Perfect location warm staff
Very warm welcome and very attentive staff, hotel recently refurbished within the past few years and very well maintained. Rooms very functional and the one of the most comfy beds I’ve slept in. Hotel bar cocktails exceptional with attention to detail. Breakfast superb and couldn’t ask for better, plus the staff for breakfast also so warm and friendly. Deffo highly recommend this hotel for location and service. The girl whom checked us in was amazing and very warm and welcoming as was all the staff.

Overall very good on all levels
Overall great stay location friendly staff good room & bed size & was sooo comfortable. I had a street view deluxe room which had a nice view of street once I opened windows was lovely

Highly recommend - the best staff
After a miscommunication between staff on check-in, the error was rectified quickly and Ken sorted the problem with sincere apologies. All staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Not one member of staff that we saw, were anything than great. Lobmo (hopefully right?), in the bar was the most knowledgable bar tender I have ever met, all bar staff bent over backwards to make you feel welcome and ensure you enjoyed the experience of their lovely cocktails. Breakfast was also absolutely great. Hot & cold buffets or from the menu. Lovely coffees! The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Great location just off Wenceslas Square. 5 minutes walk from the nearest underground station.

Super weekend in Prague
Super friendly and helpful staff. We arrived very early, but it was no problem to store our luggage up front. We got a phone call when the room was ready and on top of that our luggage was already in our room upon return. Awesome service. Room was spacious and clean. The bed was excellent. Breakfast was good and there was enough to choose from (a la carte was also possible and was included in price) The location of the hotel is perfect for experiencing Prague by foot.

The Alcron is perfectly situated by the main Museum, very close to public transportation and a short walk to good shopping and Old Town. I took the underground from the airport and only had to walk a few blocks to the hotel (on cobblestones though). The hotel offers good service, and the hotel bar serves up delicious, inventive cocktails. The basic room I stayed in was small, as is typical with European hotels, but was cleaned twice daily (and early as I prefer). The entire hotel has been very recently rennovated. It is beautiful, clean, and up-to-date, but has lost any charm it used to have. The breakfast buffet was standard fare, but service was quick and nothing at all to complain about. I recommend this hotel with confidence.
