Fairmont Heritage Place Mayakoba

It was the best family vacation. The staff at the Heritage club bar was awesome. Service was impeccable by Brissey and Angel and the food was great thanks to chefs David et Eduardo.

I visited Mayakoba for the third time with my family, and we spent almost every meal at the club bar because it is the best spot in all of Mayakoba. What really makes it a special place, besides the amazing food options, is the Staff, Brissey, and Angel, they always give you a warm welcome and really seem to want to develop that close knit relationship with the customers, if it's just a quick chat about their plans for the day or how the kids are doing they are just top tier with the customer service. After our first visit to the club bar, they never forgot our faces or our orders. We would show up early in the morning, and before seeing either of them, they would be on their way over to us with all of our exact coffee orders and food. Angel and Brissey are the best, and I would come back just for them. PS: shoutout to the chefs Eduardo and David for the amazing food, and some photos of their work is attached

We stayed in a 3-bedroom residence at Fairmont Heritage Place Mayakoba in January 2026. The property itself is absolutely stunning. The grounds are immaculate, the beach and pools are beautiful, and the residences are spacious and well-appointed. The butler service at Heritage Place was exceptional — Rodrigo and Fernando were attentive, proactive, and truly enhanced our stay. During our visit, we did encounter an issue related to billing that was frustrating at the time. However, I want to update this review to reflect that senior leadership engaged directly, took the matter seriously, and ultimately resolved all of my concerns in a thoughtful and professional manner. I genuinely appreciate the effort made to address the situation and restore confidence in the experience. That level of follow-through speaks to the standards the property aims to uphold. Overall, it is a beautiful resort with an outstanding on-property team. I look forward to returning with my family.

Our stay was absolutely exceptional! We stayed at the Heritage Place part of the hotel and particularly liked Angel and Brissey at the club bar there. They were attentive, accommodating, and so kind. Highly recommend! We will definitely be coming back again!

Carlos, Sophia and Irene arranged for the most wonderful surprise: Captain Miguel to come out of retirement to give our friends the eco tour! Miguel offers so many fun facts about the property, flaura, fauna, and birds it gives you a deeper appreciation from which to enjoy the resort. We’re so excited about he’s now in Valet so he can be the first and last experience for guests! We kept Irene pretty busy with lost and found and reservation changes and she accommodated us with positivity for all! Hebert provided exceptionally memorable service at Tauro from wine to meal recommendations. His smile lit up that dark intimate dining room. Jesus the cart driver is such an animated character! He engaged the kids with his silliness and set the stage with our first night welcome! Jose’s service at Feugo was top of the professional game! He timed the meal to perfection and knew the menu in depth. Rodolpho is poolside to meet all our needs with his check ins. Profa Diana at breakfast makes sure the children learn a few new words in Spanish to bring home. We love chatting with her and learning more about Mexican culture. Adalina at breakfast has a smile that’s our morning caffeine and sunshine. Angel at the beach pool was helpful in securing me vinegar for a small jelly fish sting. Victor and Kevin at La Laguna took pride in sharing facts about their local products.
