Reviews for Four Seasons Hotel Prague

Gem of a hotel

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

The Four Seasons Prague is an absolutely gem of a hotel to stay at. First of all, the ENTIRE staff was extremely friendly and helpful. From the moment we arrived each person was friendly and professional. We did receive an upgrade to a suite upon checking in and the room was outstanding. Our breakfast each morning was wonderful. We either ordered off the menu or used the buffet which was extensive and a great many selections. We also booked two excursions through the hotel. The first was an hour boat ride with Stephen. He was very informative and a pleasure to be with. The second was a three hour walking tour of Prague with Makayla. She was an absolute joy to be with and very informative of the history and sites of Prague. We would highly recommend both tours, but be prepared to walk a lot on the Prague tour. We would definitely stay at the Four Seasons in Prague again. The hotel has a lot of history and is definitely maintained at a very high level.

Best hotel of Prague

This was a couples trip for a quick weekend getaway, and decided to try our favorite hotel brand, which we were happy to see had a property in town. All in all we got what we would expect from Four Seasons - in that it was at par with the average very high standards of FS properties. Good lobby, very good breakfast offering, and very nice and friendly staff. Good rooms, lovely spa, and a very central location - most importantly far away from the stag party crowd! Would not want to stay anywhere else in town.

Prague's landmark of hospitality

Me and my wife were staying in this magnificent hotel in January 2017. Conveniently located in the center of Prague, it allows you to take a walking tour in any direction of this old gothic city, after a delicious breakfast with the view of Vltava river and Prazsky Grad. Service and personnel attitude were at the top!

Can I give it an 11 out of 10?

First time in Prague...It's an absolutely magical city, especially at Christmas. Yes, it's crowded with tourists, but still, it's just incredibly gorgeous everywhere you look. This hotel is in the perfect spot in the city, right in the middle of everything, with gorgeous river and castle views, but it was still blissfully quiet and comfy. Staff, as usual for a Four Seasons, were amazing, friendly, kind. Breakfast was great. Our room was great. We ate the restaurant for dinner one night, and it was excellent. Had a massage at the spa, and that was excellent. I'm already dreaming of how soon I can return to Prague and stay at the Four Seasons again. Thanks to all the staff for making it such a wonderful stay. You are the best.
