Nice Visit
We enjoyed our stay here. It was just outside Old Town but certainly within walking distance of it or public transportation is readily available right near the hotel. There is breakfast available with quite a bit of variety. There is also a pool and spa services as well as a few gift shops located within the hotel. You can get laundry service at an additional price. The Hop- On Hop- Off bus also makes this one of their stops I believe. There is a small indoor mall nearby as well as a few grocery stores. Clean rooms and quiet as well.

Location, Location, Location & Staff
What an amazing location, a short walk to some great restaurants and shopping as well as public transportation. But without a doubt the best part of this hotel is its staff, individuals like Mariah at the front desk are just amazing. Helpful, knowledgeable and outgoing, the staff made us feel welcome and appreciated.

The worst Managment
I had a very disappointing experience at Hilton Prague. The hotel refused to return my deposit without a valid explanation, and the attitude of the staff and management was extremely unprofessional. This stay has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, and I would not recommend this property at all.

Rude and Unprofessional staff
The staff were extremely rude, unhelpful, and disrespectful from the very beginning. Any simple question was met with attitude and irritation. This alone ruined the entire stay. Absolutely unacceptable.

Disappointed
Very disappointed! The Manager is absolutely unprofessional. They need to work a lot for their right approach to their customers. I was expecting a lot more from a big Hotel like this one.
