Beautiful stay!
This hotel is so beautiful! I fell in love with the library and my daughter enjoyed all the art spread around the hotel. It was so nice to sit downstairs on the couches in the morning with my coffee or later in the night to just relax. Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful. And the room was spacious and quiet throughout the week! The hotel is also in walking distance to some delicious restaurants and Powell's Bookstore.

Thank you to Cruz, G for his incredible assistance!
We were put in a room where the a/c was not working properly. The front desk assistant explained it could be the heat from being on the 10th floor, but working as an hvac engineer, I know that wasn't the case. To most people that may have been acceptable. She promptly contacted maintenance and Cruz, G came within 5 minutes of me communicating with the front desk. This review is for Cruz, G. What an incredible person he is! He came in extremely respectful and professional. He was extremely kind and made every effort to assist in the repair of our unit. Unfortunately, we had to move rooms, but that wasn't a hassle at all. Cruz, G should absolutely be acknowledged for his integrity and hard work to keep this incredible hotel in working order. He, alone, will be the reason I refer others to this hotel. I will absolutely inquire the next time I stay here that he was acknowledged for his commitment to this hotel. You all made an excellent investment in this gentleman.

A great weekend
The room was lovely and comfortable. We got adjoining rooms with my mother-in-law, which made it easy but also private for all of us. The hotel restaurant was also terrific. The smash burger was “chef’s kiss” delicious.

The rooms were extremely spacious! Outstanding service, excellent amenities. Relaxing and calming ambiance. The chocolate shop was a bonus.

Great stay
Great location and service. The room was comfortable, and service was good. Azar Chocolate shop next to the lobby has great sipping chocolate and a variety of chocolate bars and the nicest owner! Will definitely stay again.
