Perched high atop Cape Panwa, villas at Sri Panwa feel like tropical rainforest tree houses – on three sides, glass windows reveal a panoramic expanse of the Andaman Sea and a terrace infinity pool melts into the horizon. A white sand beach invites long lounging days at the bottom of the craggy hillside, while at the very top a sexy rooftop bar beckons with the perfect sundowner cocktail. If a postcard of paradise could be three dimensional, this is what it would look like.

This is not my first visit and this will not be last too. Because Sri Panwa and team takes it to the next level with their top notch hospitality and activities. No other words to describe our satisfaction.

A hotel nestled on a hill top with views to the ocean... A myriad of different room styles, something for everyone, most with private pools. The hotel has buggy service to get you around the resort.. steep hills.. so needed.. Tennis, gym etc.. Great facilities.. Good good yet the best thing about the hotel is the staff they really can't do enough for you..

We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the beautiful view and lovely private beach. Most of the staff were friendly and accommodating, which we truly appreciated. However, our check-out experience left us with a very unpleasant memory. Just as we were about to leave for the airport with all our luggage already loaded into the vehicle, one staff member suddenly approached us claiming that their laundry cloth bag was missing from the room. We were asked to either return it or pay for it — in front of other guests. This was deeply embarrassing, as we were treated as if we had stolen something. We had to unpack and search through our personal belongings to find our own used clothes bag, only to realise it was just a basic cloth sack. In all my years of frequent travelling as a Level 8 Google Guide, I have never encountered such treatment from a hotel. It was an unnecessary and humiliating experience that overshadowed the otherwise pleasant aspects of our stay. If the hotel has concerns about missing items, it would be better handled through a discreet and professional process rather than confronting guests publicly at check-out.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed at Sri Panwa as a family of five and had the most incredible holiday! We booked the LV 2-Bedroom Villa, and it was absolutely perfect for both kids and adults – spacious, luxurious, and with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The resort is like a mini city with so much to do! Our daughter loved the dedicated play areas, and there were plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. The private beach was stunning and peaceful, and the Tuk Tuk service around the resort was such a fun and convenient touch. We absolutely loved dining at Baba Iki – delicious food, great service, and a beautiful setting. We also got the mango sticky rice scrub at Cool Spa, which was heavenly and left out skin soft and glowing. 10/10 We were lucky enough to meet Khun Wan, the Managing Director, who was such an amazing host – incredibly kind to us and clearly treats his staff with exceptional care and respect. It’s easy to see how his leadership creates such a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the resort. A special mention to the rest of the staff – every single person we met was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The housekeeping team were exceptional, with our villa spotless every time we returned. Sri Panwa truly has it all – luxury, family-friendly facilities, world-class service, and unforgettable experiences. We left with big smiles and can’t wait to come back

The hotel is old and urgently need renovation. The signs are everywhere - bathroom, showers, furniture. Everything is super old. Even towels has a lot of wear on it. To my opinion it is unacceptable for the 1000$ per night. The biggest regret is breakfast - there no almost nothing for European.

The hotel is FANTASTIC with a beautiful setting, incredible food, and wonderful staff. Gym is modern and large. Spa is awesome. Swimming pool is also a lap pool. It is on its own little peninsula so is private and protected. All the rooms have great ocean views. Finally, I highly recommend the Mojitos – the best I have ever had, anywhere. We will definitely return.
