We recently spent 65 days at the Four Seasons Hotel Prague, and it was nothing short of exceptional. Hotel is located in the heart of the Prague. From day one, the entire FS team went above and beyond for us—often anticipating our needs before we even voiced them. It truly felt like staying with family. The room was clean, fully stacked with all we needed and exceptional views and very quiet given how busy center can get. We enjoyed breakfast every single morning and used the gym daily, and each experience was consistently flawless. Barbora leads a phenomenal front desk team, and in the restaurant Jana, Marek, Lucka, Kristina, Silvie, Patrik, and many others created the kind of service you simply don’t find anywhere else. Every interaction was warm, thoughtful, and personal. This hotel became our home away from home—not just for us, but also for our Labrador, Queen Anna, who was treated with just as much love and attention as we were. Monica, the General Manager, has built an extraordinary team that embodies true hospitality at every level. If you’re visiting Prague, look no further. This is the place with the greatest value added. It has everything—and everyone—you could ever hope for.

Mixed review for the Four Seasons Prague. On the positive side the food was absolutely delicious for dinner in Cotto Crudo. The restaurant serving staff superb- friendly, polite, and attentive. The location of the hotel is ideal in the old town close to many touring sights, restaurants and shopping. Unfortunately the rooms are dated, housekeeping lacking in a big way and not the overall wonderful vibe we have experienced staying at other Four Seasons Hotel. We love the Four Seasons and we were excited to see we would be staying here three nights with our group tour but it was a let down.

Check in with easy and the front desk staff and valet were helpful. It is an excellent location and our room was lovely with high ceilings, a nice bathroom and blue décor although we did not have a water view. Very easy to navigate from the hotel. Dinner at Cottoncrudo in the hotel was excellent and we enjoyed drinks at the bar each night. We had excellent lunch and dinner recommendations from the concierge and the valet. We regretted not booking our private guided tour through the concierge. The gym was a bit small but usable. The city is fantastic and easy to navigate. We debated several different hotels and locations but we were happy with our decision to go with the Four Seasons.

Very nice, high end hotel. You are made sure that you are feeling welcome at the moment of your arrival. The location is very good, central and near the old town. Our room was always made up, and at one time we only did go out for a short while and our room was made up. Two restaurants are at the hotel. One Italian and a rooftop restaurant with a view over the city. The spa had a nice pool that had all kind of massage options. The pool could have been a little warmer as it only was around 32° and you could feel a bit cold after awhile. Sauna and a steam bath was also available but separate for the sexes. So you had to enjoy the sauna separately. All in all good stay, expensive, but worth the price.

We stayed in two connecting renaissance rooms which were beautiful and spacious for our family of four. Based on a few reviews I was a little concerned the hotel may look dated. At least for these rooms and the common areas, that is not true. The decor is beautiful and the room is extremely clean. The staff are prompt and friendly. Breakfast is also very well done. An afternoon break in the terrace dining area looking at the beautiful view was a great way to relax. The location was fantastic and close to everything. I hope to return to Prague one day and will plan to stay here.
