First vacation with my newly born grandchild
I went to the FHP Mayakoba with my family for the first vacation with my newly born grandchild The house was perfect and all the Mayakoba settings is amazing A particular mention to Samantha the wonderful Concierge that was all the time seen that our experience was great

Quiet Family Luxury
We are in love with the Heritage Place! We’ve done the regular Fairmont rooms in the past but this is next level. The design allows for family members to spread out in the villa, and we loved the terrace. Staff and amenities at this property are just outstanding. Do the bikes, the boats, Hix sushi lunch, the SPA the SPA the SPA. We also loved the beach club vibes and the rooftop bar for adulting. Special thanks to Roberto, Mireya, Montserrat, Iker, Miguel, Jorge, Armando and Fernanda for making our stay so fabulous. We’ll be back!

If you dont know, Heritage Place is the Residence side of Fairmont and staying there you really feel like it! I really felt like I owned the place!

Once in a lifetime experience - that I will go back for!
My stay at Fairmont Heritage residence 601 was truly a dream experience. The villa itself is spectacular for a family or group of friends, with a private pool, outdoor shower, and views of the lagoon and jungle - so much wildlife spotting! Fairmont Heritage is connected to Fairmont Mayakoba, and you can access all the amazing facilities It is serviced by incredible staff - including the wonderful Arnold, who was determined to help this Australian find the local family of spider monkeys before she made the long journey home - and made it happen. His enthusiasm and dedication was above and beyond. It's about 30 minutes from Cancun Airport, situated on its own private beach as well as Latin America's only PGA golf course...but also right in the heart of the jungle. There are so many amazing food and drink options at the resort, but it's also well connected to towns like Playa del Carmen and Puerto Morelos, for more local experiences. Cannot recommend highly enough - 10 out of 5 stars!
