The Surin Phuket

Abbiamo soggiornato 6 notti in un meraviglioso bungalow sulla spiaggia. L‘albergo si trova lontano dal famoso caos di Phuket ed è un bene. Il posto è un incanto : su una delle spiagge più belle di phuket. La stanza è spaziosa, in legno con un bagno molto grande . A disposizione capelli , ciabattine ,infradito e borsa da spiaggia. Non parliamo di una struttura lussuosissima. E‘ un lusso discreto , semplice un po‘ âgé. Il mini bar è a disposizione, tranne i super alcolici e gli snack . La nostra stanza era proprio sulla spiaggia… ho ancora in ricordo il mare , la bellezza e il rumore delle onde . La colazione è varia e di qualità . Si può ordinare a la carte . Ci sono dim sum specialità thailandesi ed internazionali e si trova nell‘edificio principale . Per raggiungere la Hall, il ristorante e la biblioteca con un tavolo da biliardo ci sono molti scalini che non rendono facile l’accesso a persone con difficoltà motorie . In alternativa disponibili dei buggy elettrici . Gli scalini sono un ottimo modo per fare movimento ed assaporare la bellezza del meraviglioso giardino . La piscina è bellissima e si affaccia sulla spiaggia. La spiaggia di sabbia è stupenda . L’ albergo se la divide con l’ Amanouri. Sono disponibili ombrelloni e lettini ,attrezzature per attività sportiva in acqua. Noi non ne abbiamo mai usufruito visto che avevamo la stanza in spiaggia . Il personale è gentilissimo e preparato, sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. La spa è incredibile . I massaggi e i trattamenti sono top ed eseguiti da mani esperte . Il ristorante thailandese è buonissimo , mai mangiato un thai così . Anche il ristorante internazionale è di ottima qualità . Alla partenza la macchina privata ci ha accompagnato all’aeroporto e un dipendente dell‘albergo ci ha fatto addirittura il check in e tutto il disbrigo delle pratiche . Mai avuto un sevizio del genere. Siamo stati molto bene al The Surin. A presto e grazie

We stayed at this location a few years ago, and when we left, we had fallen in love with their shampoo, conditioner, and bath gelscents. We finally ran out of our products last month. I contacted the concierge there a few weeks ago, and they arranged a package of shampoos to be sent to our house in the USA. Of course we paid the shipping and handling cost, but they went out of their way to make sure that we could continue to enjoy these products. A small thing, but it epitomizes the service that you get at this hotel. We cannot say enough about this hotel, and the people there. Over 8000 miles away, and they continue to impress!

The Surin Phuket is located on a private beach. The villas are similar to a treehouse. There are many stairs and no elevator but there are golf carts to transport people if required. Comfortable beds and bedding. The hotel provides the best breakfast we have had in Southeast Asia including the Mandarin Oriental in Bangkok. The rest of the restaurants are equally outstanding as we didn’t feel the need to leave the property for meals. There is a nice mixture of Thai Italian and seafood.

The hotel is really nice the service attentive and the food and service is good. Would love to have more bar & restaurant options. I found the black pool very original and the best part was the spa. Best massage ever. Don’t hesitate to take the Thai option is wonderful

The Surin Hotel Resort is a small oasis, you feel like you are in paradise surrounded by palm trees and a beautiful bay. With such great staff who leave nothing to be desired and always have a smile on their face and are extremely helpful. The yoga teacher also gives a great yoga class. I can highly recommend this place to everyone! I'm already looking forward to my next visit to this paradise.
