My partner and I stayed here for a long weekend and we loved it. The hotel is in the perfect location, not too far away from attractions but not super busy either. Staff were absolutely lovely and super helpful.

We spent a delightful four days at the Design Hotel Neruda. The location was fantastic - close to Prague Castle but with the rest of the historic centre also easily accessible. Our rooms (a standard and a slightly smaller one) were attractively decorated with very comfortable beds and sizeable bathrooms. Breakfast was a particular highlight, with an excellent range of food, including a juice presser and loose tea. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. This is a cosy, boutique hotel, beautifully designed in an historic building (and street). There are lots of excellent restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.

This hotel is really beautiful and the staff was just great. Jana (from breakfast) was very attentive and kind. She made my short stay really pleasant. And when it comes to location, it couldn't be any better:) I would definitely book again 👍

Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience at the Neruda from check-in to check out all was really great. Checked in late as flight was delayed- Christina was so welcoming and friendly. Room 32 was just so beautiful with view onto street and all amenities you need for a short break. Breakfast daily was the most outstanding quality and clean environment I’ve ever encountered! Sadly we were not able to view the spa as they told us it was fully booked for our entire stay which was sad but understandable. I believe there’s a hot tub and sauna in there and it’s situated next door to the hotel. The hotel is located up a hill but it’s gentle and such a gorgeous authentic Czech area that you hardly notice the hill when walking. The location in my opinion was perfect for us. Just below Prague castle and far enough out of centre to be quiet in evening but also close enough to walk everywhere. Only negative was that 2 nights out of 3 I didn’t sleep due to the hotel elevator making noise in our room as was close by but I still loved the hotel.

We came on our mini moon for three nights, had a great time and would recommend this hotel. Location was great as slightly out the main tourist area on a quieter street but still easy walking distance to the castle, Charles Bridge and the main square / tourist bits. We got an uber from the airport there easily enough for about £15. Lots of nice restaurants and bars around too. We often stopped for a drink on our walk back. Staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Our friends had arranged a bottle of Prosecco for our room and a note which they’d sorted out. The hotel’s design is very nice and stylish, with a welcome drink voucher upon arrival which you can use when you wish at the cafe. Cafe is open 12noon-7pm and sells alcohol and soft drinks as well as food. The breakfast is great with lots of options hot and cold. Our original room (107) was nice (with lovely bathroom with bath tub) but didn’t have a window - only a sky light. The aircon was broken and whereas there was a fan in the room it just blew hot air around and we woke up sweltering. We raised this at reception and they sent someone quickly to look at the aircon and when it couldn’t be fixed they moved us to a different room. This was a small compact room, but still nicely presented - and had windows so we could let some air in! We slept much better. I would say neither of our rooms really looked like the pictures from booking - id deffo make sure to go for a bigger / superior room. We booked a couples spa treatment which was nice. There is only space for one massage table so you have to take turns (30 mins each - not full body) with the other waiting in the whirlpool bath. The massage whilst relaxing was more like just being rubbed with oil than your typical firm massage. Ask to be shown how to turn the whirl pool jets on. I wasn’t shown and then didn’t want to disturb my husband’s massage to ask or press the wrong button. Overall great stat would stay again.
