We have stayed her before several times. Nice hotel, nice rooms, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately this time we had some problems. First room assigned it us had a towel hook that came out of the wall. We requested another room and was accommodated. At the end of the night we went down to the lounge bar and found it closed. We thought that was odd considering it was only 10 on a Saturday night. We checked the sheet at the front desk that said they closed at 11. I asked a young man at the front desk what was going on. He gave me the most ridiculous answer I have ever heard about a group that contracted it and well I just don’t know what to say it was so stupid. All the lights were out and there was no one around. Why didn’t he just tell me the truth? We had words but he was just condescending so I walked away. Sad to say but this is my last stay here.

My mom and I came for a special family event that required a quiet & efficient place to come back & sleep to. The front desk attendant (Kimberly) was the BEST, she not only upgraded our room for the best city view, but had also sent us a late bday gift celebration to return to when we went out! Even one of the restaurant employees directed us efficiently to get everything we needed after checking in! All in all, Kimberly & the rest of the staff working this day (11.29.25) made so many accommodations that made us feel executive! We will be returning soon :)

Klarece - Front Desk Representative, was awesome!! She was very helpful and friendly. She fulfilled my request with a smile. A valuable asset to the Hilton Brand. Also, Rodrigo was professional and personable. And the food at the lobby restaurant was exceptionally tasty, especially for “hotel” food.

Victoria of the front desk was exceptional! She went above and beyond in addressing my requests by taking prompt actions and even suggesting solutions. She never ran out of good mood and patience even if she was the only one working at the time I was there. She always maintained her focus and composure in attending to all of the guests and never lost her energy and enthusiasm. Highly commendable employee who should get a raise! About the hotel, I noticed that it was so clean and well-maintained and the staff are also friendly. The location is close to so many restaurants and bus stops/train stations (MAX line). I'll definitely go back here!!!

My husband & I had mixed feelings. He didn't like that there was no concierge; food very expensive in Hop City; no one at front desk told us about having to use room card to use elevator. Rode up/down several times before another guest showed us how to use room card. On the other hand, Shaun R, of bell staff acted as our concierge helping with cabs, tours & local food places. He is an outstanding member of Hilton staff. Housekeeping was extremely friendly, timely with cleaning. We would stay here again now that we know the ropes, just eat elsewhere.
