The rooms were so spacious, clean and comfortable. A wonderful place for families. Enough room to spread out and relax. We met family from Northern California there. We enjoyed spending time together in their spacious 2 bedroom suite. Enough room for 19 ppl to gather for meals.

I would give the hotel a 5 star. The people are great. Location is nice. I would say for 1200.00 a night the hotel furniture is horrible. Beds are uncomfortable and hard and the couches are so hard yiur legs go numb. Typical Timeshare

We went for a midweek getaway and were knocked out by every detail. At a time when staffing seems to be bleak everywhere, it's as if Dolphin Bay struck gold with each and every team member! Chelsea and Nick in the Lido restaurant were absolute delights, the Spa staff were wonderful and the valet guy - what a perfect person to arrive to! We also didn't expect to be so knocked out be each meal. We actually had intended to explore the area a little, but every meal by Chef Chris was so extraordinary we never left! We will definitely drive up just for brunch or dinner at Lido in the future, with our friends - for sure!! And I don't know how their wine buyer, Robin, does it - but finally a menu that shows someone cares about bringing in special and wonderfully curated wine selections and isn't just checking off a list from the usual restaurant wine rep. We live in the best wine region in the world and their menu shows it. We actually went to enjoy the Spa which was fabulous. Complete with champagne in the little lounge and a red therapy sauna. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub each day, which was super cozy on the bluffs. I am not a review writer, but this all had to be said. The location is unbelievable - right on the cliffs with the sound of the ocean waves, the rooms are very clean and comfortable and the atmosphere has vacation vibes for sure. Do NOT miss Dolphin Bay in Pismo Beach. It is wonderful!! Pro Tip - if you are able, go midweek, when it's less crowded, and def pack your swimsuit for the heated pool. IF you can't stay for an overnight - make a reservation and go to enjoy the food & wine at Lido at Dolphin Bay! The restaurant alone will bring you so much joy!!

This was possibly the best hotel ever for their good weather, great food, and super nice rooms. If i recommend any room its 225. Such a big room and enough to fit the whole family! (6). Dolphin Bay Resort & Spa, you did the best job on the whole place and i enjoyed my perfect stay. I recommend going to the beach with the family for the nice sand, and the water which feels great! Also try to rent some E-Bikes if you can, and go on “The Bob Jones Trail”. Its a beautiful sight to see and hike aswell. Make sure to try their DELICIOUS food and talk to some of the nicest bar tenders. I hope you enjoy your stay if you go, and we wish of you the best.
