This is our 3rd time coming to Xcaret and 2nd coming to the adults only side Xcaret Arte. 10/10 we would recommend this place to everyone! The service is amazing and we always are cared for expeditiously! We really enjoyed our relaxing morning/afternoon at the roof top pool at casa de los músicos! Our server Rocio and Pool concierge Isul made our birthday special and even brought us a little birthday cake to celebrate! We are so grateful and will definitely be coming back!

Amazing hotel, lots of activities, great food and options, great Mexican feel to it

From the moment I arrived at Xcaret ArI knew I was in for a treat. The warm welcome and stunning views set the tone for an unforgettable getaway. ALL restaurants food was delicious and unforgettable. We enjoyed Encanta’s tasting menu. “The staff at Disenos roof top pool truly exemplified hospitality. Every member, greeted me with genuine smiles and a willingness to help. Uriel does a great job welcoming and finding is a spot at the pool every time we visit. Which has been 4 times in the last 2 years. This visit Fernando, Mercedes and Karin are exceptional at making guest experiences special. 5/5 stars plus! The pool overlooking the ocean with the warm breezes is a great place to relax when on vacation. We will definitely be back!

Our one-year anniversary at Hotel Xcaret Arte was absolutely spectacular. The food, the service, the atmosphere—everything exceeded our expectations. And the food… wow. Every meal felt like an experience of its own. The resort was incredibly easy to navigate, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy every moment together. What stood out most was the people. When the staff says, “Welcome home” or “Hello family,” they genuinely mean it. My wife and I felt an overwhelming sense of warmth, hospitality, and belonging throughout our entire stay. A very special thank you to Alexis, the pool concierge at the main pool. Alexis went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our time. He remembered us by name each day, greeted us with genuine excitement, and consistently found ways to make our anniversary feel special. His kindness and attention to detail turned an amazing vacation into an unforgettable one. Thank you, Alexis, and thank you to the entire Xcaret Arte family for creating such a memorable experience. We will absolutely be back, and we will be recommending this resort to all of our friends and family.
