Andaz Prague

We had a very pleasant stay at Andaz Prague. The hotel is beautiful, well located, and the staff were warm and professional throughout our visit. The only issue we faced was with the TV in our room turning on randomly during the night, including twice around 1 am, which startled our child. The team was apologetic and offered a room change on the last night, but moving rooms for one night wasn’t practical. The only temporary solution was to unplug the TV.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. One of the best hotels that I have used. Extremely attentive helpful staff. We booked the basic room which was extremely clean and well equipped. Ate in the Zen restaurant which was fantastic. The staff were knowledgeable about the delicious food and wine. Breakfast was great too. I would definitely recommend this hotel for all of the above and the excellent location into the old town.

Out of all my hotel experiences, staying at Andaz Prague makes into my personal top 3 just with short 3D2N stay. Booked through Amex FHR for unbeatable value and boy was I impressed all the way from the check-in until guaranteed check-out at 4PM. While staying here everything was just perfect. Service and staff? Kind, punctual, thorough – complimentary upgrade and early check-in at noon provided the best possible start for my long weekend at Prague. Ameneties? Just lovely and luxurious – complimentary minibar, Byredo cosmetics all over the place, up to date in-room tech, bed was comfortable and firm (even if the soft pillows weren’t all that comfortable). F&B? Outstanding – food on menu at ZEM and especially the breakfast options are truly the best I have ever eaten anywhere in the world! Hotel design and vibes? Immaculate – I travel to feel and big part of the experience is the hotels design language and Andaz Prague exceeded all my excpectations. Added bonus: The spa facilties (currently the sauna and the steam room) were both fantastic and very much approved by a Finnish traveler, with certain Finnish touches visible here and there. The temperature at the sauna was as it should be (nearly 90 degrees celcius, for a proper Finnish sauna experience) If you appreciate a hotel with understated and unique design language, quietness and privacy, high quality F&B, extensive amenities and facilities, do yourself a favor and stay here.

We loved our stay here, from check in with the offer of a drink upon arrival to late check out our stay was faultless. What a beautiful hotel and stunning room. Service from reception, the concierge team and waiting staff was faultless as was, we loved the bar area and Tim was v ru attentive and welcoming. Thank you for a lovely stay

We had the perfect stay at Andaz in Prague. The hotel is so new but retains an old feel, and is beautifully located. We loved the welcome drinks. Our room was spacious and immaculate. Highly recommend this hotel for families visiting Prague.
