Tenoch at Bassano was amazing and the food was fantastic!! Highly recommend if you’re an italian fan!!!

Excellent stay
We dined at multiple locations and always had a spectacular time. Great food all around. Nathanael at bassano took great care of us in celebrating our engagement. The cake he recommended was phenomenal. The filet mignon at the steakhouse was a top 5 of all steaks. Great work

Carlos and Natanael did a great job serving us at Bassano at the Fairmont Mayakoba resort! Our food was delicious and they helped us celebrate our 45th anniversary with a special surprise dessert. Nathaniel introduced us to a virgin mojito. It is now our new favorite drink. Thank you Bassano

Boat tour
Iker provided a wonderful boat tour experience through the mangroves. He was knowledgeable about the creation and maintenance of the waterway. Crocodiles and bird species were seen , and Iker communicated everything well. Thank you

We had an amazing 4-night stay at the Fairmont Mayakoba! Due to availability we had to pay for an upgrade to a casita and we were glad that we did, it was lovely and in a great location. Bottled water was plentiful and always available in the room. We enjoyed every meal we had and the breakfast buffet had every option available and was top quality! The resort staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The beach was beautiful and the beach side service was very good. They even came by and offered cucumber slices with a cool towel to rest your eyes, mango popsicle refreshments, both free and a very nice touch! We did not mind the golf cart service to the beach, which was a good distance from the rooms. They were easily found and it was a very pleasant ride as the resort property is a tropical jungle gem. The other highlight (not to be missed) is the on-property mangrove boat tour, again at no charge! Be sure to make a reservation for one of the morning tours, best animal viewing at that time. A great experience at the Fairmont Mayakoba!
