Four Seasons Hotel Prague

We absolutely loved our stay at the Four Seasons Prague. From beginning to end, our experience was exceptional, and we could not have asked for a memorable stay. From the moment we arrived, Roman and David from the bell staff made us feel genuinely welcomed. They were so professional, kind, engaging, and attentive. This sat the tone for the outstanding hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. The kindness and professionalism from Roman and David continued throughout our multiple days at the hotel – which truly exemplified the level of service one hopes to experience at a Four Seasons. Our room was beautiful, elegantly appointed, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The hotel’s location was perfect – very near the Charles Bridge. We would definitely stay here again. I also want to mention Prestige Prague Tours. After extensive research, we chose Prestige Prague Tours to coordinate our private tours throughout the city - as well as day trips. We were extremely impressed with this company (and Źaneta) and the quality of the tours offered. The tours allowed us to discover special places and experiences that we never would have found or visited had we been exploring independently. For travelers looking for a truly personalized, upscale private touring experience in Prague and the surrounding areas, we highly recommend Prestige Prague Tours.

The staff is incredible - the valets greeted us with enthusiasm every time, the concierge was very helpful, and the reception team is truly superb. The common spaces are beautiful and luxurious. We ate at the restaurant 2x for breakfast, and it was very good. The hotel location is perfect - across the street from Old Town, on the river, and a block from the Charles Bridge. The only negative is that the room was very dated. We upgraded to a 2-level spacious suite that had a terrace and side view of the Charles River. But we paid a lot ($1400+ USD per night) for 1990s interior with outdated fixtures, flooring and furniture. The hotel needs to renovate its rooms, or charge much less.

We have stayed at many Four Seasons Hotels, our favorite being Four Seasons Surf Club Surfside, Florida. Not fair to compare the two, as the Prague property is not a resort. It’s centrally located walking to all shopping and the old town and Jewish quarter. It is picturesque as it sits on the river looking out at the Charles Bridge and the Castle. Definitely request a room with this view. The outdoor eating area is lovely. Breakfast offers a small nice menu in addition to a buffet. The staff is friendly and welcoming and as with all Four Seasons very service oriented. Everyone knows you by name. There is one thing that I found curious and could not really get a satisfactory answer. They have two lovely outdoor patio areas. One, my understanding is used for private dinner reservations. 4 table limit. The other is a lower level outdoor area with tables and chairs that had been used as a pizza restaurant which it no longer is. But why are these 2 beautiful outdoor areas not accessible?? We were looking to sit outdoors, and asked to access either area, both of which are locked. So strange.

My wife and I prefer independently owned hotels while staying in Europe, but I'm glad we chose the Four Seasons for our week long visit to Prague. We upgraded to a two-story suite with views of Prague Castle. If available, you should too. Anyone who has stayed at a Four Seasons knows what you're going to get...impeccably clean room, great bed / linens, helpful concierge, dependable car service, etc. Four Seasons Prague lived up to the Four Seasons reputation...and surpassed it with super friendly staff...this became increasingly noticeable as we spent more time in Prague, where the people are so reserved, it's easy to mistake their demeanor with coldness.

It’s a few minute walk from Charles bridge and the location is perfect.
