An Unqualified Thumbs-Up
What a gracious hotel and wonderful experience. Excellent spacious room (with expresso coffee maker), outstanding breakfast each morning, super-helpful staff (thank you, Jean Luc and Karin and Jakub) and concierge service. They helped us book tickets for a concert and made restaurant reservations for us -- their restaurant suggestions were first rate too. They have a charming rooftop terrace for drinks, and access to gardens behind the hotel that are lovely. Also, a fine location - just minutes walking from the Charles Bridge but also not far from the Castle and Cathedral of St. Vitus. I would definitely stay again.

Amazing hotel- front desk staff not pleasant
Our stay would have been perfect if we didn’t have to interact with the front desk staff- very rude and unhelpful and won’t return to Aria because is them. However the location and the actual hotel itself is incredible. The hotel itself is spectacular and the restaurant Coda is amazing, the art was so beautiful.

A great stay.
A very nice hotel in a great location, easy to walk to everywhere central, rooms are cosy and bedding is of great quality. Shower was also great. Amazing breakfast! The service was excellent, and the manager Patrick very helpful and attentive. The gardens are a must see, and so is the roof terrace, which offers breathtaking views over Prague. We enjoyed a welcome drink and had a fabulous time. Car park is very useful, if you have a car.

Excellent boutique hotel in the center of Prague
An excellent boutique hotel which is music-themed with each floor showcasing a different era of music and each room highlighting a specific musician. Breakfast was excellent and the ambience of the restaurant was perfection. Customer service was exceptional

Comfortable luxury
Everything about this hotel was fantastic. From our interactions with the staff, especially Aneta at the front desk & the restaurant staff, transformed our stay into an experience. The hotel is gorgeous, with a luxurious room. The location is perfect, too. We will return to Prague, as our stay was too short & will stay in the Aria without hesitation.
