Occupying seven buildings of a 13th century monastery and brewery, which was formerly home to the friars of the Order of Saint Augustine, Augustine, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Prague is located in Prague's posh Malá Strana district. Monuments synonymous with the Golden City such as the Charles Bridge spanning the Vlatava River, Prague Castle and immaculately landscaped Wallenstein Gardens are within easy walking distance. Inspired by early 20th century Cubism, interiors are furnished in contemporary European style with views of quaint courtyards or the historic chapel and Prague Castle. We stayed at the Augustine as part of our extension in Prague after the Danube Waltz Viking River Cruise. The hotel is amazing. Every one of the staff, from Michel the concierge, Alex and Gabriel the front desk clerks to Inna the housekeeper and all the restaurant and bar staff for so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, the St. Thomas beer was great, the tour of the property was very interesting, and the location was excellent. Also, the bed, pillows, towels and robes were so comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful hotel, excellent service. Left a few pieces of clothing behind by mistake. Manager and Concierge extremely helpful.

Wonderful hotel with top notch service. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable. The beds very comfortable. The hotel is quiet and peaceful after all the hustle of the Old Town. Location is great just a quick walk to Charles Bridge and other sights. Water and umbrellas offered daily as we headed out was a thoughtful touch. Everyone that worked there was freindly and helpful. Loved The Rectory bar where we enjoed a nightly cocktail. This hotel is on the grounds if a working monestary. Take the tour offered on Thursdsys! We highly recommend.

Nice hotel. Avoid rooms starting with 100 if you want a good nights sleep. Rooms 200 without fail provide a wake up smell of breakfast being prepared downstairs in the kitchen but worth relocating from room 100s to to avoid the Dolby Sound bass noise of trams passing every 5 to 10mins. Reception did a good job of relocating our room to a quieter room but we were awaken with the smell of bacon and eggs being cooked. Turing off the AC helped a little. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was nice. The spa massage is overly priced but overall good service.
