Excellent short stay. Lovely quiet location, well presented spa and outside pool. Plenty of choice and good quality breakfast. Dinner also very good, in fact we ate there more than once. Complimentary shuttle bus to Polignano a Mare available. Best of all, the staff are wonderful - very welcoming and helpful. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

A beautiful, secluded and countryside location. The hotel has sympathetic architecture to its locality. It has a calm atmosphere with a luxurious feel. Our room overlooked the farmland, pool and sea. It was lovely. The food and menu were outstanding! The Rock Octopus was the best we had ever had! Simply delicious food and service. It is very expensive (probably very good value) and remote (car hire best option but they do offer a free shuttle to the gorgeous local town). However, all the staff are so warm, kind and professional. We loved our week here and are sad to leave the wonderful staff. Many thanks to everyone!

An Unforgettable Stay at BorgoBianco! We had a fantastic experience at BorgoBianco! From the warm welcome at reception to the wonderful kitchen team, the staff was truly amazing throughout our stay. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and maintained perfectly every day. A special mention goes to the Friday evening Puglia party—it was joyful, authentic, and so memorable! On top of that, the food was simply outstanding. Grazie mille a tutti!

There are many 5 star hotels but often many have lots of facilities but lack good service. Borgo bianco excels on all fronts but especially on the service front, staff are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. My daughter was stung by a sea anemone and they arranged for us to see a doctor immediately at their sister hotel. The doctor didn’t even charge us (so unusual as it is normal to charge and claim through travel insurance) Throughout our stay they were super helpful. Arranging restaurants, tours and always being super prompt and efficient. Food was very good and it’s worth having dinner at the hotel. The hotel is gorgeous, rooms are kept clean and good aircon which is much needed in the summed. We had a wonderful apulian buffet dinner arranged by the hotel, with dancing / live music and it was a great way to experience apulian culture. This hotel is well worth it even for a long weekend. It’s very close to polignano sur mare and other towns. Fantastic place to base yourself. Highly recommend.
