Our stay at Rosewood Phuket was absolutely incredible from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the service was flawless but what truly made our experience exceptional was the attention and care from Tokyo. Tokyo was incredibly diligent in making sure every single need for me and my wife was taken care of, often before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging dinner reservations, organizing transportation, or making sure our villa was stocked just the way we liked, everything was handled with such efficiency that it felt completely effortless on our end. What impressed us most was how seamless the entire process felt. Every request was met with a warm smile and handled quickly, making our time here completely stress free. Thanks to Tokyo and the entire Rosewood team, we were able to simply relax, enjoy the stunning surroundings, and create unforgettable memories together. If you are looking for a luxury stay where every detail is taken care of, Rosewood Phuket is the place and Tokyo is a shining example of world class hospitality.

You work hard, you endure daily stress, and you only get a week off every 6 months? Then splash out and go to the rosewood in Phuket. From the moment they collect you at the airport (honestly, don’t penny pinch on taxis and queue up ) to when they are receiving you at the lobby the experience is curated and tailored to your every needs. The food isn’t cheap by Thai standards but it’s very reasonable by international standards. When you overlay the quality then it’s really value for money. Do yourself a favour. Spoil yourself.

Where do we even start?! Every single thing about this place was magical. My husband and I came here for the first stop on our honeymoon and just … wow. The property is stunning and well maintained. The rooms are luxurious - our bed felt like sleeping in a cloud. The food was the best we have ever had at a resort - from the lunch items by the pool (HIGHLY recommend the soft shell crab sandwich), to the Thai and Italian restaurants. The drinks were also wonderful - try the tom yum Mary for a fun take on a Bloody Mary. I think what stood out the most though was the service. Every staff member knew who we were and went above and beyond for us. We got free champagne delivered to us at the pool every day, free shots of whiskey at dinner. The staff loved to tell us about Thailand and recommendations on where to go next. They genuinely wanted us to have the most incredible experience, and we really did. So sad to leave but cannot wait to come back. If you’re not sure where to stay, you truly can’t go wrong.

Our stay here was fantastic! The staff was phenomenal, especially our butler Natcha. We were immediately greeted as soon as the car pulled up to the property. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We felt like we were the only people in the resort except at the pool and at restaurants. The beach and pool staff is great a well. Highly recommend this for your stay in Phuket.

We recently stayed at the Rosewood Phuket and it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had anywhere in the world. The rooms, the restaurants, the beach and pools - everything was gorgeous. But what really made it stand out was the service. Every single person we met went out of their way to make sure we were having a great time. It was next-level hospitality. The food was a highlight—Ta Khai was our favorite meal of the entire trip. It had the most flavorful, authentic dishes we experienced in all of Thailand. The set menu was perfect for trying a bit of everything. And the setting - with gardens and ponds and the beach backdrop - was so peaceful and beautiful. We also loved Red Sauce - the chef there is from Italy and was so passionate and knowledgeable. You could tell he genuinely cared about every dish he served. But the absolute standout of our stay was our butler, Khun Nan. From the minute we arrived, she was on top of everything. She helped coordinate our plans, made all of our dinner and buggy arrangements, double-checked tour details and flights, and managed so many little details we didn’t even have to think about. I think we texted her a hundred times over our stay and she never missed a beat. What impressed us most was how intuitive she was—she would show up with umbrellas just before it started to rain, bring towels before a boat trip, or book a private van when we weren’t even sure where we wanted to go. She made things effortless and fun, and really helped us make the most of our time in Phuket. Nan is incredible and deserves major recognition for the care and attention she puts into her work. She is a true gem—professional, intuitive, warm, and incredibly capable. Her service was, quite simply, flawless. She genuinely made our trip special—and we can’t wait to come back.
