Hilton Portland & Executive Tower

Stayed at this hotel during a family reunion. The room was clean and comfortable, valet Chris was helpful. We found out after checking in that there is self-parking under the hotel which we switched to after 24 hours. Breakfast and lunch served for the reunion was very good. A good stay!

Good location and reasonable accomodation but several disappointing aspects. Very poor internet services. Shower needed fixing and was not adjustable. On checking out - a very early morning departure - front desk not helpful in getting final bill. I expected more from the Hilton.

Rodrigues on the front desck welcomed us very well . The visit was so amazing we had a wonderful housekeeping experience

Location: The location is excellent. It’s within easy walking distance of many of Portland’s top attractions, restaurants, shopping, and public transportation. We rarely needed a car during our stay, making it a great base for exploring the city. Value: The hotel offers great value for its downtown location. The rooms are modern and comfortable, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We felt we received excellent quality for the price. Cleanliness: The hotel was spotless throughout our stay. Our room was very clean, well maintained, and housekeeping did an excellent job. Everything felt fresh and comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Service: A special thank you to Rodrigo at the front desk. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. He answered our questions with patience and made us feel genuinely appreciated as guests. His excellent customer service made a great impression and contributed to a wonderful experience at the hotel.
