Clever and wake at its absolute best, fantastic food beautifully presented , superbly cooked and served by staff who were stunning in their performance, beautiful atmosphere, singers amazing, an afternoon we will never forget

Beautiful historic hotel with a great location. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing. The room was comfortable and spacious with a lovely decor. Great choice if you want your hotel to enhance your experience of Prague's amazing architectural history!

The hotel is pretty nice, and this wasn’t our first stay here. It has a convenient location, solid and tasty breakfasts, a cosy room, and high-quality toiletries (Rituals). The staff is professional and friendly, with a genuinely warm attitude toward guests. On the downside, the pillows are uncomfortable, the knives in the restaurant are surprisingly dull, and I would remove the artificial flowers that are placed everywhere in the interior.

Arrived in Prague lunch time. Our room was not quite ready so they stored our luggage and we had a quick lunch in the hotel restaurant. We loved the meals we had there. Great service and food. The hotel was charming and well kept. We stayed in the junior suite which had a bedroom, a living room area and large bathroom and wardrobe. The windows luckily opened because our only complaint was that room was hot and we could not get it to cool down. The location was great, short walk to all things but in a quiet area. I would absolutely stay here again. Staff was friendly and responsive to all needs.

The location of Art Palace is absolutely great — close to everything and very convenient. I would have gladly given it a full five stars if the check-in experience had been better. Unfortunately, both the receptionist were quite unpleasant and came across more like grumpy school wardens, insisting that I take a twin room even though I had booked a double king. Thankfully, the issue was quickly and professionally resolved by the excellent manager, Mr. Peter, who handled everything with great care. The rest of the staff — housekeeping, the bell boy, and others — were all so kind, welcoming, and made my stay very comfortable. Overall, a lovely hotel with a perfect location and wonderful staff (apart from the initial check-in hiccup). I’d definitely consider staying here again.
