Hilton Prague

Our waitress Amy was fabulous!! She surprised me and my friends with delicious cocktails and found the perfect fit for each of us!! We were blown away at her knowledge and extremely friendly service. Amy is one of the most talented waitresses I have ever met.

I write to complement the concierge by the name of Michal OK thank you. Wonderful supportive, professional helpful just the best. Try to find him! He is value added to the Hilton I asked michal to make a dinner reservation. Great suggestions. Informative about the city. Helpful.

Our server was most attentive and knowledgeable in his job. He has excellent people skills and is polite, patient and intuitive in managing his responsibilities. He is both friendly and attentive to his customers needs. Your organization is lucky to have an employee of this caliber. He is an excellent representative of the Hilton brand. We have dined here specifically to have him be our server.

This was a lovely hotel with great amenities, the Gym and Pool were the best. Very much built for conferences. The rooms were a good size and their twin beds were the size of a double. The shower was really powerful and the right temperature. The breakfast was a little expensive but it was good quality and there was plenty of options. They also had a 24hr Café which was wonderful , coffees, teas and alcoholic drinks were served. There was an event roof top bar, so were were unable to visit. We also had a lovely meal in the restaurant. To get to the little town we took an Uber, we could have walked, it was about 20mins, it was just very easy getting an Uber. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Good experience, hotel is definitely huge and has all the facilities. Breakfast is amazing and fulfilling. Enjoyed our stay here. Only one thing to improve, we need to call them to get basic hygiene kits such as earbuds etc. Ideally basic hygiene products should be kept in the room.
