An ideal location, between the historic Old Town and the business district, combined with great service at Hilton Prague. All of Prague’s major attractions and shopping centers are within easy reach and the airport is just a 25 minute drive away. From delicious cuisine and stylish guest rooms, to our health club and meeting facilities, you’ll find an impressive list of amenities here at the hotel. But, just don’t take our word for it – plan your stay and see why we’ve been awarded ‘Best Hotel in the Czech Republic’ for six consecutive years now.

Hilton Prague is an impressive property with spacious public areas, comfortable rooms, and convenient access to the city. The hotel has a lot going for it, but unfortunately the service fell short of what I expect from Hilton, especially as a Diamond member. Service throughout the hotel often felt overwhelmed. There were consistently long lines at the front desk, and the Honors desk in particular was abysmally slow, while the regular line moved much faster. While the staff were generally polite, the overall experience lacked the efficiency and attentiveness expected at a hotel of this size. Breakfast buffet was well appointed, but the experience was frustrating as we arrived there around 9:45 a.m. after seasons - a restaurant on property denied us entry and despite breakfast being advertised until 10:00 a.m., the situation felt disorganized and poorly managed. Another concerning issue was retrieving a personal item left in the room. I accidentally left an Amazon Fire Stick behind, and it took three days for the hotel to retrieve it. The explanation given was that the next guest had a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door for three days. While I was relieved it was eventually returned, it raises concerns about how more valuable items might be handled. Overall, the hotel feels more suited for conventions than for a family holiday stay. While the facilities are solid, the service inconsistencies and lack of attention to detail made the experience disappointing. Compared to other Hilton properties in Prague, particularly the one in Old Town, this hotel is far less suited for Diamond members traveling with family.

We just stayed at this hotel in Prague in executive suite. Great size of room, breakfast was ok, front desk service is an issue. We were not informed of 8 euro charge per day and per person for use of pool (as well as steam room/sauna) you would think that with executive suite price that will be included but it’s not and no one tells you about it. So disappointing. Executive lounge is a great perk because they had soda/coffee/ snacks daily free if you stay in executive suite, but another thing they don’t tell you about is that there is pretty much small dinner services daily from 5pm to 7pm so we only enjoyed it one day out of 5! And only because another guest told me. Seems like Hilton doesn’t want you to know!!! Location is great, parking in the hotel : exit doesn’t always work so I had to run to reception to get someone to open up. Also another confusion is you get a choice to pay for it yourself at the machine or come to reception . Be aware that hotel will attempt to double dip and charge you on top of what you already paid, I had to keep all the receipts since i had a bad feeling that hotel will try to charge again.

Great location, close to Metro Station. Modern, spotless. Customer service fab! Wonderful breakfast, with a great choice. Such a bonus to have a pool. Would definitely stay again. A perfect birthday away. The lovely staff even delivered wine and Chocs to our room . A lovely touch after our Dubai holiday got cancelled.

I came through this morning at 8am, I have been in communication with the hotel for two weeks as a Hilton diamond member nobody thought to mention that there won’t be an upgrade with my room type, nevertheless eventually they give me a room at 1pm staring at a maintenance guy, thank god I’m only here for one night and don’t have to deal with Veronica and Simone telling us the same thing that there’s fine print that we won’t get a room upgrade nothing in the confirmation or correspondence and we need to deal with the maintenance till 6pm until finally agreeing to change our basic room for another basic room. Stay away from this place if you don’t want to spoil your time in Prague. The guys in the spa were great front desk and management will do nothing to help you have 30 hours of travelling.

I arrived at Hilton Prague after 24 hours of Travelling and got the WORST welcome. Poor service from reception staff, major renovations happening at the moment with lots of drilling and noise, and male workers peeping into room windows. Unacceptable.
