An ideal location, between the historic Old Town and the business district, combined with great service at Hilton Prague. All of Prague’s major attractions and shopping centers are within easy reach and the airport is just a 25 minute drive away. From delicious cuisine and stylish guest rooms, to our health club and meeting facilities, you’ll find an impressive list of amenities here at the hotel. But, just don’t take our word for it – plan your stay and see why we’ve been awarded ‘Best Hotel in the Czech Republic’ for six consecutive years now.

Totally fine Hilton property. More of a business oriented hotel. A bit of a walk from the Prague we came to visit. Our honors gift was a single packet of nuts, lol. The executive lounge was pretty non-descript. Decent snacks and drinks and plenty of older travelers getting soused and cobbling together an early bird dinner from the freebies. Next time, I would stay near old town.

Very disappointed with housekeeping services. When arrived, bathrobe was unchanged from previous guest and took 2 days to change despite bringing this to the attention of staff. Bathroom was not cleaned for 3 days despite my constant complaints. Reception sent us bottle of cheap wine for the inconvenient. On morning of checking out housekeeping was knocking on my door at 08:20 asking when we are vacating the room. At 11 am lady from housekeeping used her key to open the room and enter without invitation telling us in Russian that it's time to go. Checking out time is 12 noon. Not mentioning it took 30 minutes to get checked in on arrival. Stayed in this hotel some 15 years ago, completely different experience. I have stayed in many hotels including various Hilton establishments around the world. This Hilton hotel should be branded as 3 star maximum.

Diamond members treated dreadfully, we arrived to building work and the bar closed. In addition the outside garden where the world football playing was closed also. We complained to the manager Pavel, who was beyond rude, we were told not our problem. Such a shame it’s a great hotel but badly let down by Pavel. He said we had already had an upgrade so we should be grateful, this is supposed to happen for diamond members? Not been spoken to so badly, we will not be back

**No personality, zero flexibility: A former favorite turned into a pure money printer** While the property itself is in a nice location, the management change has completely ruined the experience. The "welcome procedure" feels infantile—they loudly honor your loyalty status, but it has absolutely no practical outcome. Whether you are Gold or a Blue member, you are treated like a number. The front office staff is completely impersonal, a sentiment shared by many other guests during my stay. Their attitude is simple: come, pay, leave, and don't expect anything. Essential extra services that used to work flawlessly—like helping with a smooth departure or granting late checkouts—are completely gone. There is zero flexibility when travel plans change. The breakfast is an absolute disaster, resembling a mass chicken coop treatment rather than a hospitality service. They use separate areas like the bistro to balance the guest load, but the food availability there is abysmal and extremely limited. The staff doesn't even comprehend basic requests, like bringing a larger glass for juice. There are no excuses for this—equal treatment and full supply are easily possible on the ground level. This hotel has lost all of its personal signature. If you expect quality, a reliable service, and a smooth, supportive arrival and departure experience: steer clear. People will not continue to pay premium prices for basic things they get everywhere else as standard service. The current management is counting cents but losing customers.

The hotel is located in somewhat complicated road crossing, but all taxi drivers go there without any issues. The atmosphere of the hotel is truly unique: its huge atrium inside and smart elevators, two out of which provide clear view on the atrium provide fantastic experience. My room was very clean, looking fresh, housekeeping came on time (I stayed one week there), so I was very satisfied. My window overlooked the city, there was some construction going across the hotel, but it didn't bring as much disturbances as I expected. The only disadvantage is that the hotel was way overcrowded. However for me, as Hilton Diamond Member, there was a special quiet place reserved for breakfast, and I want to personally thank Ahmad from Seasons and all other team members who made every breakfast a very nice experience.
