Andaz Prague

The Andaz Prague Hotel - located in the heart of Prague downtown - has everything you need for having most memorable experiences during your stay thanks to its exceptional customer service (caring, kind, and professional, who make you feel highly valued and appreciated), a breakfast buffet that leaves nothing open (including egg dishes a la carte), a ZEM restaurant for delicious dinner and cocktails, wines, and beers, and most importantly, amazingly and beautifully designed rooms with very high ceilings, contemporary furniture, state-of-the-art mattress (which was especially important to us), and well laid-out bathroom (bath tub, separate rain shower, and bidet-toilets). We can't wait to be back! Very highly recommended. 5/5 stars.

A beautiful hotel located in the heart of Prague, within walking distance to everything there is to see and do, including great shopping and restaurants. The staff was always very friendly and helpful and if someone could not assist, they found someone who could (i.e. translate directions in English).

This is a superb property, very central location with quite a few great restaurants within 1 to 2 minutes of walking distance, amazing amenities and top-notch hospitality. We stayed at Andaz Prague in late October for three nights and we were upgraded to a premium suite with a separate, classic sun room overlooking the square. Our suite was spacious with high ceilings, and modern design added the final touch. Bathroom was spacious with double vanity. Our suite was meticulously clean throughout our stay. Breakfast buffet and a-la-carte items were hearty and healthy and it was great to see different menu items during our stay. We had dinner at the restaurant onsite - waiters were super friendly and food was good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andaz Prague and hope to return soon!

Beautiful rooms with charming decor. Location is amazing- you couldn’t get a better area to stay in! The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. I felt extremely safe as a solo female traveler but the hotel staff was not especially friendly. Upon check-in, my room wasn’t ready and they asked me to sit for 10-15 minutes. 45 minutes later I went back to the desk and my room was suddenly ready - it was very clear they forgot about me. The breakfast is a beautiful but busy event each morning. The hostess sat me and asked, “Will you be long?” - this did not feel appropriate and it was clear they wanted me in and out to make room for other guests. The bar was also not friendly- I sat down and asked for a drink menu and was promptly told they were out of all their signature cocktails. While it was a beautiful hotel, I expected better service just as I have experienced in other Andaz properties.
