Our experience at this resort was phenomenal! Customer service was more than you could possibly ask for. Absolutely every staff member was welcoming, over the top helpful, and could not do enough to make our vacation an amazing experience, not to mention so sincere with their kindness. So many activities to fill our days. All activity staff were amazing! Erik, Melanie, Ana, Marlon and Andres, not to mention the DJ's who played amazing music while we enjoyed everything the resort had to offer. DJ Yes and SJ Rob, thank you. Kayaking, pottery, tie dying, finger painting, mixology classes, painting, Zumba, pool volleyball, just to name some of the activities Each instructor made the activity sooooo much fun. They encouraged us joining in and we were always glad we did. So many activities to fill our time when we were not swimming in one of the many infinity pools overlooking the beach and ocean. An absolute breathtaking view. The rooms have everything you need, grounds are spotless, restaurants are beautiful and food is delicious. Room service if you prefer and BBQs during the day for a lunch alternative. I would not hesitate to come back and enjoy the hospitality!!!!!! Thank you Devossion by Live Aqua

The food and level of service are beyond exceptional. Everyone goes the extra mile to make your vacation memorable. The butlers are always in touch and available if you need anything. A nice perk! The accommodations are beautiful!! Our room was left spotless every day and filled with all the necessary amenities. We will not hesitate to recommend this resort to our friends and families. We hope to return in the near future. Thank to the entire Devoission staff!!

The Entertainment Team is phenomenal!!! Special shout out to Melanie, Ana, Erik, Marlon and Andres. They had amazing and fun activities planned for us every day. Some of the activities we participated in are pool volleyball, pool aerobics, kayaking, bike tour, painting, pottery, etc They were always smiling and enthusiastic. We need to give a sincere and heartfelt thanks to the customer service Manager Alam Camacho. He deserves high praise for his management skills. He is very personable, an excellent listener, goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable and is always available to address any of your questions. We travel often and he has been by far the best manager we have ever dealt with. He is one in a million!!!

Located in the heart of Playa Del Carmen, perfect for relaxing and exploring. The vibe was exactly what we wanted for a relaxing couples retreat. Room was spacious with daily room service and night turn-down service. We enjoyed every bit of our stay from the food, pool&beach side view and of course, the service. Special call out to the attentive bartenders Candido at the lobby bar and Angel(s) at the Fiorella bar for remembering our names & experimenting with new drinks. Thank you Melanie and Ana for such fun events like the pottery class, kayaking, mixology events!

Mel, Eric, and the rest of the activities team made our time at the resort so much fun! Highly recommend the water aerobics class. Great stay all around!
