This is place is one of the finest hotels I've been in. The service from the moment you arrives is top notch. The staff are attentive without imposing. It's quiet luxury. The spa is world class and every treatment I had was best-in-class. The therapists were excellent. There are dailly activities that are free of charge. The aufguss in the sauna was particularly brilliant. Lefay make skiing extremely easy - from being able to rent them from reception to the shuttle bus to the ski lift. We were full board and I didn't regret it - no meal was disappointing and the food was excellent. You need to visit this place - I can honestly say, it was one of the best holidays I've had. Relaxing, refined and refreshing.

I came here two years ago alone and left having completely reset my expectations for what a hotel can be. So I came back — full week this time, with my wife. Same verdict. Deeper conviction. The setting is stunning, the facilities are world-class — the spa alone is worth the trip. I did the salt pool ritual, got my first facial ever, and soaked in the pools every day. Dolomia and Grual are both exceptional. The wine program is serious. But what actually separates LeFay is the staff. Warm without being fake. Attentive without hovering. And — this floored me — someone remembered my name from two years ago. That kind of care doesn’t happen by accident. It’s a culture. After a week, I usually can’t wait to get home. I didn’t feel that. I was sad to leave. Book it. Stop thinking about it.

Compliments to the wonderful staff in every area of Lefay. My 4 night stay was truly rejuvenating. The food and restaurants were locally sourced with knowledge staff. The spa and all of the treatments I had were conducted by phenomenal professionals and of the highest quality. The different relaxation areas and public spaces were purposefully designed to bring ultimate relaxation and capitalizing on location. The discouragement of cellphone use in relaxation and spa area was especially appreciated.

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. It deserves a solid 5 stars — and I haven’t even checked out yet, but I already felt the need to write and say: WOW. Just wow!!! And I’m very picky, especially when it comes to ski hotels. The barefoot-luxury design is evident in every single detail. The room is spectacular, the spa is amazing, and the staff are both kind and cool — the perfect combination. I told the hotel it was our anniversary, and when we arrived they surprised us with champagne and a beautiful personal note. Such a thoughtful touch!
