Great hotel, great service, great location
This was my first time at this hotel. We have enjoyed it very much, from all aspects: service, location, installations, food, etc. I will come back.

Definitely go
A totally flawless experience. Everything that was offered by the Alcron was great— breakfast, Elias cafe, and the Alcron bar. All staff members clearly took pride in their work and were really pleasant and professional. The receptionists even remembered questions we asked them earlier in our stay and continued the conversation. We also loved our room (which was spotless), and the a/c was good, but make sure you switch the settings so that it stays on all night long. When one of our parties requested a room change, it was done almost immediately— not an easy feat on a busy summer Thursday night in a full hotel. The hotel is pretty central but we preferred to take Ubers and then make our way back. You can definitely walk to where you want to be. Our experience in Prague would not have been the same without the Alcron, and I would recommend it to anyone looking to visit.

Beautiful hotel in Prague
We had two rooms at the hotel. Both rooms were fantastic. The staff was incredibly professional and friendly. Breakfast had tons of options from a menu or buffet. The bar serves unique drinks with a historical story attached to each drink. Beds were very comfortable. Location was close to everything we wanted to do. Plenty of Uber or 10 minute walks.

Stylish hotel, excellent value for money
Stylish, well furnished room with large, comfortable bed, good reading lights, large shower, very well equipped gym. Very good location near to shops, restaurants, cafes and sights.

Horrible hotel
I came early and I understand the rule says you check in at 2-3 pm. However, how can you justify that all guests are go arrived after me got check in immediately. The staff are rule and it’s not worth it. Don’t. Waste your money. Very bad hotel and
