Highly recommend. Great place to stay

Top notch hotel with excellent service. The staff is very helpful, fluent in English. The lobby is full.of palm trees with seating areas and tables. The pool/spa is one of the best indoor pools we've seen. Our room was basic, but had everything we needed. Location is right in old town, 5-10 minute walk to most places.

Amazing Christmas in the Hotel

NH collection Carlo IV receive us for the Christmas and we spend a lovely time in the hotel. Everything was glamorous, carefully arranged and beautifully made. The breakfast was monumental, I recommend to everybody. The restaurant/bar has live music every night , artists performing beautifully. The staff is gentle and very friendly, attentive, speak several languages . Thank you very much.

Its been a second time in this beautiful property. We ve got lucky to stay at Christmas time and experience truly warm hospitality Thanks to Anastasia for her guidance and support, Maria for her welcoming and assistance and all the incredible staff who made our stay perfect! ❤️ Hotel is stunning, historical building reminds of a palace, great location and lovely pool We will definitely come back again
