Il San Pietro di Positano

Hotel Il San Pietro is one of the finest hotels you will likely ever encounter. It is perched on a cliff adjacent to Positano. The pool, ocean club, Michelin restaurant, and the view cannot be beat. Cocktails on the back patio before dinner are as good as it gets, the views are literally unreal. But HISP doesn’t stop at the facilities, it only starts there. The service is what sets this place apart, from reservations, to the front desk to Andrea the general manager, you will not find service really anywhere that can match HISP. As busy as Andrea is running a world class resort with 2 restaurants, you will see him several times a day to make sure your experience is perfect, and he will immediately direct staff to a fresh cocktail, an on site made limoncello, a snack, a dinner reservation or really whatever you want. The cooking classes are great, the boat ride is great (they have their own boat), and a water taxi to Positano for dinner is amazing. Their beach club and service is just unreal. You won’t have a better experience that HISP!

Wonderful! Beautiful, great service. We only stayed for one night but wish we had booked 2-3 more! The food was very good too!

I came to celebrate my birthday. My husband and I got a luxurious room in which all the rooms had a sea view. Even the bathroom had a sea view. A very luxurious hotel with high-class service. The restaurant in the hotel has exquisite cuisine. The hotel has a lot of entertainment and a very beautiful beach on the sea. The pool is very well located with a sea view. I want to say that the hotel is very luxurious. On my birthday we had dinner in the hotel restaurant, it was unforgettable. The cooked rabbit was very tasty and in general all the food cooked in the restaurant was wonderful. Every evening a unique dinner. The weather at the end of April is wonderful. Every day the sun is bright that you need to have sunscreen. I recommend this hotel as a high-class hotel.

HSP is truly the definition of hospitality. On arrival we were greeted by Andrea, the manager, congratulating us on our anniversary. Check in was very easy. The property itself is breathtaking - from the decor to the impeccable landscaping!! service is top notch- they truly think of everything. We didn’t eat at zass but carlino by the beach was delicious. It is tucked away about five min from the main part of positano making it nice and quiet. The shuttle service to town is 24/7 which is so convenient- I recommend only visiting in the evenings to avoid the massive day tripper crowds. Overall we had an incredible experience and it was worth every penny. We will be back!!
