This resort never fails to feel like home. Manager Ilke and the reception staff go out of their way to assist. Management has a whatsapp group to provide info on local attractions and dining. The pool is always sparkling clean and the grounds well kept. Cleaning staff very efficient and friendly. Safe and clean. There is a new children's play room to keep the little ones busy.

Once again went to my Favorite Resort. Upon arrival i was meant by Ilke Mering the GM and Ben at the reception. Once again they made you immediately feel like you were family. The reception area was very clean and Ben was most efficient with the process of booking in. The accommodation was exceptional as the room was very clean and smelt lovely. i could not believe that on the first day i received a whatsapp from BHS telling me what one can do in Port Elizabeth and also the weather etc etc which i have never experienced at other resorts so well done to Ilke Mering and staff. This resort is very well run and the GM Ilke Meiring runs a very tight ship and is well versed in her line of business. She is friendly ,Professional and caring. They really do make you feel at home when you are there. The rooms are immaculate and the maid servicing my Room Monica was excellent. The garden and the view is stunning and very well kept. Even the security guard always greets you when you go in and out. This is a very well run resort and i hope that First group realise what a great asset they have in the GM ilke Mering and the staff. What is a concern to me is that i see some bad reviews and on investigation i found that those were bad reviews were from the guests of the owners of the units and not about the units run by First group. I would like to suggest that when we write a review there must be a question that ask us are we writing a review on the resort or a review on a owner that rents out his unit. i rate this resort 10 out of 10 for everything. Finally i would like to thank all the staff for making my stay there such a pleasant one.

Had a lovely stay for a week. Our suite was clean and well maintained with a lovely view over the ocean. Gardens are well maintained and there is ample safe parking. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Pity about the restaurant and pub which are no longer operational. There are however a number of restaurants within walking distance. A short drive to the Boardwalk Casino and Mall.

Such a beautiful tranquilising place but was very dissapointed as it was booked for a matric farewell for my daughter. The aircon didn't work, the shower head didnt work and hardly no water came out, we had no idea the resort has loadshedding which messed up out plans with the kids. The idea was to get nice photos therer that we didnt do there anyway cause we were all so irritated with the heat inside the unit 229. It was overall just a nightmare. Travelling agent doesn't answer emails etc. Not worth it at all.

What a convenient, comfortable and and affordable place to be for vacation in EC province. We had great time and easy to go either way towards Jeffrey Bay Tsitsikama or Addo side including Grahams town.
