An ideal location, between the historic Old Town and the business district, combined with great service at Hilton Prague. All of Prague’s major attractions and shopping centers are within easy reach and the airport is just a 25 minute drive away. From delicious cuisine and stylish guest rooms, to our health club and meeting facilities, you’ll find an impressive list of amenities here at the hotel. But, just don’t take our word for it – plan your stay and see why we’ve been awarded ‘Best Hotel in the Czech Republic’ for six consecutive years now.

I stayed here from May 17 to 20, 2026. It’s one of my worst experiences. I arrived around 1pm and Anastasia at the front desk told me the room is ready but I need to pay a fee for an early check-in. What is the point of not giving the room 2 hours earlier if it’s ready. Is it a Hilton policy? Nobody is smiling, they’re rude. I know Czechs are not popular with their friendliness, but this is a hotel chain. The roads around the hotel make it hard to walk through the Old Town.

Much larger than Old Town so more people but more amenities. Very nice Executive Lounge if you are a Hilton Member. Walking distance to many restaurants and on the river. The room was very comfortable.

The Prague Hilton Atrium is obviously a convention hotel and is probably the largest hotel in Prague, perhaps Czechia. What a pleasant surprise to find that a hotel this large can be this personal. There is literally something for everyone at this hotel and it's not overly crowded. Their outstanding breakfast buffet does get busy after 0800. But there are reminders in the elevators (the elevators, that's another great feature) of the busy times. The indoor pool is kept at 82F/28C and while not a junior Olympic size it is adequate for swimming laps. On the Lower Level is a Casio and if you go out the side doors from the LL there is a mall and grocery store (Alberts) right across the road. Walk through the small mall and you are at the Florenc Subway station. It's a short walk (about 12-15 minutes) to Old Town along the river should you decide to walk. I recommend that although all rooms appear to offer all the normal amenities, the Executive rooms are only slightly more and offer some features that the lower priced rooms do not. The Executive Lounge, on the 8th floor is a good place to grab a cup of coffee in the morning or a beverage in the evening. They offer a limited small bites selection from 1700-1900 everyday. One last comment, I was told by the hotel concierge desk that over 65 years old, with proof, does not need to pay for a Tram or Subway ticket. I didn't need one but don't try and ride a train to any other Czechia city without a ticket...they check all the passengers all the time.

Room was hot. We were told the room would cool to only 70, though the thermostat indicated it could go down to 62. We were told to open the window which produced light and traffic noise. The room was cramped with limited areas to un-pack stuff. The bathroom area had no shelf space and the toilet room was extremely small. We were not staying for the amenities or the atrium. Do not recommend

I had a very negative experience with Hilton Atrium Prague. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I was unable to travel, and I informed the hotel about this situation multiple times. One day before check-in, I was asked to send an email — I did, but received no response. On the check-in day, I called and was told they hadn’t seen the email and to send it again. I resent it, but again received no reply. The next day, I called the reservations department once more, and once again I was told to send an email — which I did, and once again got no response. Despite being repeatedly told “send an email, we will get back to you,” I never received any response. Only after the check-out date did I receive a standard email with no understanding or willingness to help. If I had been clearly told from the beginning that no assistance would be provided, I could have at least arranged for my friends—who were staying in another room that I also booked and paid for—to use the room I had fully paid for. This process clearly shows a serious lack of communication and guest relations management. My impression is that if you have a request with this hotel, you will be delayed, ignored, and ultimately left without a proper response. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this hotel based on this experience.
