I am always in firm belief of the regime that “Hyatt never disappoints” from my years of observations and experiences. Throughout my travels in the past I tended to stay with Hyatt properties because of the consistency in their products and services, whenever and wherever. This time with Andaz Prague was of no exception. The team really appreciated what guests expected from them and had no hesitation about seeking whatsoever ways possible to help elevate their experience to an unprecedented level, which gave rise to a profound exhibition of Hyatt hospitality at its finest. Knowing that I came to Czech Republic for the first time as part of my trip in Central Europe, the guest experience team thoughtfully set up in my room a set of local Czech souvenirs as welcome amenities to add to my collection. Even more surprising, I was offered a courtesy upgrade to one of the very spacious high-floor corner suites which included a covered balcony extended from the room with ample natural light. The magnificent view of the Prague downtown and the traditional commuter trams running through was just amazing. On two days I woke up early in the morning just to capture the sunrise through the balcony windows. Apart from the warm welcome and the impressive suite, I was also touched by the tremendous friendliness and helpfulness of the associates all the way through. They also made available to all guests certain complimentary beverages at the lobby served chilled - a very thoughtful treat indeed! Instead of standardising their services as a procedural routine, the Andaz team managed to observe and attend to the fine details in order to customise a unique experience for each individual guest particularly the loyal Globalist members. Whenever they mention about anything they do mean it, that is why I conclude in the headline of this review as they being serious about promoting hospitality exclusive to Hyatt. I was deeply touched by the services and would like to extend my appreciation to Aditya (Rooms Division Manager), Glenn of the Front Office, Pedro of the Guest Experience, Mira from the Concierge, Katka and Ruba of the F&B and many others for their attentive care, professional service, exceptional dedication and hard work. Good news are always meant to be spread!

Great location, facility and staff. It made walking to most of what Prague has to offer very easy. Especially Old Town and Prague Tower.

The hotel is within walking distance to everything. Very modern. Spacious room although laid out a bit awkwardly. There was no place to put our suitcases without tripping on them. We were on the 5th floor with high ceilings and a window with a good view. The issue was that it was early October and the temperature was close to 80°. The room was very warm, with the air vent on the top near the ceiling. You could crack the window open, but that turned off the air conditioning. There was little circulation. A ceiling fan would had been nice. Very restless three nights. A friend on the 4th floor said the same about their room. The hotel has an excellent restaurant called ZEM. Very good food and waitstaff. I’d come back to the restaurant but skip the hotel. Only issue was the bar tender at the time. He was busy filling orders for the restaurant, but I eventually got up from the bar and left without a drink. Totally ignored, even though we had eye contact. Prague is beautiful. We will definitely be returning someday.

Splendid experience from the second we got out of our car. Peter greeted us and brought us right to reception. Peter was helpful and friendly throughout our stay with suggestions and directions. Check in was seamless. Our room was beautiful and had some whimsy! Clean room. Good outlets. Quiet. Lovely breakfast with very kind staff. Perfect location, so close to everything you want to do in Prague. We WILL stay here again.
