Best hotel ever
Best hotel in Prague no doubt! The hotel is gorgeous. You can just tell whoever runs the hotel is passionate about life! The breakfast is so beautiful and tasty and healthy. They excel in their service in every details. I would definitely recommend this to everyone.

Disappointing customer service
Thankful to Peter and Paulina who were both very helpful and welcoming. The staff in the bar and the restaurant were also very friendly and the service was good. We had some issues with our rooms not being available in the way we requested. I know there is no guarantee when making a request but the management really did not seem to care at all that we were disappointed. There are lots of ways to make a guest feel better and the management did not seem to have any interest in that. I was pretty disappointed in the response, especially since I have come to expect so much more from Hyatt and have had such good experiences in the past. Other than the management being less than average, the hotel is very pretty and the location was good.

Highly Recommended
The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere. It features an excellent restaurant serving outstanding food. The rooms are clean, spacious, and equipped with luxury Byredo toiletries. The minibar being included in the room rate was a nice touch. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help.

Wonderful stay
My husband and I had a great time at the Andaz. It is located in a quiet area though within walking distance of the train station. It is close to the city center and was perfect for our quick, two night stay. The hotel is also beautifully decorated, with very kind staff, and delicious food. Especially as we eat mostly plant-based / vegetarian food, it was helpful to have more options at the hotel.
