We stayed at Borgobianco Resort & Spa in Polignano for our babymoon at the end of April, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. The location is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing while still being close enough to explore the region. We definitely recommend renting a car to visit the surrounding areas and charming villages nearby. The food was outstanding throughout our stay. Breakfast offered a great selection, with the possibility to order additional freshly prepared dishes such as eggs, waffles, pancakes — basically anything you could wish for. Dinners were especially memorable: delicious Italian cuisine, elevated and revisited with creativity by an incredible chef. Every meal felt refined while still keeping authentic local flavors. The restaurant team was exceptionally kind and attentive. As I was pregnant, they always took this into consideration and gave thoughtful recommendations regarding the menu. The hotel staff overall was incredibly warm and welcoming, and they added several very thoughtful touches to make our babymoon feel even more special. The spa experience was also excellent. I had both a prenatal massage and a facial, and both treatments were professionally done and deeply relaxing. The spa staff was fantastic. Since we visited at the end of April, the outdoor pool was still a little cold for me, but we really enjoyed the indoor pool, spa facilities, and gym instead. The rooms were always spotless, and we especially appreciated the evening refill/turndown service, which added an extra level of comfort to the stay. Overall, Borgobianco Resort & Spa was the perfect place for our babymoon: relaxing, elegant, attentive, and full of genuine hospitality. We would absolutely recommend it, especially for couples looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway in Puglia.

Borgobianco Resort and Spa offers a truly luxurious five-star experience. We stayed there for six nights in late April, and Simone was our on-site manager, always there to help. Domenico, Rebecca, and Antonella welcomed us with open arms, truly making us feel like family during our stay. They were so professional, courteous, and always ready to lend a hand. Domenico also arranged a convenient shuttle to Polignano a Mare. Our suite on the second floor was a dream, with all the luxury amenities you could want—a cozy and clean living area, bedroom, bathroom, closet, refrigerator, and even a security safe. The resort boasted a beautiful pool, spa (thank you, Pamela!), and an exercise room on a large property that looked out over olive groves and the Adriatic Sea. The staff was so attentive, keeping our room spotless with two visits each day. The groundskeepers had created a garden paradise bursting with fragrance. Every morning, we were treated to an endless buffet and coffee by the friendly Sevario and his talented team—Antonio, Angelo, Luciano, and Yury. In the evening, the restaurant was run by the same wonderful group! The menu was fantastic, with so many delicious options prepared by a chef who deserves a Michelin star. Marilena and Marcelo greeted us at the poolside bar with our favorite drinks every day. They made our evenings so relaxing after a long day of exploring. Our time at Borgobianco was truly exceptional, and we can’t wait to return. Borgobianco is like the “Hotel California” of Polignano a Mare; you can check in whenever you like, and you’ll never want to leave!

An amazing hotel made so by the courteous and helpful staff. Truly they treat all visitors as family with respect and care. Staff members would go out of their way to provide superlative service each of our five days staying with them. They remembered likes and dislikes and anticipated our needs. You can’t ask for more. As for the rooms and decor and setting, all were excellent. Our particular favorite was the plaza in the center of the hotel. Morning, noon and night, it was a wonderful location to sit and relax and enjoy the memories of the day touring. The restaurant served amazing choices of cuisine prepared and presented with class and distinction. Having travelled the USA and Europe as well as northern Italy, this shines bright as a don’t miss destination. Thanks to Danilo, Simone, Frederica, Fabio and all of the staff who made this such an amazing experience. God bless and ciao! Rodger A. Pelagalli

Very good for a four star hotel ( but if claiming 5 star then maybe not, unless different standards in Italy). Beautiful setting and nice rooms (we had a sitting room, porch, and lovely view over the fields to the sea). Pool has chipping paint all over needs a cleaning and repainting, and it would be better if the area that looked to everyone like a hot tub ( everyone approached it and tried it) was heated. Even better if the pool had some solar heating for the shoulder season. I like cold pools but whoa! The restaurants were short staffed? There seemed to be just one senior waiter working very hard and trying to coordinate a whole lot of other staff fumbling around. The one hour a day restriction on use of the gym and spa was annoying especially since hotel was clearly not full. Another thing they don’t tell you in advance is that the shuttle to town does not run nearly often enough or with enough capacity or right to the beach. Taxis are €35 one way for a 15 min trip; €45 after 9 pm. Nor is there any beach set up like some other off-shore hotels I’ve been to. Would stay here again but still people should know about these limitations.

WOW! The photos online don’t begin to capture how beautiful Biancoborgo really is. From the moment we arrived we felt instantly relaxed. The staff are wonderfully attentive, delivering the kind of service you’d expect from a true 5-star hotel. The grounds and rooms are immaculate, and breakfast was outstanding. The pool and pool bar make for a perfectly lazy afternoon, and the complimentary shuttle into Polignano is excellent, frequent enough that you can fully enjoy the town without ever worrying about the drive back. Every team member we met was fabulous, especially Giovanni and the two Federicas at reception, who went above and beyond to help with reservation changes and any questions we had. A genuinely exceptional stay. A great home base if you wanting to explore Puglia. We will be back again
