ATELIER Playa Mujeres

My husband and I have vacationed at Atelier on two occasions, the first in May 2024 and the second in February 2025. Our experience has been so wonderful that we are returning in March 2026. We are empty-nesters, still working and value our time together. We seek luxury at any hotel. We find adult only all-inclusive vacations at luxury resorts to best meet our needs. Atelier checked off all of our boxes and more. From the moment you step onto the property, you are welcomed warmly, and throughout your stay, employees will bring their right hand to their heart to remind you that you are at home. From a service perspective, this resort has it right. Each time you are seated in a restaurant, they greet you by your surname, welcome you to the restaurant, inquire of any food allergies and check in with you throughout your meal to see if there’s anything else you need. The menus and plating were at a level higher than most resorts, which is why we will be returning for a third time. The property is immaculate and the finishings in the rooms are beautiful. We had turn down every night, and too many towels! We have only stayed in the in swim up Inspira suites, which is our preference. The gym had excellent equipment with lots of towels, water bottles, fruits etc. The Butlers are outstanding. They communicate with you each day via WhatsApp, sharing the resort schedule and confirmation of our dinner reservations. They ensured that our fridge had the beverages we preferred and was always fully stocked. Huge shout out to Aline who has been our butler on both trips, and her partner Victor. The crew at the Inspira pools catered to all of our needs from suntan lotion, snacks, changing our towels and all of the servers and bartenders as well, including Rafael, Gabriela, Enrique and Hemler. The food and beverage management were on top of the restaurants, both indoors and out and quietly supervised the restaurants throughout the resort, making sure everything was organized perfectly, even for the Super Bowl game. Sonyya is an excellent manager, who remembered us from our first visit. We can’t wait to return in March 2026 with our adult daughter.

My fist time in Atelier resort and it was an amazing experience. The customer service is amazing you dont have to leave the resort everything is available for you there. The employees are amazing they care to all your needs. The food is amazing. Brandon and Pingting are amazing Butlers they made the experience unforgettable. I also want to mentioned Juan and Uriel from the inspira pool they are amazing too they took great care of me and my wife. Can wait to be back again.

Cesar and Emanuel were the cherry on top of our trip! Atelier is everything and more. We never lifted a finger and even our pillows had a special scent. A little slice of heaven here!

We had a wonderful stay at Atelier. As others have reviewed, the food was better than other AI'S we have visited in the Yucatan. But the service from every employee we encountered really made the difference: extremely helpful, remembered our preferences, and consistently pleasant.

Once again had an amazing relaxing vacation thanks to Lazaro and Alberto! They do everything! No need to worry about reservations for dinner, golf, transportation. Those two have it covered and are so helpful… I couldn’t imagine my holiday without them. Also I need to mention Victor at Suspiro restaurant for breakfast! He was simply the sweetest! Ingrid gave the best Swedish massage! Cannot wait to return. This place goes above and beyond each and every time I go! 🫶🏼 Also our transportation from the airport was with Mauricio (blue trippers) He was so kind and gave us a little history lesson. Even came back to bring us at the airport on his day off.
