This is a decent premier inn. Staff were friendly, room was clean and it was quiet. Bed was good albeit a bit squeaky! My only issue is the room was so hot. The air con was turned off so the heat must be centrally controlled and although it was freezing outside, it was so hot during the night we were both sweating and we couldn’t open the window. But apart from that, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, the location is superb.

Very good location with easy access to Lime Street Station, bus station, city centre and Albert Docks. Very courteous staff and a comfortable, well equipped room. Q Carpark approx 50 yards away with bet reasonable rates.

An excellent location which was great value for money and perfect for our stay. I stayed with my wife and 2 kids in a family room for 4 nights and ate out in Liverpool One, Albert Dock and Ropewalks all of which were a short walk away. Would highly recommend for a family on a budget. Breakfast was excellent value with my 2 kids eating for free

Strategically located, but the room I was assigned left much to be desired. It was generally dusty, which triggered my allergies. And I don't think maintenance/proper cleaning has been done in a while, given the state of the bathroom - uneven grouting, mold on the shower door, paint ripped from the wall, broken trash bin, a grimey soap dispenser.. Even the room door stopper is broken. Don't even get me started on the alleged double bed (basically two twin beds pushed together, so you have the ravine in between). I do hope management does something about these issues.
