An ideal location, between the historic Old Town and the business district, combined with great service at Hilton Prague. All of Prague’s major attractions and shopping centers are within easy reach and the airport is just a 25 minute drive away. From delicious cuisine and stylish guest rooms, to our health club and meeting facilities, you’ll find an impressive list of amenities here at the hotel. But, just don’t take our word for it – plan your stay and see why we’ve been awarded ‘Best Hotel in the Czech Republic’ for six consecutive years now.

Fabulous hotel. Breakfast is wonderful and the hotel is located so close to public transportation it’s so easy to get around. It’s also relatively close to Old Town (it is a walk but can be done).

Very disappointing experience at Hilton. For a five-star hotel, charging guests extra to use the spa feels unreasonable and completely against the luxury experience you would expect. Sadly, this left a bad impression, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Atrium Prague, very comfortable, clean room and great amenities. There was some work going on in the hotel during my stay but it was in the daytime and didn’t bother me at all. Staff were lovely and friendly, particularly Madeline on reception and Andre who cooked the eggs at breakfast. Felt very safe here as a solo female traveller too. There is a big bus tour bus which departs from outside the hotel doors and I found that a very convenient way to see all the sights especially as it was so hot 40during my visit. Both routes stop outside the hotel. You can still get your steps in when you hop off the buses to explore further. The pool was lovely for a refreshing swim but if you do pay in cash check your change as a 100Czk note I received back from my only note of 500Czk that I brought with me was apparently an old one with a silver thread and not a new one with gold thread, I found this out at the airport when I tried to use it, as I had used a bank card everywhere else. I donated it to a charity box there instead as the shop refused to accept it, so hopefully someone will benefit in the end. I would definitely recommend this hotel, it was great value. The breakfast was great and I got a good welcome. I thought it looked very impressive too and loved the lifts and how they operated. If I was returning to Prague, which I hope to do in the future, I would definitely stay here again.

For a hotel with a reputable name, the service is surprisingly shambolic. I've had better experiences at 4-star hotels, and they have a lot of work to do to meet proper luxury standards. Pros: Location: Superb central location near Old Town and public transport. Breakfast & Staff: Wide selection, tasty food, and very attentive restaurant staff. Comfort & AC: Generous room sizes and effective air conditioning throughout the property. Concierge: In-person concierge staff were fantastic and very helpful to foreign travelers. Cons: Check-in Frustration: Severely understaffed front desk led to 15-minute check-in queues. No Luggage Help: No bellboys available to assist with bags. Slow Elevator Access: Lifts are only on one side of the building, meaning long walks and 4–5 minute wait times. Unreachable Staff by Phone: Room service, reception, and housekeeping never pick up the phone (sat on hold for 15 minutes every time). I had to go to the lobby in person for basic requests. Bizarre In-Room Ergonomics: Safe is located at floor level at the bottom of a cabinet. Inconsistent Breakfast Rules: Uneven service between the two breakfast floors (e.g., chefs lower level refusing basic customization like salt, while upper level lacked full fruit selection).

Unfortunately there was a family convention taking place so it felt chaotic and noisey. So many parts of the hotel was out of bounds and private security not hotel staff were telling us where we could go. Breakfast would have been fine but again sent to different areas where one area did poached eggs and the next day telling us no poached eggs but the manager than apologised and then we had poached eggs. Sadly there were areas blocked off for a large family convention which meant there were no go areas. My husband asked to speak to the Duty Manger but he was not briefed and told us the outside area was available but it was not. He was very surprised himself. Managers were not informed properly of this and we had conflicting information. Sadly our stay was not brilliant. If the hotel staff were briefed properly we would have be informed better. Very, very disappointing for a supposedly a 5* hotel. Check when you book there are no large conventions. I am disappointed to have to leave a negative review but moving forward you need to hear the reality of a 5 night stay.
