Great stay

Beautiful city and good hotel
BIG hotel! Very well kept. Our room was comfortable. Things worked a bit different than in the US - but that is what make travel interesting. WIFI and TV were good and I could connect to my content without hassle. The included buffet breakfast was outstanding! Wide variety of standard items and local items all nicely presented and labeled. The staff was very helpful. The only thing odd was the very small isolated toilet room that had no towels or place for towels to dry your hands even though there was a small sink in the room. I would stay here again.

Excellent first class hotel with great staff. Loved Prague and would highly approve hotel.
We were on a Viking River Cruise and they booked us here. Couldn't have asked for a better hotel. Only issue was the power was 220 not 110, but we were able to live within that constraint, and the toilet was small but shower area was large. The rest of the room was large and comfortable. We enjoyed dining and beverages here although could have had more choices with meals, but we were good with what we ordered. The hotel was beautiful and first class. Beds were comfortable with easy access to our cruise bus that took us throughout Prague. Prague is a beautiful city and we would definitely return to Prague if possible. A little bit of language issue, but the staff definitely spoke English. There was plenty of staff in the restaurant. Patrick was exceptional and helped us throughout and very pleasant and personable. Olena helped us with checkout in the early morning hours. She made checkout easier and pleasant. She reviewed the charges prior to closing out the account which I felt was very good.

Amazing experience!
The service was truly exceptional, definitely a 5-star experience. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, and the hotel offered a wide range of activities and amenities to enjoy throughout our stay.
