ATELIER Playa Mujeres

Coming here was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! Thank you so much Carlos Lira and Luis Rodriguez for elevating my experience here at Atelier. They helped me pull off the best proposal possible! Overall: Amazing food, amazing pools, and amazing service. Gracias por todo!

We had a great stay. The place is extremely chic and beautiful. The service was outstanding, facilities were clean, room was spacious and lots of nice amentities. Our biggest complaint, which, we may not return because of is the dinner reservations. We were not offered at check in the opportunity to book so we did not know about the reservation system. This left us not eating any the restaurants that we wanted. We complained to concierge and at that point we finally got into the steakhouse on our last night. We dont like to have to be to dinner at a certain time. We tried walking up to the restaurants without a reservation and were offered a 10:30 slot. Also not a lot of food accessible except room service in between lunch and dinner and no where to go without a dinner reservation. The food was average, it wasnt anything to write home about. The beach had seaweed but no fault of the hotel. There were days it was clear and others it was pretty bad. A lot of great things offered here, food just wasnt it.

My husband and I came here for 7 days and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The staff, amenities, food, drinks, cleanliness is top tier. I appreciate their attention to detail and attentiveness. Cannot wait to come back as we became Inspira members.

We had the most amazing and relaxing few days at Atelier Playa Mujeres. Carlos was our butler. He went above and beyond. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. The food was exceptional, especially at Maria Dolores. The rooms were straight out of a magazine. The nightly room refresh was great as well.

I had to come on here a write this review based on the exceptional experience I had at ATELIAR PLAYA DE MUJERES. First I need to thank Consuela at the Don Fernando Bar who kept checking in on me, while I waited for my friend to arrive. (Flight was delayed )The Resort is absolutely stunning. From the all the aesthetics, the decor. To the art from the locals. It’s so beautiful. The love, warmth, care, and attention that I have received from everyone, I’m truly grateful. This is my home away from home. I’m home and already planning a trip back. lol. The beach was the spot for me. This is where I spent most of my time during the day. My beach concierge Andres Bernardo made sure we were happy and taken care of. Christopher our waiter on the beach kept those BBC flowing. Those BBC’s we’re cold and delicious. The food at Cilanto, Takeshi, Suspiro, Azucal and CALA DE LUNA Were all amazing. Breakfast was so good at the Consentida with fresh omelets and fresh fruit. Your servers were the absolute best. All of them. They all go above and beyond for their guests. This is literally a 5 STAR RESORT WITH 5 STAR SERVICE. Please be sure to extend these shout-outs to your employees, bc honestly they work so hard and do deserve it. Guests, please be sure to tip these ppl who go out of their way to make your stay a little more brighter. I will be going back soon for sure. I miss seeing their smiling faces. See you again soon.
