ATELIER Playa Mujeres

This property is amazing. Julio at the pool took such great care of us. I can’t recommend this resort enough.

There are many reasons we are members of Atelier Playa Mujeres. The atmosphere, food, beverages, entertainment, and facilities are just ideal for us. We have never been disappointed in our amazing, spacious suites. Ultimately though, the service is just outstanding. Our butlers Hiram and Emmanuel never cease to amaze us & their service is stellar. I also want to give a shout out to my massage therapist, Guadalupe. I ended up booking a second massage with her! We are always so thrilled to hang out with Moises for the wine and cheese each evening and our server for breakfast, Sergio is excellent.

I would not recommend coming to this resort. The service was horrible and the staff was rude. The food was pretty average as well.

We just got back from another stay at Atelier Playa Mujeres, and once again it reminded me why we keep coming back. This place has really become a second home for us over the years, and the staff truly feel like a second family at this point. Every time we arrive, there’s just a sense of comfort and familiarity that’s hard to explain. The resort itself is beautiful, the food is always great, and we spent most of our time relaxing at the pool and beach. Honestly, it was exactly the kind of trip our family needed. What really makes Atelier special, though, is the people. Aline and Martin, our butlers, were fantastic all week. They made everything easy for us—setting up tequila tastings, helping with dinner reservations, and taking care of anything we needed without hesitation. We never had to wait long for anything, which made a big difference. Eduardo stood out as well, especially at the rooftop pool and during our beach dinner. He was always attentive and professional, but also very personable. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. Omar at El Suspiro was great to have as our server—very friendly and easy to talk to, and he made our meals even more enjoyable. Jessie was one of the highlights of the trip. She always had a smile on her face and really went out of her way to make sure my parents were taken care of. We saw her during casino night and some of the evening activities, and she just brought a great energy every time. Andrea was awesome during bingo and the Latin dance lessons—she made everything fun and got everyone involved, even those of us who don’t usually participate. Rosario made sure our room was always ready for us at night, which we really appreciated after long days out in the sun. Erika and Angel did an excellent job keeping our room clean throughout the stay. You could tell they paid attention to the details, and they were always kind when we saw them. And a special thank you to Francisco. He arranged a really nice table for us at María Dolores, checked in on us during the beach dinner, and even took the time to say goodbye before we left. That meant a lot to our family and is something we won’t forget. Atelier continues to deliver every time we visit. It’s rare to find a place that feels this consistent and welcoming while still maintaining a high level of quality. For us, it’s not just a resort anymore—it really does feel like home. We’re already looking forward to coming back again and seeing our Atelier family.

Guadalupe was amazing! The entire team was awesome! I highly recommend staying here. It was a 10/10 experience!
