Beautiful hotel but not great on execution
Although the staff was extremely friendly & trying to help they just had trouble executing our needs. Examples: - rooms were too hot. No follow up upon us asking. - wanted a fan… took 3 requests - no streaming available Hotel is gorgeous but need an tech upgrade

Super Dope Hotel
Very convenient place for all the toursit spots. Atmosphere is great and friendly. The rooms were very nice and clean. Service was top notch and one of the best experiences.

Excellent location, that’s about the only good thing
Mixed thoughts about this hotel. We stayed here because of its central location, and the fact that we were in Porto for only 2 days. So from that perspective, it was perfect - because it is smack in the middle of Porto, in the middle of all the attractions and tourist activities. So high marks for location for sure! As for the property - well, it’s crowded, feels dated, and definitely by no means a 5-star property - not even close. Fitness center is way too small with outdated equipment. Breakfast at the restaurant was below average, limited selection. The rooms were spacious but felt dated - vents were loud at night, bed was uncomfortable because of old mattresses. Staff was super courteous and polite. Might stay here again if we visit Porto again, but only for its location.

Beautiful Porto
The location, atmosphere and amenities are second to none. Truly a beautiful place to stay when visiting Porto. My family and I had a wonderful time in the city which was always capped off with excellent desserts and port back at the hotel bar. We have decided that this is our place to stay when visiting Porto. No need to look anywhere else. Highly recommended.
