Lovely hotel with a great buffet breakfast which had minor changes every day. We stayed in room 31 which was very spacious but only had 2 very small windows so there was minimal natural light. We had booked a standard room but didn’t seem to be like the pictures on the website. Bed was very comfortable. Downside was that the tea tray with the kettle built in did not reach a plug so the design of that was odd - did not want to have the tray on the floor to make a cup of tea. Bathroom was also large, personally didn’t like having a shower curtain especially as it kept getting caught around the plug hole which flooded the shower tray each morning. Had to ask for additional toilet roll as this didn’t seem to be automatically replenished. The hotel is not accessibility friendly at all as it has steps everywhere. We had steps in our room which made me slightly nervous when using the bathroom at night. There are steps up to the lift from reception and the lift is very small. Steps up to the breakfast buffet from the seating area. The hotel is also up a very steep hill so please do bear mobility issues in mind when booking! Location wise it’s perfect for visiting Prague Castle and close enough to Old Town Square to get there on foot but far enough away to be out of the very busy tourist areas. Would recommend staying here!

Exceptional hotel on Nerudova Street/Ulice. It is within walking distance of Prague Castle and excellent viewing points of the city. Nerudova is fairly steep but it is really close to a tram stop which can get you into the Old Town and other places. It is close to Petřin which is amazing for a walk. The hotel itself is really nice, clean, comfortable & the staff are lovely. I can't wait to come back soon.

A wonderful hotel in a fabulous location right by Prague castle. One of my absolute favourite things about this hotel is the incredible designed scent in the lobby, we always took a deep inhale (seemed to have oud in it). This paired with warm reception staff and complimentary infused water made our stay feel special. Rooms are nice, clean & comfy (the pillows were amazing!), however our room was starting to get a little shabby around the edges & seemed to lack attention to some functional detail - eg. no drawers (decent wardrobe), a bath with shower head but no wall attachment or shower screen, no soap dish (for free standing bowl sink), lack of mirror by a table & hair dryer that cut off every 20 seconds. Also worth noting there’s no stair option for lobby access so you have to use the 1 lift - (we didn’t find waiting for the lift a particular issue.) Someone with limited mobility may also find it tricky navigating but we loved the quirky corridors & various interesting areas of the hotel. Breakfast was decent in a stylish area with good coffee & friendly service, staff were happy to provide us with steamed oat milk & remembered to do this for us every morning- a great personal touch. Absolutely recommended

I would recommend this hotel for many reasons. We had a mini room, which is by no means small. The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean. The bathroom was spacious, and the hotel is very quiet. Breakfast is what you would expect from a 4 star property with variety for everyone. Great place, great staff, near the Castle.

Spent 5 nights at Design Neruda Hotel whilst in Prague March 2025 with my wife Fantastic location beside the castle and only 10 walk down to Charles Bridge and Old Town. Rooms spacious and clean with a fantastic choice for breakfast with both hot and continental available. All staff friendly and helpful Would definitely recommend
