Absolutely Loved this Hotel!!
OMG! Fabulous hotel ... it's about a 35-40 minute drive (depending on traffic) from the Cancun Airport...but once you're there... you don't have to leave. Amazing rooms with plenty of bottled water. Unbelievably friendly staff. 17 Restaurants and Bars onsite. My entire stay was excellent. There are many options in Cancun, but if you're looking for that special occasion location...this is defintely you're resort.

Great honeymoon resort
We are very happy that we've chosen Atelier for our honeymoon, this resort is truly honeymoon worthy! Some of my favorite things: The rooftop pool Creme brulee martini from La Calle Mexican coffee from Mercado 19 The bike ride with Fernanda and Zama The 4 pm art class Special thanks to our butlers Lazaro and Jesus for making our stay go flawlessly

You need to go!!
We had an amazing time!!! Cesar was attentive and extremely friendly at the beach side! Hiram was the best butler ever. Always making sure to take the very best care of us at all times! Our favorite restaurant was the Italian! The silent disco was a blast! We loved the circus show and the Latin dance show!! The pool aquatics were so much fun!! I highly recommend this place and the people who worked so hard to make it a great experience! Oh I almost forgot Thomas he was helpful and nice! Yesri gave the best massage ever!!!

Great Time!
We loved our stay. This was our 3rd time and won’t be our last. What stands out the most on this particular trip was our meals at Abrazos. The waiter Daniel Ake Noe and Manager Daniel Tun made the experience awesome. The manager Daniel helps us pick out some amazing wine. We had never explored wine from Mexico. But Daniel picked out some amazing wines. He also set up a special dinner for us which included a table side Cesar salad that was amazing. Noe’s skills as a waiter was great and he was super knowledgeable.

Amazing stay!
This was my third time staying at this wonderful resort. We had a swim out pool and it was right next to Suspiro. Sofia was the hostess at Suspiro and she was amazing! She offered to bring drinks to our swim out. One day we just hung out all day at our swim out! Thanks Sofia for making our stay extra special! I recommend staying here any room category is great!
