Really, really impressed with this hotel. Excellent location, great indoor pool, *amazing and out of this world* gym, wonderful breakfast, and a casino in the basement in case you are feeling lucky! Excellent value for money and I will be back! The rooms are basic and uninspiring, but I didn't spend all that much time in the room, so was very happy with the overall experience.

The service at this hotel is just super. From the moment we checked in, we received excellent service. We asked for a few items to be sent to the room - top sheet, an extra pillow and an extra luggage rack. Everything arrived within minutes. The Executive Lounge service was impeccable, especially Joshua who was so attentive to our tired needs! Other lounge attendants were friendly and helpful - Matouš and Natalya. Our room was very nice and clean. We highly recommend this hotel, especially due to its people!

We spent three nights in the Hilton Prague hotel while on a city break last week, and we had a fantastic stay overall. The hotel was beautiful, only a short walk to the old town, the decor elegant and luxurious, the room was impeccable, the breakfast buffet spread was as good as any, and most importantly the hotel staff was very professional and friendly, often going out of the way to help. Special thanks to the brilliant staff at the executive lounge where we spent a lot of lovely and relaxing time. There was one minor issue at the time of checking in but I attribute that to just our misfortune of ending up with the wrong individual while checking in, and while I feel duty-bound to mention it here for completeness, I won’t let the experience take anything away from 5 stars that I think the hotel deserves in all respects. We had booked through British Airways holidays, and out of two very similar packages with the same room type and same everything, we chose the more expensive one as it seemed like it was including the full buffet breakfast at a discounted price as part of an ongoing Hilton sale, that we had seen on the Hilton website. Since the wording was a bit ambiguous, we called the hotel a couple of days before travelling to make sure the full breakfast was included, and we were confirmed that was indeed the case. In fact we called twice, and were reassured two different people, so as to avoid any confusion on the the day. However, we were unfortunate to be checked in by someone called Nadia, who has to be by far the most uncooperative front desk person that we’ve ever run into in our 15 years of staying with Hilton all over the world. She was absolutely adamant that our package did not include the buffet breakfast. She didn’t show any willingness to listen to any reasoning that we presented, nor did she display any intent to look for a resolution by talking to any of her more experienced colleagues or seniors. Her single-point objective seemed to be able to establish that we did not have enough evidence to prove that we had paid for the breakfast in our package - even went to the extent of saying things like we should have noted the names of her colleagues we had spoken to etc when we had called earlier. In the end I had to ask to speak to her manager, and since he was with another guest at the time we went to our room saying we will catch up with him later. Evidently, she didn’t have the courtesy to pass on that message to him as we didn’t hear from anyone in the next hour or so, and had to reach out to the manager on duty (Victor) later in the evening, who sorted the issue promptly. I appreciate if she didn’t have the authority to override the system to sort out the issue, but it was her unfriendly, uncooperative and even skeptical attitude that was very annoying. It was the exact opposite of what you’d expect from a front desk person at a place like Hilton that is known for their friendly staff. However, as mentioned, the above incident was a complete outlier to the otherwise brilliant experience that we had during our stay at the hotel, and would take this opportunity to whole-heartedly thank the staff as well as the management for that.

Isaac and Caleb are awesome in the Hop House blues bar. Love the atmosphere. Hotel is top notch. Here with Viking cruises. They picked a great place. Grocery store and drug store next door. Layout is truly impressive. Wife is taking pictures of the lobby.
