The hotel is beautiful and in a calm countryside location but close enough to be able to see the sea down at Polignano a Mare. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfasts on the roof terrace are excellent- a wide choice. The evening meal is less impressive. The food looks good, stylishly presented but the taste is less exciting; there’s a disparity there. The staff are very attentive, professional and charming. Avoid room 218. It doesn’t have a terrace or balcony and looks out over the staff car park. I asked to be moved and the staff were very accommodating of my requirements and put me in room 209 which I’d definitely recommend as it’s on the end of a row, with views of the pool, the countryside and the sea and has a lovely balcony on which to sit and enjoy the peace.

Had a wonderful 4 day stay at this amazing resort. It was perfectly placed to explore all the beautiful villages in the area. The food was delicious and the staff superb! Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool due to the weather, but it looked spectacular. We will return when next we find ourselves in Southern Italy.

The staff at the hotel were so hospitable and friendly. Desiree always checked we were happy with everything. The rooms were exceptionally clean. We did not hire a car so took advantage of the courtesy bus to go into town. Our stay was for 4 nights. Anymore and I think you would want a car. Breakfast choice was super. Not so keen on restaurant dinner menu but that’s personal choice really. Beautiful outdoor pool was not open as it was too cold but we enjoyed the spa each day.

One of the most wonderful places we have ever stayed at. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable with balconies and beautiful views. Quiet surroundings and a perfect location with easy driving to neighboring towns and beaches. The friendliest and most helpful staff! Will definitely be returning to the Borgobianco to enjoy more of Puglia!

We spent a week in September and booked the hotel as base camp to explore the Puglia area. Hotel is rather small, no idea, but some 30 rooms or so. Very nice and rather large room. The pool area was large enough for the not too. Excellent breakfast, dinner was only medium for our taste. But there are zillions of good restaurants in the area.
