Thavorn Palm Beach Resort

We had a wonderful stay at Thavorn Palm Beach Resort from 13th March to 17th March, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The property is beautifully located with great surroundings, making it ideal for a relaxing family vacation. The food throughout our stay was excellent, with good variety and quality, and the service levels were consistently warm and prompt. One incident that truly highlighted their responsiveness was when our 3-year-old daughter accidentally locked herself inside the washroom. The staff responded immediately and were at our room within a minute to assist us with the keys, which was very reassuring. Additionally, upon arriving back in India, we realized that we had left our phone in the van arranged by the hotel. The team coordinated very efficiently post our interaction and helped us recover it without any hassle, which we truly appreciated. Overall, the hospitality, service, and location made our stay memorable. Would definitely recommend this property for families looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay in Phuket.

We had such a great stay at Thavorn Palm Beach Resort — honestly, it’s one of the best places for families with kids in Phuket. The swimming pools are amazing, especially for children. There are several areas to choose from, including fun water slides that kept the kids entertained for hours. What really makes this place special is the atmosphere — it feels like a little tropical park. There are animals on the territory, which was a huge highlight for our kid, and little touches like ice cream available made the experience even more fun. The hotel grounds are absolutely stunning — one of the most beautiful gardens I’ve ever seen. Another big plus is that the hotel has been recently renovated. The new rooms are fresh and modern, and the updated swimming pool areas and breakfast restaurant really elevate the whole experience. Breakfast itself was great, with plenty of variety. Overall, a fantastic choice for a family holiday — comfortable, beautiful, and full of little details that make a big difference. Would definitely come back!

We had such a lovely stay here. It really is an oasis of calm in amongst the hustle and bustle. We travelled as a family of four (13 & 10) and stayed in the family room with bunk beds. A super sized room. Only downside was closet space, a big hanging rail but no shelves/draws for clothes so we did live out of our suitcase. I like to fully unpack so closet space is important to us. Staff were super friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The welcome at reception when we arrived after a gruelling flight was lovely, and also as we checked out. What wonderful reception staff you have! We stayed half board. Breakfast was absolutely dreamy, great food, fresh yoghurts were delicious, kids loved the pancake machines, wonderful service, so attentive. Lunch was usually from the pool bar which was yummy... if not we would take a little walk into town for something else. Swimming pools were great, swim shoes might be good as around the pool tge concrete ground was a bit rough which was ok with our older kids but smaller kids might struggle. Rooms were cleaned immaculately, mini bar, water, teas and coffees always restocked fully. Grounds are beautiful, gardeners really cared for the hotel gardens. It's a short walk into town, also super easy to grab a tuk tuk cab or a Bolt and head elsewhere. Apart from the lack of closet space we couldn't fault this place (and we're picky!) and have already recommended it to lots of friends. We absolutely thought it was good value for money. We would 100% return. Well done Thavorn Palm!

We had such a wonderful stay at the Thavorn Hotel in Thailand and it ended up being a really special trip for our family. The location is absolutely perfect, right next to the beach, which made everything so easy and relaxing. Being able to walk straight out and enjoy the sea whenever we wanted was a huge highlight. The whole atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and welcoming, and it was the perfect place to unwind. We were also celebrating my son’s birthday during our stay, and the effort that went into making it special was amazing. When we came back to the room, there was a cake waiting for him and the bed had been beautifully decorated. It completely made his We would like to thank Eddie for all the help and kindness he gave us during our stay . Overall, it was an amazing experience and we’d definitely come back again.
