Ate at the restaurant when coming in from a bareboat charter. Great food and service. Inside and outside tables good value. Had the beetroot salad and jerk chicken. Seafood pasta also very good. Will come again

The hotel is far from everything. There is nothing around. Beach with no lounge chairs. Leaks in the villas. It is located next to a very poor neighborhood. We were afraid to go out. Two days without hot water and mold in the room. Cleaning very late we had to call several times. Concierge does not work. No help. We will not return.

The location was great and close enough to the village to go each night for dinner. The shuttle service was also very convenient. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing which is just what we were looking for on our honeymoon. The rooms were great and definitely recommend at loft room if it’s an option! The daily cleaning and the value of the room was also great.

Friendly staff, clean resort, great views, access to marina across street. Anything we needed they took care of for us. Concierge rented our golf cart for the week, booked our excursions, and took care of our travel. We did an inner reef fishing trip and brought fish back to the kitchen and they cooked it for us. Carlos and Delphin were awesome, helpful, gave us a bunch of recommendations and good conversation. My wife and I would visit this place again in a heartbeat!

The accommodations were beautiful, luxurious, and everything we hoped for in a Belize family vacation. The villas were spacious, comfortable, and gave our family the perfect place to relax and enjoy our time together. The food at the restaurant was top-notch from beginning to end—every meal was excellent, fresh, and beautifully prepared. The entire property felt polished, peaceful, and worthy of a true luxury experience. What stood out most was the exceptional level of service. The front manager, Louis, went above and beyond to make sure our family was taken care of. There was unfortunately a seaweed issue affecting the beach and the odor was difficult, but the way the staff handled it made all the difference. They responded immediately, listened to our concerns, and accommodated us by moving our family to the lagoon side, which completely changed the dynamic of our stay and allowed us to fully enjoy the resort. That level of professionalism and genuine care showed us exactly what great hospitality looks like. We truly felt like five-star guests from the moment we arrived until the day we left. Challenges can happen anywhere while traveling, but how a resort responds is what matters most—and Itz’ana handled it exceptionally well. We are very grateful for the experience and would absolutely return.
