An ideal location, between the historic Old Town and the business district, combined with great service at Hilton Prague. All of Prague’s major attractions and shopping centers are within easy reach and the airport is just a 25 minute drive away. From delicious cuisine and stylish guest rooms, to our health club and meeting facilities, you’ll find an impressive list of amenities here at the hotel. But, just don’t take our word for it – plan your stay and see why we’ve been awarded ‘Best Hotel in the Czech Republic’ for six consecutive years now.

This hotel was an utter disappointment. In addition to being tired, dark and dreary, the staff was completely unresponsive (no one answered the housekeeping or even main line phone) so in order to get things like extra blankets, we had to go downstairs and stand in line with the people at check-in. But the worst part were the type of people standing around inside and outside - a lot of very young and boisterous people who were behaving very disrespectfully. I never would have booked this hotel but for it being part of an add-on to a Viking cruise.

Sami, Karimon and Adrian were attentive and quick. The food was delicious. Enjoyed the atmosphere in the pub. We recommend it

We're not long back from overall a nice stay here. Upgraded to an Executive Twin on the 7th floor with a view over the Vltava as Diamond. The twin beds were more like 2/3 doubles which was a nice surprise and they're nicely refurbished in recent years. Gift for us in the room of the beer tasting / wine in their restaurant or cocktails up on Cloud9 - the hotels cocktail bar on the top floor. Used the latter - there are some very tasty drinks to be had up there and addictive buttered popcorn! Breakfast a good spread, though varying quality. The Executive Lounge was a let down and I can see from Tripadvisor and elsewhere I'm not alone there. I remember the lounge being amazing when I last stayed pre COVID. On first glance the refurb is nice but feels slightly sterile, and I think smaller. I seem to remember some seating over on the city side of the building too instead of just the atrium side. The food was dire on both evenings. Some of the poorest I've seen in Europe. At first glance it looks like a half decent spread, then you realise they've just scattered 1 type of tiny sandwich on a variety of plates over a massive surface to give the illusion of variety. Cubes of cheap plastic cheese with no crackers or luxuries such as chutney or anything of the sort. 1 hot item in the form of vile, soggy tasteless battered veg of some sort. Nothing sweet that I could find outside of pretty bizarre cereal bar like things chopped up in a jar. So poor variety, and broadly speaking poor quality also. Safe to say it didn't spoil our dinner. Drinks selection still decent, though didn't try the wines. I'd stay again but certainly wouldn't pay for access to the lounge if it weren't for my Diamond card and even then I wouldn't rush up. Maybe that's the plan!
