Perfect property for a short trip to Prague.
A great property - very good location, well appointed rooms and friendly service. Walking distance to the river, lots of good food and shopping options close by.

Andaz Prague is perfectly acceptable, but not for everyone
Clean, adequate hotel, tries hard to please but some essential elements are missing. Trying to be slick, youthful and modern missed the mark for me. Rooms are small, no desks so impractical for any serious work. Gimmicky Andaz Hour drink delivers no value whatsoever, the sniff box to choose your cocktail is ridiculous. If you want something else even a basic soft drink they will try to charge you. Front desk with 2 staff is inadequate, they also double as the concierges so at busy times staff are overwhelmed and wait times for even a simple enquiry are long.Despite this they were helpful and friendly. Location is on the edge of the old city, in a non-descript area, but walkable for the fit to the landmarks. A tram runs behind the hotel that was a good option to visit the more distant areas in this large city. Note they do host big tour groups, so breakfast was very busy on those days.

5 star service and hotel
Stunning hotel in great location. The whole experience from check in to leaving was excellent. Our room was a great size and they had all amenities that we required. We ate in the hotel restaurant the first night and each night had pre dinner drinks in the bar where we found the staff friendly and helpful. I would return here again as loved every minute.

Central location and wonderful service. They take very good care of you. Peter was especially helpful in aiding us to locate transportation to Cesky Krumlov.
