Almanac X Alcron Prague

The Almanac X Alcron Prague is an outstanding hotel in an excellent location in the heart of Prague. The staff is very professional with warm hospitality, the rooms are modern, with style and very comfortable. The restaurant and bar are also highly recommendable and offer great food and drinks. The breakfast is first rate as well. I had a fantastic stay.

The Almanac Alcron Prague made our stay in Prague so memorable for my wife and I’s one year anniversary. We were greeted at the reception by Anna who informed us that our reservation with Amex Travel was having some trouble communicating with their internal system and that they would need some time to align the reservation. Anna was extremely accommodative and offered us seats at the in house coffee shop Elias Coffee. Anna let us know that we could order coffee on the house which was a very sweet accommodation. Upon ordering coffee the barista was unsure of our free coffee and I couldn’t charge to the room because we didn’t have a room yet. I ended up paying with my card and brought the receipt to Anna at the front desk. Anna took care of our receipt by refunding my credit card immediately which I saw hit my statement within 2 days. We ended up leaving our bags and exploring the city until we came back at 2pm to check on our room. Anna let us know that we were upgraded to an executive suite from the standard king room that we booked. Anna’s accommodative service really made outlets stay special after we could have been nervous that our reservation wasn’t initially showing in the hotel’s system. The executive king room had ample space, a very comfy bed, a great view and a massive bathroom. After checking into our room, we went on to explore Prague and the Christmas markets. When we arrived back at our room at the end of the night, we were surprised by a happy anniversary dessert and bottle of champagne on ice. This was such a special touch that the Almanac went out of their way for. Furthermore, we loved the interior of the room and we utilized the tub every night. The bed was not just excellent for a hotel bed but it was actually extremely comfy and we slept great each night. Room service food was excellent as we ordered from the bar menu and they were able to accommodate our request as that wasn’t the standard room service menu. The bathroom was one of the nicest hotel bathrooms I’ve been in. It felt like the floors were heated which was a huge luxury. All of the soaps smelt very good and when one of the soap nozzles was broken, it was easily replaced by house keeping. Can’t say enough positives about this hotel and shoutout to Anna for the excellent service

I had the deluxe twin room for my sister and I , everything started with the extremely smooth check in process, i got at 12:30 pm and my room was already available, the staff is the best , the only thing was the payment method that was a bit weird but eventually everything was perfect , i will come back for sure , the breakfast was AMAZING ! We had great service by Mohammad sermid , my sister and I felt at home , the walls were pretty thin but our room was quiet and everything was clean and great

Excellent Service, fancy cocktails, innovative Food and interesting Czech wine - what more could I ask for? The sourdough bread was very good, the diamond shaped ice Cube in the Prima Balerina Cocktail and the starter on a warm stone came as nice surprises. Thank you also for the Birthday surprise for my wife. We enjoyed the evening very much.
