Unforgettable stay at beautiful Balaji's Palace
Incredible setup off the cliff of Rio San Juan. The views are unbelievable. Alfredo's cuisine was super good. The private beach as +- 120 meters of frontage with beautiful sand . Rooms were super clean and very spacious. Beautiful golf course 2 min. away. I will definitely go back

An extraordinary experience
What an extraordinary trip, The Balaji Palace Hotel at Playa Grande is a true gem, offering an unparalleled experience. As soon as I arrived I was amazed by the sumptuous architecture, and what can I say about the simply extraordinary view. The room we had booked was the royal suite on the 3rd floor, when we entered the room we were in paradise, a majestic bed, a magnificent decor, an impressive view of the ocean what more could you ask for. Once settled in we decided to visit the place, an incredible swimming pool, the beach took your breath away with its natural beauty, and what can I say about the food, a delight and wonderful service. We spent 5 days at this enchanting place, the service was impeccable. We took advantage of this trip to relax in this dream place. I recommend it to everyone, You want to live a completely magical experience

Check in and tune out
Beautiful property where you can go to unplug from the rat race. The rooms are majestic and the service is impeccable. It's not the 100 mile an hour experience many resorts are. This is more a place you go to relax and get pampered. If you feel stressed out after a week here, you need professional help.

Better Than Everything
I will just start by saying that I am a very discerning customer and expect only the best. We booked the whole property for my wife's 40th birthday. To say expectations were exceeded is a complete understatement. The palace is much better than the pictures and video. True quality and attention to detail in design were much appreciated. Wilson and his team on site were extremely accommodating, we felt very looked after. We created amazing memories here with friends and family and we can not wait to return. Highlights were the private beach, cliffside apartments, the pool bar, the gardens, and grounds... Peacocks... The list goes on. Thank you!

Stunning property
The Balaji Palace is a beautiful, unique property in Rio San Juan. Better than any hotel/resort we have been to in DR! It is surrounded by nature, has a private beach, multiple pools/seating areas that are all well kept. We spent a few days just relaxing at the property itself - there was no need to leave! The staff there is wonderful and cater to all your needs. The chefs were accommodating to our dietary restrictions which was great. The rooms in the main house are all large with beautiful views. It is a great location for events or a family/friend getaway. We will definitely be returning to Balaji Palace!
