Heaven on earth is how to describe Il San Pietro di Positano. This place has it all... breathtaking views, exceptional dining and lavish accommodations but what really sets this magical place apart is the staff. Every interaction confirmed their dedication to a flawless guest experience. They made note that we were celebrating our anniversary going above and beyond to ensure our stay would be memorable and special. I cannot recommend Il San Pietro highly enough, it truly is in a league of its own. Thank you to Andrea and the entire staff for an experience we won’t forget. We are already planning our return!

Best hotel. Upkeep on the hotel is perfect. View is to die for. Staff is unbelievable. Hotel manager and restaurant managers are the best.

We truly can’t say enough good things about Il San Pietro di Positano! From the moment we reached out about hosting our elopement during our stay, the team was exceptional in every way. A special thank you to Massimo and Andrea for their warm welcome and seamless assistance throughout—both went above and beyond to make us feel genuinely cared for and celebrated. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, from recommending the wonderful officiant Anna, to arranging our flowers, to securing an unforgettable reservation at Zass. Everything came together perfectly, and it made our experience truly unforgettable. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year!

I mean it’s nice but .. VERY VERY noisy !!! you can hear everything ! The service seems to be all focused on the restaurant ? The hotel doesn’t tell you about what’s going on in hotel … like it’s a secret ? We found out there was a free boat ride cooking classes Italian lessons from another guest . They are lacking here . The boat ride was AWESOME and it’s complimentary.. we had a few days of bad weather so hotel should have stepped up here . I wouldn’t go back to Positano as it’s gone downhill scruffy people stores arent what they used to be .. it’s a bit like Las Vegas meets Venice Beach . Not chic like I remembered it 10 years ago . All in all nice views from hotel .

What a magical experience to have stayed in what can only be described as one of the most beautiful hotels in Italy. The location on the Amalfi coast needs no introduction, but the seclusion and tranquility of Il San Pietro is Unique. From the moment you arrive you are made to feel so welcome, it feels more like a private home than a hotel. Nothing is too much trouble, and the service is superb. The rooms are spacious and beautifully clean with an attention to detail that is rare to find these days. The restaurants needless to say are exemplary. Il San Pietro has left an indelible memory.
