Wonderful Stay
Here’s a polished, brief review you can use or tweak: We stayed here to celebrate our anniversary and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Juan went above and beyond to make our stay special by surprising us with wine and chocolate-covered strawberries in our room. The gesture meant so much to us. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be back.

Amazing staff, great experience ever time
I've been staying at The Nines for the past two years now while traveling to work in Portland. The thing that stands out to me the most is the staff, they are excellent from check in to check out. In particular, I want to recognize Anandi, Marissa, Fatima, Michael and Chona at the front desk for their amazing attitude and excellent customer service skills. At the Urban Farmer Bar, Joseph and Luke in particular are amazing. They are great conversationalists and run a busy night like pros. I choose to come back to The Nines over and over because I know I'll always get an amazing experience here! The staff go above and beyond to accommodate room requests and anything I need. Highly recommend.

I planned a ‘girls’ night with my 90 year old mother at The Nines and it was out of this world! The staff went out of their way to make my Mom’s stay memorable. They treated her like a VIP and made sure she got the best of the best. After numerous health issues this was a celebration of her recovery and we couldn’t have asked for more. 10 out of 10. Huge thanks to Janessa for making our stay so special.
