Charming Hotel
The details in the room are like easter egg hunt, it had so much chracter. The rooms were spotless the customer service was excuiset, comfortable bed, location is perfect! The only two issues our group had was; there was no room service for food at night (only a salad option was given once) and the restuarant staff wasn't friendly or professional. There were few who were friendly but the majorty of the restaurant staff were very dissapointing.

Andaz Prague is amazing: Steps away from Old Town Prague
We spent 3 nights at Andaz Prague and we loved every minute of it. The hotel is located in the city center walking distance to Old Town Prague. You’re surrounded by an eclectic variety of delicious restaurants. You’re also very close to the train stations. The location cannot be any better. The hotel itself is gorgeous. We were met with welcome drinks of our choices. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite with a city view across the street from the park. The airline had actually lost our luggage so we didn’t get our luggage until the next morning. The staff was generous enough to provide absolutely all of our toiletries needed: Dental kit, shaving cream, deodorant, etc. The hotel breakfast is divine. It’s a buffet and / or à la carte. As Globalisfs, we were offered a glass of champagne , so we just made ourselves mimosas! The breakfast array was outstanding! Delicious offerings and so very fresh. We definitely recommend this hotel. Once again, Hyatt knocks it out of the park. The customer service, amenities, spotless rooms, and gorgeous hotels keep us loyal to Hyatt. Shout out to Ms. Radi (from Bulgaria) who checked us in. She was full of personality, so friendly and professional. She gave us wonderful recommendations for sight seeing and dining. We can’t wait to visit Andaz Prague again!
