OK experience
Having travelled around Thailand for the past 20 years, I have experienced good & bad. This hotel is definitely up there with the good. Probably best beach I have experienced in Thailand. Love the idea that when you pick a sunbed round the pool or beach its yours for the whole stay. However I would say we upgraded our room to a Beachfront suite, the view is stunning but the room was quite small for what it costs. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. Other than these two points a beautiful hotel.

Like a private island
The Surin Phuket feels like you're on a private island owned by a billionaire. It has an air of exclusivity reserved for only the uber wealthy, with those super yachts & water craft moored out front for the duration of our stay. It has a private beach, reserved for The Surin guests, shared only with the ultra exclusive Aman hotel next door and the beach has some of the whitest sand and bluest ocean we have ever seen. No filters needed. This place looks like paradise. The kind of paradise you never want to leave. Then there are the rooms. Well, those villas are kind of funny at first because they're small and cosy. We felt like we had just been checked into a little tree house. But, they definitely grew on us. It was just all about that beach. That beautiful exclusive, quiet beach. The first thing you saw from your little villa when you woke up and the last thing you heard at night as you went to sleep. Pure heaven on earth! It was the best holiday we've had. We can't wait to return.

Relaxing and charming Phuket Resort-The Surin
Resort facilities are good. Villa was very clean. Staff were extremely attentive, alert, friendly, courteous, helpful and provides service with a smile in the face. Room lighting is good. The TV occasionally gave some challenges in access to Youtube. Otherwise, all facilities and amenities were in good working condition. In the resort, guests would have a very beautiful view of the sunset. Good and picturesque view of the sea too.
