Aria Hotel Prague

As a hotel General Manager in Montreal, I will admit that I am an extremely discerning traveller. After spending my career in hospitality, I notice every detail service, cleanliness, anticipation of guests’ needs, and above all, the genuine warmth behind the experience. Our two-night stay at the Aria Hotel Prague on August 10 & 11, where we celebrated my husband’s 70th birthday, was quite simply perfect in every way. From the moment we arrived, General Manager Jan made us feel like royalty. We had the privilege of staying in the spectacular Blues Suite, and it was absolutely beautiful. Every member of the Aria team we encountered was professional, gracious and genuinely committed to delivering a true five-star experience. On the morning of my husband’s 70th birthday, three members of the team arrived to deliver our room-service breakfast, complete with a thoughtful birthday surprise. It was such a lovely gesture and a perfect example of the attention to detail that defined our entire stay. Our birthday lunch on the rooftop terrace, overlooking magnificent Prague, was another unforgettable moment. The setting, the view and the service made this milestone celebration incredibly special. The concierge team also recommended an outstanding private guide for our three-hour tour of Prague. Martin was so knowledgeable, personable and engaging that we quickly nicknamed him “The Boss”! He made us fall even more in love with this beautiful city. And remarkably, the five-star service continued right until the very last moment. When we departed this morning, our driver took a genuine interest in our stay, asking what we had enjoyed most about Prague. Upon arriving at the train station, he didn’t simply unload our luggage, he carried it and personally walked us inside the station. That final gesture perfectly summed up the Aria experience: thoughtful service from beginning to end. In hospitality, we often speak about exceeding expectations. Aria Hotel Prague doesn’t simply talk about it—they deliver it. To Jan and the entire Aria team: thank you for making my husband’s 70th birthday and our stay in Prague so memorable. From one hotelier to another, I offer the highest compliment I can give: A perfect 10/10. Exceptional hospitality. We would return in a heartbeat.

Quite simply the best hotel I've ever been to, went for my wife and my birthdays and were treated like vips and even given some gifts to take home (a caricature book and Beethoven art plate)

Unbelievable service. The staff were very friendly, kind and often went out of their way to help. Marketa at the bar was amazing and went out of her way to mix me a Johnny Cash drink she had no experience with. Top shelf place to stay

The hotel is in an ideal area ,away from the very busy tourist areas but still central . It’s got character & style & the staff are amazing. Breakfast is great & the roof top restaurant served a wonderful evening meal . The concierge helped us with excursions & booking restaurants… fantastic… thank you . It was my birthday & they even spoiled me with a cake in the room !

The rooms were great, the breakfasts were great, the location is great the gardens are great from the moment Anna welcomed us we knew the hotel was special. Henry the concierge could not have been nicer or more helpful, which really made everything easier. I should also give a shout out to the breakfasts ( and the staff) which were excellent and which started every day in just the right way.
