Andaz Prague

This is one of my most special stays ever! This was my very first time to visit Prague & the Andaz was the most perfect choice for a hotel for our first night. Normally, I only stay at Marriott properties, but even the other Marriott in the city like the W did not live up to this Andaz. Everyone here is so friendly, rooms and views are amazing, breakfast was excellent!! The property offers so many amenities to all guests like complementary drinks and coffee at any time near reception as well as all items in minibar are included. This all provided for an extra exceptional stay. Our check in experience was perfect. Amy is the BEST! She went out of her way to make my friend and I feel welcomed, provided a nice upgrade and beautiful view for our room, and some other benefits! Even giving us sightseeing and restaurant recommendations. We can’t thank you enough thank you for everything:) Jack was super helpful and kind taking our bags to our room and showing us all around. The view is out of this world, I believe we had the view out to the fountain and then in the distance the horse statue memorial. They also provided two free drinks in the bar, I believe that is for all guests . All these extras and friendly service make a stay here so special that you don’t wanna leave. We can’t wait to visit Andaz Prague again next time!

What a wonderful hotel in a beautiful city. Close proximity to everything in the Old Town of Prague but just outside of the really busy tourist hotspots and crowds. Triple glazed windows meant zero noise from outside. A beautifully decorated hotel with immaculate rooms and comfortable beds. Really enjoyed the breakfast with a very good buffet selection and unlimited menu order options with no hidden extra charges. We really enjoyed the hotel bar and restaurant as well and ended up eating both our evening meals at the hotel as the steak especially was top notch. A trip to the spa facilities was also very enjoyable and everything was immaculate. If I had to really nitpick then the bathrobes was too small for my hubby who is a rugby player, but this was literally the only thing that wasn’t perfect and had no negative impact at all on our experience apart from being the source of much hilarity on my part looking at him in it! He opted to go down to the spa in his clothes instead to avoid more laughter from other hotel guests. A hotel I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone

Location and walkability! The room is well-equipped with great city view. Rooms have good layout and spacious especially for the location. Great vibe and people. Conveniently located to great restaurants yet the rooms are quiet for the city. Accommodated us on same floor/wing as our friends who got an amazing upgraded room! Restaurant has great ambiance and service but value could be better. Highly recommend Andaman prague

Classic property, excellent service, and generous breakfast in a very convenient location. Great globalist recognition. We were upgraded to a spacious octagonal junior suite on top floor, which included a second powder room in the entrance. I would definitely return!

Overall the staff at Andaz Prague were exceptional, from the check-in to the room service which always arrived earlier than the time frame they quoted, to the doormen/bell staff being so helpful to the servers in the restaurant being attentive during breakfast and the bartenders being friendly and the check out with Glenn was seamless with him even printing out my boarding passes for us. Wish we could've stayed longer but we will definitely be back. Everything about the hotel was amazing including the location being so central to everything.
