Il San Pietro is the only hotel in Positano with direct access to a private beach. The beach is a natural cove surrounded by crystal clear waters, with a solarium, restaurant and bar by the sea. An elevator carved into the cliff will swiftly carry you from the lobby down to this special, heavely spot. Every room offers a private dream: a terrace with a view over the sea, furnished with a table, chairs and comfortable sun beds. We love the Il San Pietro
My wife and I love this hotel. The property and the hotel itself are simply stunning. Breath-taking. And, as beautiful as the property is, the people are even more wonderful. We always feel so welcome and have become friends with some of the staff. We are already making plans for next year. The hotel and its staff get our highest recommendation.

The Best Hotel in Italy...if not the World!
There are not enough superlatives to describe this spectacular hotel, property, staff and dining experiences! We have been fortunate enough to stay at the San Pietro multiple times and each year our experience is as good or better than the prior year. Specifically, we feel like 'extended family' and the entire staff, from housekeeping to the General Manager don't miss any details. I commented to my wife that sometimes they know what you desire even before you do! The food is amazing at both restaurants. The cocktails and canopies on their spacious terrace are delicious and is the perfect way to begin your evening each night. We cannot say enough great things about the Il San Pietro. You will not be disappointed at this 3 Star Michelin Property...there are only eight such properties in Italy with this 3 Star recognition. Maury & Susan - Aspen CO USA

Wow! Great location, cocktails and food
A beautiful hotel and grounds. Cocktails on the terrace followed by a lovely meal in Carlinos restaurant by the sea. Delicious food, great service and a wonderful location! Would definitely recommend as we enjoyed a wonderful experience here.

We had an amazing time at Il San Pietro! The hotel was beautiful with amazing views, we loved our hotel rooms, the food and drinks were fabulous, the shuttle service was much appreciated, and the service and friendliness of the staff was wonderful. We also thoroughly enjoyed the cocktail masterclass.

The only choice on the Amalfi Coast
Il San Pietro is a slice of heaven! The service is unparalleled and everyone is made to feel at ease while also maintaining luxury and sophistication. Pasquale and GM Andrea made our experience remarkable. The location adjacent to, but not within Positano really distinguishes it from other luxury properties on the Amalfi Coast. We will be dreaming about these views and lunch at Carlino until we return!
