This is exactly what you expect in a 5-star hotel:beautiful surroundings and excellent service. It’s an oasis of peace in a very busy and exciting city. Best of all: perfect location, close to the train station and all the wonderful shopping and restaurants this city has to offer.

Avoid!!!
Paid a premium that was non refundable and got put in a bottom floor room next to the train stop. It was very LOUD all day and all night. I was told they were at capacity and couldn’t give me another room. I was offered a 2 for 1 drink coupon for my hassle. I’m serious. The staff is terrible. This is to be expected from a less expensive hotel but for the price this place is terrible. Read the negative reviews. We all had similar unhelpful experiences. The quality of a hotel is determined by how they handle an issue. They flunked that test.

Signage in room offering free drink in exchange for no housekeeping services was incorrect. Buyer beware. Possibly poor understanding of English language.

The Andaz Hyatt outdid itself!!!
This hotel is FANTASTIC. The staff go above and beyond to ensure that you are happy. They are bright and intelligent and such a pleasure to deal with. From the 2 gentlemen who greeted us and took our bags to the front desk staff and servers. A special thanks to Martin for making our stay so special and memorable ❤️ We would come back in a heartbeat.
