A great all inclusive with impeccable service across many restaurants and bars. Hotel is stunning, adults only. Julio at the main pool, Glinda at the main pool , the entire bartending team across all bars and most food servers were exceptional

We arrived afternoon of 24th Dec. We paid in full for our daughter who was arriving at night When she arrived at 1 am. there was no one on reception and we went to the room. Suddenly two staff came to the room and blocked the door and aid she had to come downstairs immediately to register. The reception was a very long way away an she had been travelling for 25 hours and said she would come before breakfast and handed them her passport. They were intransigent and would not move insisting to our young daughter (who was evidently who she said she was from her passport) that she accompany them. Then the manager came up He said he would ring the police if she did not come back with them She was treated like a criminal. She was so scared she went. They could easily have brought up their ipad and done it in the room. We contacted the general manager who offered us a room upgrade we did not want and we never heard from him again despite this dreadful treatment. The main buffet areas Mercardo 19 and Constendido were mainly indoors in this gorgeous climate and food was average. Could have been at any resort anywhere, like a holiday camp! Very long walks everywhere. Beach chairs snagged early unless one tipped the staff. The music was very loud around the pool Ridiculous booking system for restaurants. When the bookings opened at midnight, unless you booked then, you could not get a reservation. It was always a bunfight to get one! This was our second and LAST visit to this overcrowded resort..

We absolutely love Atelier! This was my second time visiting the property, and it somehow exceeded my already high expectations. The staff is incredibly friendly and consistently goes above and beyond to greet you and ensure your experience is truly top-notch. The beds are the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in—my Oura ring even recorded my highest sleep score in over six months. Housekeeping is offered twice daily, which really adds to the luxury feel. The all-inclusive experience is well worth the money, with fantastic food, delicious drinks, and an impressive variety of options. There are plenty of daily activities to keep everyone entertained, along with beautiful pool and beach areas for those who prefer to relax. Before we even left, my family was already talking about what we want to do next time we visit. Atelier has officially become a staple for us!

An exceptional resort experience from start to finish. (Yeay to Alberto and Lazaro!) The property is beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and perfectly balanced between luxury and comfort. Service truly stands out—warm, attentive, and thoughtful without ever feeling intrusive. Every detail feels intentional, from the serene atmosphere to the outstanding dining and amenities. Whether relaxing by the pool or enjoying the surroundings, this resort delivers a memorable stay that exceeds expectations and leaves you eager to return.

Our 14 night stay was flawless! We are huge fans of this resort and will return again very soon. Our butlers Martin and Aline were brilliant, they were always available (via WhatsApp) to answer any questions we had, in fact, there was a minor maintenance issue in our room and it was fixed within 30 mins!! We are creatures of habit lol, we ate lunch at the Consentida buffet every day, our waiter was Ricardo, he was kind and so helpful. The quiet pool at building 3 is our fave spot to relax and chill, so peaceful and relaxing. Thanks to Carlos and Itziel for looking after us. We ate at most of the restaurants and enjoyed the food but a stand out for us was dinner at Limon Y Sal, my husband loved the creamy shrimp dish. The gala dinner on Christmas Eve was sensational. They had so many different types of food. Standouts were the Beef Wellington, Prime Rib, seafood section and the desserts! The raspberry Pavlova was divine. We missed the lunch menu at Cala di Luna this visit, we both really hope it will be open when we return next time. All in all another magical stay! Thank you to ALL of the staff at Atelier.
