Angel is the best bartender up at the St Regis bar! The sunset sabor is amazing! Food and drinks were top notch. The entire experience was amazing

Amazing food restaurant and incredible service by Ricardo
We had the pleasure of eating at restaurant Chaya and being looked after by Ricardo. The service from Ricardo was incredible. His knowledge and attention to us was 1st class. The food was the best we have had during our stay. I would highly recommend anyone coming to any of the amazing resorts in this area dining at Chaya and hopefully you get Ricardo to look after you too.

St. Regis Kanai
Very serene atmosphere with a great spa, interesting activities and excellent food. Room was extremely spacious with top level amenities and excellent view. Very clean, quiet, private and butler service for your every need. Food and alcohol is pricey, but well worth it.

Family Vacation
We just returned from 5 days at St Regis Kanai and were blown away. Thalia at the front desk was so welcoming upon check in and check out as well as the bell staff. Our butlers Elipidio and Jesus went above and beyond to make sure our dinner reservations were booked and even decorated my mom's room for her birthday which was extra special. Melissa at Chaya was so accommodating every morning for breakfast and we enjoyed spending the day relaxing at the pool and beach where Marco, Eric and Raul were so attentive. We enjoyed the nightly sabrage at the St. Regis bar and were warmly welcomed with great service from Angel. Everyone greeted our 3 year old by name daily and accommodated all the smoothie and snack requests. The property is beautiful and the food is amazing, but the staff is really what makes this place special. For dining we loved Toro and Kitchen at the Edition.
