My Vacation at Playa del Carmen
Nice property and Beach Location very close to 5th Street with lot of variety to explore near by including Ferry Jetty at a walkable distance.

Beautiful hotel, but don't plan on getting any sleep
This hotel is very nice: rooms are spacious and clean, staff is friendly, rooftop pool is awesome BUT Be aware that this hotel is located right off the central party zone. Rooms facing the street will be loud -- and the music goes until 3- 3:30 AM every night. There is no insulation in the rooms so you cannot sleep. There are a small number of rooms tucked around the corner where the sound is muted. I recommend you either ask for one of these rooms or book at the Beach house. Unless you'll be out partying until 3am- if that's the case, this is the hotel for you.

In the heart of Playa del Carmen
Advantage: the hotel is literally right in the middle of the action. 5th avenue? Right there! Coco Bongo? Next door neighbor. Malls, shops, multitude of restaurants and street vendors? Yes, yes and yes again. Disadvantage: the hotel is right on the middle of the action! So if you like the outside crowds, clubs and all that at your fingertips, you'll be fine. The hotel itself is beautiful, the service top notch, staff are friendly. But be aware, if you're a light sleeper, you will hear the outside noise.

The hotel is amazing and has well appointed rooms, but the service is what really sets it apart. Soraya at the Beach House front desk is a total standout! She is so kind and helpful, making me feel welcome and right at home from the second I walk in. Her hospitality truly makes the experience special.
