Hilton Prague

All very good. No problems encountered. Received upgrade to the King Executive room with complimentary breakfast for Gold members. Executive Lounge generally ok. It preferred breakfast in main lounge as here are longer hours there. Ice cream also served at breakfast and on the one occasion an ice cream treat was had, it was delicious!! The lifts are fast and convenient and the location is excellent being very close to the Albert supermarket and a five minute walk to Underground, trams and buses.

My wife and I just spent a week at the Hilton Hotel in Prague and it was one of the nicest experiences we’ve had in a long while! The food was excellent, and the rooms were absolutely fantastic. We ate many of our meals in the hotel, and I can attest that they have the finest food service with great attention to detail. I was also very impressed with hotel security, the way that they kept a low-key presence in all public venues. I was particularly appreciative of Dominika Clara for her excellence service in the arena of Security. Susan and I look forward to going back there again in the near future. It is a fantastic hotel with a great location, about 20 minutes walk to the old town and also with great access to all public transportation. I was particularly impressed that in Prague if you are over 59 years of age there is no charge for any public transportation! Wonderful city with a rich history!

Our business event went nearly perfect. The place was amazing, clean, & the staff professional & accommodating. We especially enjoyed working with hotel security. They were friendly, professional, & always respnded promptly. Dominika went out of her way to serve our team.

Love the Hop House Team, Jack, Adam and Isaac. They made it a fun night. Food is good and reasonable. Highly recommend eating here if you stay at this hotel.

Our stay at this beautiful hotel was of exceptionally high standards from start to finish. Everything from the beautiful rooms, roof top bar, lovely pool to the delicious breakfast was perfect. What truly stood out, however, was Victor, the duty manager. His outstanding customer service was something we haven’t experienced in a long time. Very attentive and handled with professionalism. He made us feel valued and well looked after. Highly recommended.
