Nice hotel, friendly staff. We had a hiccup with our room but they made it right and apologized for the inconvenience. (Apologies are so important). A/C seem to have a governor on it and it was hard to cool down. You can open the windows but there are no screens and this room overlooked the tram with ran most of the night and is very loud.

Use this as a post river cruise destination. The hotel was beautiful and wonderfully located. The Included breakfast and water stations were a great touch. The staff were extremely helpful and nice.

Amazing property!! Don't tell them but very reasonable for what they offer. The property is a world class facility with incredible staff. Location was perfect and made for an incredible stay in prague. We will certainly return.

Great hotel. The only reason it's four stars instead of five stars is because of the air-conditioning issues. Thought the bed was great, somewhat small room, but still really nice and modern. Nice bar downstairs, nice gym with plenty of space in basement. Great staff, great housekeeping in front desk. We visited in July 2026 when it actually wasn't that warm. The highs were typically in the low 80s and at night down to low 60s. Our room on the fifth floor, which is the top floor had a max air-conditioning setting of 20°C. But it typically was warmer than that - warmer than the outside air. If you ask the front desk, they'll lower that down 2 degrees , but that only lasted a day. So we had to keep calling and ask the front desk and keep adjusting the temperature. As a result, if you like cool rooms, you may wake up at night a little sweaty. Otherwise, I thought everything about the hotel was excellent.

Were very pleased with the Andaz. The location was great....close to major sites without being right in the midst of all the crowds. The service was extremely attentive, and the hotel overall is quite comfortable.
