The Slate

This was our third visit here and it was a great start to our holiday. Beautiful grounds and we had a spacious room overlooking the infinity pool. The breakfast is still excellent even though it is busy. If you want eggs, you now have to order at the egg station and then wait at your table for it to arrive. We preferred it when you could watch the chef cook it and then get your sides (which happened when we last came). The selection at breakfast was very good. The adult infinity pool was still very good and some days fruit was brought round the pool. I had forgotten my charger for my garmin sports watch and Fridah on reception helped me buy a new one on the same day without leaving the resort. She was excellent! It’s a lot busier outside the resort than when we last visited 8 years ago and now there is a lot of choices of restaurants. Disappointingly we were unable to go to black ginger during our stay as this was fully booked on our last two evenings. Rivet bar happy hour is worth an evening visit.

An outstanding hotel !!! We stayed in January 2026 as a couple. Absolutely outstanding stay from the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. The hotel’s lush, beautifully maintained gardens create a tranquil oasis, and the unique, artistic decor throughout the property adds a special touch of elegance and character. The swimming pools are stunning, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind, we always found a sun-lounger. We loved how close the hotel is to the beach—just a short stroll and you’re on the sand with lots of little restaurants and shops and bars and massage shops. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Thanks a million ! One point about the noise: the gardens are enormous and some of the rooms are near the border with the beach and all the bars. Our room number 3228 block N was so close to the bars on the beach so that the noise from the beach was easy to hear. It didn't bother us, but if you're very sensitive to noise it's worth asking for a room situated in the center of the grounds where you hear only the birds in the trees and nothing else.

We celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary in this stunning hotel. Everything was perfect the hotel is aesthetic and design to every aspect, this hotel is most definitely deserving of its five star standards. The staff is exceptionally attentive, professional and so friendly. We were made feel so welcome during our stay. From the check-in staff, to breakfast staff, restaurant staff, spa staff, pool staff each and every one of the staff made our holiday so enjoyable. we had diner at the Black Ginger and it was amazing !!! The hotel is located right beside a beautiful beach Nai Yang. Located minutes from the airport and the area are small but quiet and relaxed with plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars and stalls

This hotel is unique in every detail. Pool areas are so cosy that one could spend the whole day there. Also the room with balcony is nice that reminds me of cottage in the paradise. Hotel breakfast is the best one I’ve ever been to, and I mean not only food but the atmosphere. Location by the beach and all the services adjacent.
