Hilton Prague

Family trip for two nights. We arrived at our room and the windows were blocked by constructions. We were not previously informed, nor did we get a discount. Hilton normal being a great brand, didn’t quite meet the standards at this occasion. Besides that staff didn’t help with this and were not understanding. This made the whole experience far less enjoyable. The hotel offers some nice facilities, with a great rooftop bar and poker casino in the basement. And a pool and sauna, to access a reasonably big fee was charged extra. I wouldn’t recommend with families, but definitely great location to discover the city from.

The Hilton Atrium Prague is a large hotel catering to a wide variety of people, businesses, families etc. It is clean, well managed, multiple places for food, professional, helpful staff. It is not super close to Prague Old Town but we did find Uber was great as needed.

We stayed in Hilton Atrium Prague recently and thanks to Jana we had an amazing weekend in the city. Janas personal touch and help made huge difference while we were there. Well done. The location is excellent, just short stroll away from Metro nad Tram station Florenc. The Cloud bar at the 9th floor had very nice atmosphere and fantastic view. We ll be back soon. Wife says best hotel ever. It is very nice if you’re a tourist and arriving by train. It’s a 15 Minute or so walk from the central station or about a $10 uber ride. The hop-on/hop-off Big Red Bus has two routes that leave from here, you have a SIXT car rental on site and the Viking Cruise desk is here. Great staff, great location near old town, on point!

Very clean and aesthetically pleasing place and had a comfortable excellent stay - very good breakfast and Executive Lounge service and amenities. Had minor housekeeping issues that were promptly addressed by the Duty Manager.
