Exceptional experience!!!
Exceptional service and unforgettable anniversary celebration! We had an absolutely incredible stay at the Fairmont Golden Prague. The level of luxury and care is top-tier, but what truly blew us away was the personalized hospitality. After hearing that we were celebrating our anniversary, the Front Office Supervisor, Ms. Chan, went completely above and beyond by sending a bottle of champagne and chocolates straight to our room. It was such a generous and thoughtful surprise that made our trip unforgettable. Thank you to Ms. Chan and the entire front office team for making us feel so incredibly special. We cannot wait to return!

Great location and very good hotel
From the outside, the Soviet era architecture is not attractive. However, inside the building, the common areas and rooms are very nice. Our room was relatively large, with lots of storage place. The bathroom was big with a great shower. The breakfasts, the food in the restaurants and the service was excellent. The location is really good - relatively quiet but good for exploring Prague.

Great stay, great service
We stayed at the Fairmont Golden Prague for 3 nights and had a really nice stay. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed, including an iron and even a Dyson hairdryer! The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town, and everything was very well maintained. Breakfast was excellent and the service was great too. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back

Superb hotel
Fabulous hotel, and brilliant location for sightseeing. Our room was so quiet and the bed was so comfy. Loved the fixtures and fittings and the Le Labo rose shower gel and shampoo…and the Dyson! The breakfast was delicious, especially the omelette. A big shout out to Alfie who remembered our daily drinks order and was so professional and delightful. He deserves a promotion. Thank you to the team. You made our sisters special 50th trip. And thank you for the cakes!

Great hotel
Fabulous hotel in great location. Best thing about our stay was the delightful Alphie who took care of us at breakfast. He was 7 star service and made our stay feel even more special.
