Fairmont Golden Prague

I stayed here in the Fairmount Gold King with executive longe room access. I wish to give my sincere gratitude to the dedication and attentive staff in the Lounge Both Katarina's Marcus and Francis very welcoming. The Spa in particular Victor who was great and very approachable and Igor from the Greenhouse Bar with great knowledge of the local beer and suggestions. I also decided to have breakfast in the Greenhouse rather than the peaceful lounge best French toast I have ever had and food was superb. and a great host Victoria who served me. You are all great ambassadors to the company going above and beyond. I Had a wonderful stay and all the staff where very lovely. My room had a good view overlooking the river it was really comfortable bed with lots of pillows coffee maker water etc. The room was very quiet no noise from other people. Being a solo traveller I didn't need to have my room changed with fresh towels as saving on the environment when not needed. Room, shower all very clean. Easy to get to and find from the airport as I took local transport bus 59 and the metro very efficient and fast and a littler walk about 10 mins if that. Had a great stay relaxing by the pool using the sauna and whirlpool outside, plenty of towels, robes slippers and even down to fine detail in the changing room, some deodorant, hairspray, suntan lotion and some shower caps etc. Had lockers just using code with towel etc inside amazing. I had a visit to the Golden eye reservation recommended with a good vibe and DJ playing. I would thoroughly stay again and recommend the hotel. Hotel close to sights to explore within walking distance and being my first time in Prague I will be back to cover more ground and explore. Thank you to all who made my stay more pleasurable.

We had a wonderful stay at Fairmont Prague and were thoroughly impressed with every aspect of the hotel. The property is beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and offers a luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help, making us feel genuinely valued throughout our stay. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality truly stood out. The breakfast was outstanding, with an extensive selection of fresh, high-quality items and something to suit every taste. It was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our stay. Combined with its excellent location and impeccable service, Fairmont Prague exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague.

An entrancing visual aesthetic coupled with the highest level of service at every point in the hotel made our stay in Prague even more magical. Our bright Signature River View remained spotless thanks to attentive and continuous housekeeping as we came and went. Architecture, decor, and art were intellectually stimulating both within and outside of the modern structure. Concierge advice on sightseeing and dining was warmly delivered by Giles, Jean Charles, and staff. Attendants at door and inside were welcoming. Cocktails on the rooftop terrace was a dream. The experience proved a joyful Monday through Friday sojourn. Thank you many times over!

Stay was exceptional. Best place to stay in Prague (far better than the Four Seasons or the Mandarin Oriental for many reasons). Hotel is top notch is every way. Service, customer care, and attention to detail are excellent. Staff are so warm, kind, attentive and helpful in every way. Rooms are very well appointed and designed to the best/latest standards in every aspect (bed, bathroom, dressing room, technologic fixtures/conveniences). Hotel amenities are exceptional, especially the spa. The spa and associated green space is a rare find in a city hotel, and such a treat after a busy day in the city sightseeing. The restaurants (ambience, food, price) were all excellent. The roof top bar is the perfect way to start an evening. The lobby and main floor restaurants have an excellent menu in a lovely ambience. In general, we tend not to eat in hotels due to typically higher cost and less options/quality than available outside, however this hotel was an exception to that with the price point and options better than what we experienced in the city centre. I wish we had realized that sooner and would have had more of our meals in the hotel. We are loyal Accor customers (platinum level). We particular love the Fairmont brand and have stayed at many Fairmont hotels around the world. The Prague Fairmont is one of our favourites. We will definitely be coming back.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Fairmont Golden Prague. The hotel has a truly warm and welcoming atmosphere, making us feel comfortable from the very first moment. Our suite with a view of the river was simply fantastic—beautifully designed, spacious, and offering breathtaking views of the Vltava. The breakfast was first-class, with an excellent selection and outstanding quality. The service was exceptional throughout our stay, starting with the reception team, who were incredibly kind and professional. We also truly appreciated how pet-friendly the hotel is—our dogs felt completely at home here. We will definitely be coming back—100%!
