Think twice before booking. In summary, some staff nice, beautiful hotel but overall service awful!
Lots of things to consider before booking if you are considering booking this hotel. Check in took over 45mins and breakfast agreed at check in was not honoured by hotel. Complaints raised not addressed despite chasing several times. 4 days of dirty towels during our stay and 1 day with no towel at all and room not serviced. Credit for room not applied at check out so check out process is in dispute. Currently still at hotel wanting to settle bill but manager doesn't want to meet to discuss the dispute. Taxi will be here son to pick up to go to airport so very frustrating to try to settle the issue. Been trying for over 2hrs to check out already. Funicular is fun getting to the rooms but need to allow at least 10-15 mins to go up to your room or get down to the hotel which is frustrating. Beautiful hotel with a great spa, shame about the service.

Morning stretching class at the beach.
The activities and environment are nice there. The free stretching class where facing the beach in the early morning was excellent. Thanks to the trainer, PARK, giving many recommendations to my mother.

Best Hotel Experience in Phuket - Highly Recommend for Families！
The best hotel I've ever experienced in Phuket! The room was beautifully Thai-inspired, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The hotel offered plenty of activities, making it perfect for families. Having our own private beach area was super convenient. A special shout-out to 'Eye,' the staff member who assisted us—she was so sweet and kind. Next time, I'll be bringing my kids with me!

Property was nice ,food was good.
Housekeeping stole money from our room and when we complaint they said you should have to go to nearest police station to raise complaint .When we reach to reception for complaint ,wait for 10-15minutes instead of priority ,they let us wait .Any how if you visit this place take care of your belongings and don’t trust the property that they will take care of it.

Overall grand experience
Nice accommodation and friendly employees. Especially Joom, Mai, and Film. Very nice and friendly. And welcoming. They deserve a raise.
