kanai St. Regis bar
The bartender, Mario, is the best. I tried the Kanai Mary and the Palo Santo Batanga, which were the best cocktails of my life. He also kindly explained what Mexico is, which was great. If you come to the Kanai St. Regis, don't forget to visit the St. Regis Bar. The food is delicious too.

Great cocktail class!
Mario was amazing to learn from during our cocktail class! My husband and I loved every minute - he was so kind, knowledgeable, and made the experience feel really special.

The St. Regis excels in hospitality!
The St. Regis is a beautiful resort & it appears that most rooms have beautiful views of the beach. Eric was our attendant on the beach & was outstanding! He even made sure that the umbrella provided us with protection no matter the position of the sun ;-) Not only was he attentive to our every need, he is exceptionally personable. Dinner at So’ol was delicious & our server, Manuel, provided us with stellar service. All of the staff we encountered were exceedingly friendly & helpful. The hotel excels in hospitality.

i was there last year . hotel and staff was great. i have reservation for for feb 8 . breakfast for 2 is included. i called to make sure reservation was noted kosher and they would not do it. 4 nights $5800. and they would not modify even when chase travel called. i dont know why the supervisor would not do it . 9176936444

Beautiful hotel , great service, relaxing break
Just returned from 5 nights at the St. Regis. The complex of hotels is really great (Edition, St. Regis, Auberge) . We have visited many properties in Cancun, Riviera Maya and Mayakoba, but this was our favorite. From the front desk experience with Jocelyn, to the wonderful butlers (Dali, Raphael and Franco), to the breakfast team in Chaya, to the crew at the beach and Riveria, the service was flawless. The property is beautiful and peaceful. The gym is top of the line and spacious. Rooms are large, bathrooms fitted to perfection and the views are amazing. We ate dinner at Toro twice, once for “Drunch” Thursday evening and on other fo r the regular dinner menu. Both dinners were extraordinary from start to finish. Chaya for dinner was good, service was great. We will certainly be back and highly recommend The St. Regis Kanai.
