ATELIER Playa Mujeres

This is my 5 th visit… became members on our first visit 18 months ago. It’s as fantastic each and every time. The food, the service, the people. Spent most days at beach beds with Carlos Herrera , pool concierge taking excellent care of us. He is the absolute best. Also spent a day at rooftop pool where Uriel was outstanding as always. I enjoyed the additions to the El Suspiro lunch menu.. the flank steak was delic. As always, we request Pingting and Brandon as our butlers. They are truly the best there is and they enjoy taking care of every need. We also love the bar de la Calle.. the best drinks and mixologists. We just met David there this trip and he is fantastic !!!! Also our friend Portela who we look forward to seeing there every trip!!!! Great drinks , bartenders and lively atmosphere! Can’t wait to return!!!

Our stay at Atelier Playa Mujeres was truly one of the best vacation experiences we’ve ever had. The resort is absolutely beautiful, with incredible food, gorgeous pools and beach areas, and an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and relaxing. Staying in the Inspira Suite was 100% worth it and made the trip even more special with the added exclusivity, elevated amenities, and personalized experience throughout our stay. One of the main highlights of everything was our amazing butlers, Carolina and Cesar. They went above and beyond in every possible way to make sure we were taken care of, always checking in, helping with reservations and anything we needed, and making us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Their kindness, attentiveness, and exceptional service made such a difference in our experience, and we are so grateful for everything they did to make our stay unforgettable.

This was our second trip to Atelier and it was even more magical than our first! The food and the service is the absolute best. All our needs were met and our expectations were exceeded!!! Our butlers Lazaro and Alberto took excellent care of us and we hope to be back soon! Thanks for the special memories

My mom and I did a 4 day girls trip here this week (I am 20 and was possibly the youngest guest at the resort). Our room was in building 2 and had a view of the golf course (absolutely gorgeous). The hotel rooms and entire resort has incredible architecture, furniture, and art! The hotel is in a gated community and about 45 minutes from the airport via shuttle. The atmosphere and staff at this resort are incredible! Our server Julio at the Life & Vibe pool made us feel so special and was a highlight of our trip, as well as Rojas who got our chairs set up with towels and moved our umbrella everyday! Carlos made bracelets by the pool and organized fun pool games each afternoon (the adults-only vibe is fun when it comes to the games)! The room and amenities were great; the staff truly thought of everything. Room keys are bracelets which is very convenient! Olga and Arturo at the gym were experienced in fitness and great; the classes (TRX, spin, etc.) offered were such a nice addition to our trip! There’s such a wide variety of restaurants and types of food! We looked forward to our breakfasts with Luis at Mercado 19 and our dinner at Kopai with Eleazar was incredible! The resort is a great size for morning walks and getting from place A to place B easily. The resort was absolutely spotless and all staff members were super friendly!

I had my wedding here last month with 70 of our closest friends and family, and it was nothing less than absolute perfection! The resort handled everything, provided a coordinator (shoutout to Denise) and an on-site photographer/videographer El Instante who were amazing to work with. I didn't have to figure out every single detail and do any work when I arrived, which was exactly what I wanted. Everyone was awesome, I felt like I was behind on planning the whole time and they did not rush me once to make any decisions. I worked with Cesar all day on my wedding day and rehearsal dinner capturing our events and he was great, had amazing energy and delivered great pics and great vibes. I received my photos just 3 weeks after the wedding, which was way earlier than I anticipated. Props to the team that works at their in-house studio at the resort --Arlene, Julio the manager and everyone else that helped to make our day feel effortlessly pictured. I've been to Atelier twice before, and had zero doubts that they would deliver on our wedding, but my expectations were exceeded with their photography services and team members. Not your average all-inclusive whatsoever. Such a beautiful, fun environment with lovely people that treat you like family. We would definitely recommend!
