Amazing Hotel
A wonderful hotel in a great location. Very comfortable clean, nice size rooms and bathrooms. The staff is amazing, friendly and professional. The concierge team will make sure you have a Amazing experience in Porto. Looking forward to hopefully returning in a not too distant future.

Great Location!
We stayed in July for few nights at this property during our trip to Portugal. The location is very good and in walking distance to most of Porto’s highlights. It’s a historical Palace, very clean and with good service. The A/C was working very well, the room was large as well as the bathroom. The only downside was the noise coming from the street almost all night. Overall we had a pleasant stay and recommend this property.

We had a fantastic stay at the InterContinental Porto. Our first room was on the 2nd floor and was lovely, but we noticed construction noise coming from the square right across the street, so we asked the front desk if there were any alternative rooms available. Tiago was incredibly accommodating and offered us a choice of rooms on the 4th floor — the new room was beautiful and much quieter. Service throughout the hotel was excellent, and we genuinely felt like special guests during our entire stay. The location is fantastic, too — we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go in Porto. Just two small notes for improvement: the pillows are quite soft and flatten out almost immediately, and even with the AC set as low as it would go, our room ran a bit warmer than we'd have liked. Overall, a great hotel with a team that clearly goes above and beyond. We'd happily stay again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Porto.
