Gamaliel was amazing! He was the most attentive and we were very happy with our service!

The hotel w patience was amazing. The rooms each had their own pool which was perfect for our kids. The closet and bathroom is extremely expensive with its own make up vanity. At the beach club we had Gamaliel as our waiter every day. He was attentive and set up the same spot for us so that we had guaranteed seating. He knew the family dynamic, how we ordered, and our food, allergies, and specific needs. He made the trip easy and seamless

We had a fantastic vacation with family and friends! This was our second visit to the Banyan tree, and what keeps us coming back is the exceptional service. Everyone was extremely accommodating and friendly. At Sands beach club, Gamaliel was top notch! He made our time here even better! The food and cocktails were great. This won’t be our last visit to this magical resort!

Jesus, a server at the beach, made our experience extra exceptional. His attentiveness and friendless exceeded our expectations. We returned to the same spot everyday because of him. My non spanish- speaking friends were able to communicate with him perfectly.
