I usually do not put down 5 star rating on hotel stay Review, but this time I am very happy to make an exception and rate my stay as 5 star. The hotel staff genuinely and warmly welcomed guests. Let me start with the wonderful check-in staff Annestacia and Peter and check-out staff named Pavel. The most enthusiastic luggage concierge named Pavel who anticipated the guest needs and went above and beyond to make guest have a memorable experience. The breakfast was fantastic with the additional bonus of two best ever breakfast staff named Aneta and Magdalina who are nothing short of asset to Hilton Hotel brand. I can say that both Aneta and Magdalina are quite Frankly Brand Ambassadors to the Hilton Hotel. The most polite and hardworking room cleaners keeping the room in exceptional condition. The pillows were exceptionally fluffy and that made sleeping so enjoyable. The hotel's walking proximity to the old town is a game changer. The location is on point with the Florenc train station and Palladium Shopping Mall next door. I will continue to stay at Hilton Prague Atrium whenever I am in Prague

Weekend conference. 30 mins from airport Check in was quick. Huge lobby area with glass roof.. let's in light during the day. Impressive Was on 6th floor Room.was clean and overlooked the lobby Separate bathroom and toilet Bit tight for space in toilet Walk in shower , large towels. Hairdryer/ iron / robes Needed key card to use lifts up and down Despite the large numbers of people handled the breakfast well My friend cannot use lifts. No access to stairs to bedrooms. Was told by staff no stairs ! She argued and had to be escorted to stairwell by staff which was ridiculous.. she was allowed to come down the stairs though with no escort ! Cloud 9 bar.. lovely views. Quite pricey but nice atmosphere Overall a great stay.

My flight was canceled, yet Hilton Prague Atrium offered no flexibility at all: they rejected my request to change the arrival date twice. I reached out five times trying to find a solution, but ended up stuck in a frustrating loop between booking.com and the hotel's support. They also wouldn't cancel my reservation. Mykyta in the reservations department was entirely unhelpful—no solutions offered and taking more than 10 hours to reply to messages. This ranks as the worst hotel experience I've encountered in years.

Upon arrival, I found the check-in experience somewhat disappointing. The front desk agent appeared unfriendly and did not provide a warm welcome. In addition, no information was offered regarding the hotel’s amenities or breakfast arrangements. I was simply asked for my credit card and passports, without any explanation of the charges being processed. It was unclear whether a pre-authorisation was being taken or if the full stay was being charged, and I later realised that the total amount had been charged immediately, which differs from my usual experience at most hotels but that’s fine. As no information was provided about breakfast, despite this being included as part of my Gold benefits, I asked how the breakfast arrangement worked as a Hilton Honors Gold member. I was then informed that my Gold benefits would not apply because I held Silver status at the time of booking. This was surprising, as I was not aware of such a policy and could not find any reference to it in the Hilton Honors terms and conditions. The front desk agent consulted with a manager, who reiterated the same explanation. I expressed my understanding that benefits are typically based on status at the time of stay, and that I would verify this with Hilton Honors directly. Following this, I was informed that breakfast would be provided on a complimentary basis. I would like to note, however, that this benefit should have been recognised as part of my membership entitlement rather than offered as an exception as this is simply part of my tier status benefit as a gold member.. Unfortunately, no apology was provided during this interaction, and the handling of the situation suggested a misunderstanding of the Hilton Honors programme by the hotel. Hilton Honors has since confirmed to me that benefits are determined by the member’s status at the time of the stay, not at the time of booking. During the stay, this issue appeared to continue, as we were not offered seating in the designated Gold and Diamond area at breakfast, and my membership status did not seem to be acknowledged. I did not raise this further as I wanted to enjoy my holiday and did not want to spend more energy on this. Overall, I found the check-in process to be slow and the service lacking in attentiveness and clarity. I also felt that my concerns were not fully acknowledged or addressed. This was disappointing, particularly as I have consistently had positive experiences with Hilton properties in the past. For comparison, during a subsequent stay at the DoubleTree Bratislava, my Gold status was recognised immediately at check-in, even though that booking had also been made while I held Silver status, which highlights the inconsistency in how my membership benefits were handled by the Hilton Prague. Maybe the front office team could do with some training about the Hilton Honors loyalty program. While I rarely raise complaints, I felt it was important to share this feedback. Only positive point was the comfortable room.
