We stayed in two connecting renaissance rooms which were beautiful and spacious for our family of four. Based on a few reviews I was a little concerned the hotel may look dated. At least for these rooms and the common areas, that is not true. The decor is beautiful and the room is extremely clean. The staff are prompt and friendly. Breakfast is also very well done. An afternoon break in the terrace dining area looking at the beautiful view was a great way to relax. The location was fantastic and close to everything. I hope to return to Prague one day and will plan to stay here.

Four Seasons Prague is steady and well run. The room is beautiful, quiet, and well kept, with details that make the stay comfortable. Staff are attentive and handle requests quickly. CottoCrudo works well for both breakfast and dinner. In the morning, service is quick and the selection covers the basics without clutter. At night, the dining room is calm and timing is smooth from start to finish. The SPA pool is a good reset after a day in the city. It was indeed an amazing stay.

Come for celebrating a graduation, I needed to ask 3 times the menu at the bar and asked 3 times to get the bill and pay. I should left without paying. Seems like Four seasons is losing their quality in global!

On our first visit to Prague, we settled on this hotel for a few reasons. The location was perfect for quick walks to the Jewish section, the main square, etc. Most sights were a 7-10 minute walk. We loved being able to return in the heat of the day, refresh with some water, rest and then enjoy our evening out. The service is what you would expect from a Four Seasons - friendly, professional and prompt. We enjoyed the morning breakfast buffet for the diversity and flavor. Special mention to Hanna who waited on us. She was attentive and pleasant. The best dining service we received in Prague. We did not opt for a room with a view although we could see the Prague castle just to the side. I imagine those rooms facing the river have an amazing view. Our first night we were tired and sampled room service and it did not disappoint. We opted for the bed with plush topper and body pillow. It was luxurious after a long day of walking. The separate shower and bath was nice and I appreciated the bath salts and loofa. Daily bottles of water were the perfect size to carry with us on our adventures. While we packed converters, it was nice to have one provided at the desk to allow for simultaneous charging of iPads. Best of all, the Four Seasons app made requests a breeze and the response time was quick. Each bedside had a phone charger provided. Although I will caution that when I used it, my phone heated and stopped charging. All in all, we enjoyed our stay immensely and would definitely return.

CONS; The rooms are outdated except the chandeliers in the rooms. The hallways has a stench but they try to cover it with Oud. The prices are over-inflated. Front desk and concierge are not very helpful. Break fast buffet was very small and not much choice. PROS; the location was central and the view in the water view room was stunning-
