Nice Location - Not high end service.
The property is beautiful and in a great location. Food is delicious, besides the mochi dessert (tastes like raw rice flower. Service is hit or miss. For anyone bringing in groups, their group booking system kept showing attendees that there were no rooms available, even though the room block was not full.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, excellent location and the housekeeping is one of the best I have ever seen, they go far beyond the normal.

Great location in Old Town Prague
It is a beautiful hotel with excellent service, clean, well appointed rooms and competent staff. All aspects of the stay were top notch. Located in a very nice section of Old Town Prague, adjacent to a major tram line, exploring the old town was easy.

Gorgeous hotel, but they do not get the little things right
A lovely hotel, with a fantastic concierge service, but fell short of a luxury hotel experience. They don't quite get the little things right. A "well stocked" mini bar was water and juice, no snacks. I would prefer to pay for a mini bar with choice when travelling than have a free mini bar with nothing in it. Staff were hit and miss, some lovely, some very aloof. The buzzing phone in our room wasn't fixed although the problem notified to reception. A request for a fresh towel wasn't met. There was no pen or pencil in the room to fill out a laundry request. All small issues, but none consistent with what is advertised as a luxury hotel.

The best hotel experience you can have in the beautiful city of Prague
The Andaz Prague Hotel - located in the heart of Prague downtown - has everything you need for having most memorable experiences during your stay thanks to its exceptional customer service (caring, kind, and professional, who make you feel highly valued and appreciated), a breakfast buffet that leaves nothing open (including egg dishes a la carte), a ZEM restaurant for delicious dinner and cocktails, wines, and beers, and most importantly, amazingly and beautifully designed rooms with very high ceilings, contemporary furniture, state-of-the-art mattress (which was especially important to us), and well laid-out bathroom (bath tub, separate rain shower, and bidet-toilets). We can't wait to be back! Very highly recommended. 5/5 stars.
