Not possible to enjoy/refund
We had reservation at this hotel for March 20 to 23. He communicated with them with enough anticipation to cancel our reservation because we live in the middle east KSA and of course our flights were cancelled with no possibilities of taking any other route. Despite explain the situation and after requested free cancellation, they simply refused to do it. I know they have the right but would not be a good piece of solidarity if they cancel or at least offer to reschedule? Thank you

Stay here! You won’t regret it
This place is the best! June checked us in and she was so sweet! Room was clean and all the staff were welcoming! Ying our sever was the best she reserved our same table each day without us asking, bond was our bartender usually and he was always smiling, our last day max, mas and ware by the pool were awesome and kept us entertained while we waited to leave for the airport. The food is the best tho, breakfast buffet was incredible, the themed buffets were worth it and the regular dinner menu was awesome as well! It’s also close walking distance to Karon beach and a little town with great vibes.

The worst room, late check in
I booked deluxe room from booking.com they gave us the worst room in the corner that doesn’t match with the photo of room that I booked. I asked to change they said they can change the next day, we should leave our room 12:00 and we can enter to new room at 15:00 however they are offering still old room not better. Only it is closer to main areas. Furthermore we arrived at 14:00 check in should be at 15:00, however our room was not ready we waited until 16:20. Rooms are too old and smells badly. However price was for 3days $750 that doesn’t match with quality

Great and beautiful hotel to stay
We had a great time at this hotel. Beautiful and big territory. The staff is really friendly. Food is tasty. Room is very spacious and clean. Different pools and next to the beautiful beach. Special thanks to Eddie who is working near the reception. He is not only very friendly but also proactive and always with a smile to help you with anything! (Thanks for the home grown Mangos Eddie!) Would definitely go back again at this hotel. Regards, Richard

Family fun
Perfect getaway for a family. The hotel facilities were great and the location is super close to the beach and restaurants. Eddie in particular was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Would definitely return!
