Andaz Prague

Lovely stay, great building and rooms, great staff. Great location. Exactly what you would expect from Andaz. If I could make one improvement, it would be to make breakfast offerings more extensive, including more fresh and whole fruit.

Andaz Prague is a great option for a stay in Prague. Very good location that was an easy walk to all of the major tourist sites. The staff was all very attentive and responsive. The hotel is very clean and still appears new. The bar area MEZ was a great place to grab a drink and snack or if you needed a quick meal. The food and drinks were great each time we stopped in.

No reason to stay anywhere else in Prague. Centrally located recently updated hotel with solid working AC. Walking distance to all the main city sites and eateries. Knowledgable helpful staff.

Best hotel in Prague no doubt! The hotel is gorgeous. You can just tell whoever runs the hotel is passionate about life! The breakfast is so beautiful and tasty and healthy. They excel in their service in every details. I would definitely recommend this to everyone.

Thankful to Peter and Paulina who were both very helpful and welcoming. The staff in the bar and the restaurant were also very friendly and the service was good. We had some issues with our rooms not being available in the way we requested. I know there is no guarantee when making a request but the management really did not seem to care at all that we were disappointed. There are lots of ways to make a guest feel better and the management did not seem to have any interest in that. I was pretty disappointed in the response, especially since I have come to expect so much more from Hyatt and have had such good experiences in the past. Other than the management being less than average, the hotel is very pretty and the location was good.
