Intercontinental Porto, we will be back!
We were only here for two days, but we had a wonderful experience! The front desk staff were very helpful and attentive. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything felt fresh and well maintained. I wasn’t expecting the slippers, but I was so happy to see them — I don’t like walking barefoot on hotel floors. The welcome pastries were a lovely surprise and absolutely delicious. Breakfast is highly recommended, and the staff in the dining area and at the bar were amazing — friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Overall, our stay was truly a great experience. We highly recommend staying here!

To avoid while the metro works are still there
Very bad windows, no thermal and no acoustic isolation Noisy environment, not possible to rest after 7am even on weekends, due to street works that are not the responsibility of the hotel but which should be involved in the process, they just dont care. Tricky access to garage which is not owned by the hotel and impossble to drive aound the hotel due to works in place for years...

Beautiful hotel but not great on execution
Although the staff was extremely friendly & trying to help they just had trouble executing our needs. Examples: - rooms were too hot. No follow up upon us asking. - wanted a fan… took 3 requests - no streaming available Hotel is gorgeous but need an tech upgrade

Super Dope Hotel
Very convenient place for all the toursit spots. Atmosphere is great and friendly. The rooms were very nice and clean. Service was top notch and one of the best experiences.
