Hilton Prague

We have just returned home following a five night stay at the Hilton Prague. WOW!! What a fabulously beautiful hotel which is absolutely spotless, has the most amazingly friendly, helpful and kind staff, and is in a superb location to visit the Old and New Town areas of Prague. We were blown away by the tasteful modern décor, which boasts a stunning atrium, the delightful revolving doors, and the fresh smell that permeates the air as you walk into the hotel. Our room was very spacious, modern, spotlessly clean, and the super king-sized bed was so comfortable. There is a kettle and sachets of coffee, cream, sugar and tea bags, an iron and ironing board, and so many other things that do indeed make this a four star hotel. We had breakfast everyday as part of our British Airways package, and we so so glad we did. We loved the food, there was a really good choice, something for everyone, wonderful service, and, again, kept spotlessly clean. On the day we arrived I had had an unfortunate accident on the plane which involved a load of hot chocolate spilling onto my white jeans, which was highly embarrassing, as it looked as though something else had happened! Thank goodness for the care of Pavel, Mariah, and Siba who work at the reception desk. They had so much empathy for me and did all they could to help me get cleaned up. Pavel was able to check us into our room early so that I could sort myself out, and I was so very grateful to them all. They, along with Ernest, who is one of the concierges, provided a service that was above and beyond our expectations, so friendly, kind, polite, helpful, and a joy to meet. I have to also say that every member of staff we encountered also worked hard and provided outstanding service for us, from the hard-working lad who empties the bins repeatedly every day, to the duty managers, we were treated with the utmost respect, kindness, and friendliness. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is considering a visit to Prague. Thank you so much for making our stay a really perfect one. Ken and Lorraine

I hope I am referring to the right business card! [SIMON REKATSINA] I was handed 2 business cards during my stay and my shout out is to the duty manager on the desk on 4th September 2025 around lunchtime. Ginger hair and about 30 years old approx. Hilton, he did you proud! The hotel is located on the Vlatva river about 1km from the Old Town amenities. There are hotels closer to the hustle and bustle of the goings on, but we would have been disappointed having seen their dated appearances. The Hilton Prague is modern, busy and clean. The staff are super friendly, well trained and helpful. It's a 2 minute walk to the river, which in my opinion is the safest and simplest way to walk to the Old Town. Public transport via Florenc Metro is a 5 minute walk. The yellow line is the best taking you from the airport to th every useful stop in the old town, new town and outskirts, stay on it to Zilkov and catch the 100 bus to the airport. a 72 hour travel pass that covered the Metro, Tram and Bus was just £11.60 Our arrival was met with some unexpected news. There had been an unplanned closure of the full wet area of the leisure facilities and this was going to affect our usage for our full four day stay. This was understandably frustrating and disappointing, having travelled from England to choose a hotel that was so highly rated because of the spa facilities. I've stayed at many hotels that would do nothing to compensate this loss, but Hilton Prague was quite the opposite. We were immediately upgraded to an executive room with more space; given full access of the executive lounge with free drinks throughout our stay; given a drinks voucher for the 9th floor Sky Bar and a meal for 2 in the Bistro with drinks. The Manager on duty xxxx was absolutely delightful with us and a credit to the Hilton name. Not only did he keep our custom when we were ready to walk out and ask for a full refund, he calmly, collectively and professionally but my frustration to satisfaction. He went out of his way during our stay to frequently ask how we were and if there was anything else he could do for us. We were treated very well. The breakfast was superb on every level, the beds were comfy and the whole stay couldn't have been better. Would love to return again. Another tip - Visit Republik Jazz Club on Jilska Old Town - The music is next to none I've ever heard. Thanks you from Dan and Dene in England

Excellent service in the executive lounge, so quick to help. Glasses and plates refilled before you even knew they were empty.

I had a heart warming experience meeting Mariah. she was so friendly and helpful that she made me feel that I would love to be her friend. she goes above and beyond to help you. Thank you Mariah for that wonderful experience!!
