Prague headquarters

Gorgeous hotel in a convenient location Very nice, big breakfast buffet. The lobby is well done and the elevators fast. They also have a huge marble staircase behind the bank of elevators, quite convenient. The staff was very friendly and the room comfy, although the beds were a little firm for our taste. Nice bathroom and shower. They have 7 foot long towels, not soft but big. Much nicer than the toilet paper that feels like sandpaper. We had a room with a window overlooking the front street, we knew we were in trouble when they gave us earplugs. It was very noisy on the street until past 3 AM.

Holiday in Prague

Such a wonderful property in the heart of Prague. Very bright, modern, luxurious, welcoming hotel. My room was extremely clean. The view was fantastic: Imagine drinking a glass of bubbly ( I was greeted with it upon check-in) with a view of the Prague Castle . I've never had such a great breakfast in a hotel! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Nice to look at but not practical

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

While the hotel is visually very appealing, from the lobby to the rooms, it falls short in some minor but also fairly significant ways. Service: The service was respectful but there was no warmth. The best service I received was in the bar. Everyone there was great. I found the rest of the staff to be cold and some even appeared as if I was inconveniencing them when I approached the front desk to ask for assistance. American Express Fine Hotels & Resorts Program: Either Amex needs to be more selective about the properties they allow to participate in this program, or the properties need to decide to opt out when they really are not able to provide much value outside of standard non-FHR booking. I did not receive a room upgrade; I only received an extra 30min for checkout; the USD$100 property credit could only be spent on food and drinks, but not the massage service (nor any tips towards food/drink service). Im not a breakfast person so I never tried their breakfast so I can’t comment on that. I’d recommend this property be removed from the program since benefits are so limited. Room: I appreciated the design of the room, it was decorated nicely in a modern style. The bed was quite comfortable and spacious. Oddly, there were too many lamps that you have to turn off manually (4-5 I believe), one I even had to call the front desk to ask because the switch was intentionally hidden in the design. The balcony attached to my room was lovely. Here’s where it gets quite odd though. The walls are not insulated well and you can easily hear your neighbors speaking and moving around. I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH, YOU WILL WAKE UP IF YOU ARE A SOFT SLEEPER. I could hear every sound that was above a whisper. I had trouble sleeping my entire stay. The bathroom needed a deep clean; there was long hair all over my bathroom that did not belong to me as I don’t have long hair. Additionally there were only USB ports located next to the bed, no other wall outlets next to the bed. It would be better to have regular wall outlets or USB-C ports since no one really has USB cords for phones/smart watches anymore. Finally, I could not get the A/C to work properly but the weather was perfect outside and it wasn’t needed Location: The property is perfectly situated to go to all of the major attractions by foot. I only took vehicles when my feet hurt from walking at the end of the day. Finally the restaurant, bar and lobby are quite beautiful and really provide a good atmosphere. Though the hotel has some good qualities, the fact that I couldn’t get a good nights sleep means I would not return. There are other options in the area at this price point.

Great Breakfast, Bad Pillows

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

This is a stylish hotel with elegant décor, a fantastic breakfast, and a great bar for unwinding in the evening. But the sleep quality was awful. The pillows were basically non-existent; the moment you lay your head down, they collapsed into nothing. On top of that, the walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors talking. A real shame, because everything else about the hotel was excellent. With better bedding and soundproofing, this place could be outstanding.

Lovely hotel

Stayed here August 2025 in a double room. Very comfy bed. Bathroom super nice. AC was great. Hotel is conveniently located to town centre, restaurants and attractions and is an easy walk. Breakfast was great with huge selection of foodshotel staff friendly and helpful.
