Hotel Xcaret Arte

We had a wonderful visit to Xcaret Arte, and all-inclusive is true for this hotel. We spent a lot of time at the pool, and Jorge Fernandez, the pool concierge, took great care of us and everyone who came to his area. His professional and friendly attitude makes him a great asset, and he goes out of his way to make your pool experience a good one. The service is great, you can get drinks brought right to you, and at one of the rooftop pools you can even order snacks that make a pretty good lunch! Jonathan was our concierge, and he was very helpful and friendly. He always answered our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is fun and relaxing. The rooms are very nice and unique, with fixtures and artwork from around Mexico. The hotel is environmentally friendly, and the areas are kept very clean. They even kept the seaweed, which was very heavy when we were there, off of the beach area. The restaurants have good food, and plenty of choices. We think it is worth the money, because of all the parks and excursions that are part of the deal. There is plenty to do, and you can do as much or as little as you want. The service is great, and we look forward to going back to Xcaret Arte. When we do, we hope Jorge Fernandez is still there taking care of us at the pool!

This is one of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms, views, parks, food, and staff were all a 10/10. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained. They also did a turn down service along with daily house keeping, which was pleasantly unexpected. All the different views were absolutely beautiful and one of the highlights of our stay. Everyone we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our vacation as enjoyable as possible. A big shoutout to Alexis by the pool, who was always checking in and making sure we were taken care of. He took care of problems before we even asked. His positive attitude and genuine hospitality made our pool days perfect and stress free. I also have to mention Adrian at the swim up bar, his drinks were consistently our favorites and he had a fun, welcoming personality.

We had the most amazing time. All things considered, I have no complaints it was just the perfect time. I would honestly spend every day at Arte and not do a single park and have the time of my life. I want to highlight Javier, our incredible waiter for our romantic dinner atop Casa Artistas that we got through the All You Can Feel package. There’s no greater value than that. The Xpa is incredible, but back to Javier. He truly made us feel at home and we made a life long friend. His attentiveness, thoughtfulness, and attitude came together to make our experience truly unforgettable. Truly the best waiter I’ve ever had. I’ll be coming back for Javier alone!

This is a must-do. Everything here is amazing. The rooftop VIP pool is perfect. Ruben, Ruth, Paloma, Christopher, and Mariana are so nice and helpful. We will be back. Take advantage of the many food and drink options. The artistic elements are out of this world good. I can’t recommend it enough.

Our stay at Xcaret Arte was absolutely incredible from start to finish! This was one of the best vacations we’ve ever taken. The resort is stunning, the food was outstanding at every restaurant, and the level of service exceeded all of our expectations. The all-inclusive experience is truly unmatched. Between the beautiful pools, luxurious amenities, and access to the Xcaret parks, there was never a dull moment. Every detail is thoughtfully planned, making it easy to relax while also having endless opportunities for adventure. A special thank you to Alexis, our pool attendant, who went above and beyond every day to make sure we had everything we could possibly need. His attentiveness, kindness, and exceptional service made our pool days even more enjoyable. We also have to recognize Adrian at the swim-up bar, who made the best drinks in the entire resort! Not only were his cocktails amazing, but his friendly personality and great service kept us coming back throughout our stay. Everyone we encountered was welcoming and genuinely cared about making our vacation unforgettable. We left with so many amazing memories and are already counting down the days until we can return.
