We absolutely loved our stay at the Andaz Hotel in Prague! From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. We were upgraded to a gorgeous corner room that was spacious, beautifully designed, and so comfortable—it really made our trip even better. Breakfast each morning was a highlight with plenty of delicious options and a relaxing atmosphere to start the day. The location could not have been more perfect—we walked everywhere with ease, which made exploring the city such a joy. The staff was always friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and we felt so well taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, it was a beautiful hotel with top-notch service, a fantastic location, and a warm atmosphere. We had a wonderful time and would happily stay again!

Great location with great staff. Very clean and safe for going out at night. Within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping and not far from Old Town Prague.

Wonderful hotel in every way -- service was personable and hotel amenities and restaurants were all top quality. Excellent location that is both walkable to many of the sites in Prague but also located in a quiet neighborhood.

Overall a lovely hotel. But before booking your room, know that you need to ask more specifically about your room layout. While we had glass doors on a shower and toilet, there was no separation between the washroom/toilet/shower from the rest of the room. When you enter the room the first thing you see is the sink with a mirrored partial wall open on both sides which is your only separation from your bed. Very odd and not conducive to much privacy or noise reduction if you travel with someone that takes multiple bathroom breaks during the night. Everyone else in my group had a completely separate washroom/toilet/shower area separated by walls/pocket doors. Very odd layout. I booked as part of a cruise package so I know that the amount I paid was not any less than anyone else that had the pocket doors! A disappointment for sure.

Hello everyone I’m posting this review of behalf of my sister (she hasn’t got a Tripadvisor). She stayed two times in Andaz hotel in Prague in company of her husband and two kids (1 and 8 years). Food : breakfast was absolutely good, with different snacks, 5 types of bread, sausages, bacon, 3 types cheese etc., freshly cut vegetables and fruits, fresh juices plus free beverages. I should mention that by menu there was oat porridge on coconut milk, but everyday chefs cooked oat porridge on plain milk due to order of my sister and it was delicious (extra thanks to chef!). Also the restaurant allowed to take away the porridge in coffee cup as they understood that it was for kids. We should also mention waiter Angela who was extremely careful and mindful to us both our trips. Thank you As disadvantage we should mention that night menu in room service was quite poor. The dinner we ordered at 12pm took half an hour (which is great) but not tasty to be honest. Room service by opinion of my sister was good, but as her husband says “it took a long time for housekeeping to come to room, everyday at different time” The hotel prepared special kids set for bath (wash gel, shampoo and soap). Kind of them. The hotel is clean Rooms are big At the reception station you can enjoy free stil/sparkling water, lemonades, different types of coffee. At the entrance you will always be welcomed by the concierges really good guys (ours name was Miroslav) So the rate of my sister is 10, her husbands- 9.
