially want to give a shoutout to Fern, who works at the reception desk, and Chef Mel, who hosted our private cooking class. She was well-prepared, thorough, & a great teacher of her craft. The one drawback to this hotel is its location. It's about 1.5 hours from the airport. If you're hoping to have a night out in the main downtown area of Phuket during your stay here, be prepared for a long ride both ways.
