Amazing Food and Outstanding Service at the Club Bar
We had a wonderful experience at the Club Bar. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was outstanding. Brissey, Angel, Chef Eduardo, and David were all incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. They truly made our experience special. Excellent food, amazing service, and a great atmosphere. Highly recommended!

This is our favorite place to dine in ALL of Mayakoba. Angel & Bissey, our servers , are the epitome of kindness, hospitality & professionalism. And the Chefs, Eduardo & David are simply amazing. Such beautiful presentations and fresh, curated dishes make it our daily routine for both breakfast and lunch. Thank you to the entire staff! It’s truly NUMERO UNO!

I went to the FHP Mayakoba with my family for the first vacation with my newly born grandchild The house was perfect and all the Mayakoba settings is amazing A particular mention to Samantha the wonderful Concierge that was all the time seen that our experience was great

Quiet Family Luxury
We are in love with the Heritage Place! We’ve done the regular Fairmont rooms in the past but this is next level. The design allows for family members to spread out in the villa, and we loved the terrace. Staff and amenities at this property are just outstanding. Do the bikes, the boats, Hix sushi lunch, the SPA the SPA the SPA. We also loved the beach club vibes and the rooftop bar for adulting. Special thanks to Roberto, Mireya, Montserrat, Iker, Miguel, Jorge, Armando and Fernanda for making our stay so fabulous. We’ll be back!

If you dont know, Heritage Place is the Residence side of Fairmont and staying there you really feel like it! I really felt like I owned the place!
