Hilton Portland & Executive Tower

Female bartender at Hop City Tavern on evening of 24 August 2025 was rude, snide, and unprofessional in handling my order. Horrible customer service and an embarrassment to the Hilton name. Obviously the management at this hotel needs to better train the staff.

The hotel is fine. Our room on the 21st floor had a nice view. You can hear the music from Pioneer Square. This didn’t bother me but it may bother some. The standard rooms are very small. Ok for one person. The bathroom is so cramped that the toilet is installed at an angle so the door can close. Kinda like a trailer. If you can overlook the aesthetic it’s all ok. Music aside the room was quiet during the night. The standout was the breakfast. Normally hotel room service is mid at best, but this was actually really good. Front desk staff was friendly in a town with terrible customer service. I’d stay again but maybe spring for a larger room.

It’s hard to want to gatekeep this place cause it ruled but it’d be unfair to the wonderful experience we had here. From check in to check out Victoria has been welcoming warm and patient. Especially when during our check in I believe she was also assisting a new hire. Room clean, quiet. The bathroom also clean but it’s the service here that really stood out

The room was very clean and well kept throughout our stay. The staff was also very friendly. It was a well maintained facility, room is a bit small though.

The night time ladies Hoalan and Connie are awesome. I also love Anthony and Cass at the front desk. Super professional and welcoming. Anything I need I know I can count on them to get it for me. I’m so appreciative. The valet person Michael was also courteous. They have very great team here. However, housekeeping isn’t the greatest but for the price what do u expect.
