Hotel NH Collection Prague Carlo IV

We arrived to be quickly checked in and were given an upgraded room for our anniversary. The room wasn't the biggest but was lovely presented and the lovely Yosif arranged chocolates in the room on arrival. On our anniversary we came back from sightseeing to have some bubbly and more chocolates in the room. This just added to our special day. The breakfast was one of the best I have had, so much choice and the quality was excellent! All the staff were lovely, special thanks to Yosif! Would recommended for location too, 10 minutes walk into the centre. Would return- thank you

The hotel is in a fantastic location for walking around Prague. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The spa is a delight. Breakfast is extraordinary - so much variety. The lobby is a very pleasant and aesthetically-pleasing place to relax. Our room was spacious, clean and modern.

This hotel should get 6 out of 5 stars! The service, atmosphere, location - everything was to perfection. We especially loved the spa treatments. I had two of the best facials ever! The restaurant is top-tier. Excellent food and service. During my stay, I had an emergency with my blood glucose monitor. The manager immediately phoned the doctor who is affiliated with the hotel, who called in a new monitor to a hospital pharmacy. A taxi service that is contracted to the hotel took me to the pharmacy and the driver came inside and helped explain what I needed. Within an hour, I had a new monitor and everything was fine!

I had an exceptional experience at Hotel NH Prague. The service was outstanding — every staff member was professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the breakfast offered a great variety of fresh, high-quality options. Overall, everything from the service to the amenities exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back again.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in this acient buidling of a bank, which is at walking distance from the Old Town. The reception hall is marvellous, breakfast with lots of variety, and personnel very freindly. However, two or three times we had to draw the attention of the porter who was reading his phone. What disturbed me was the tiny size of the room (superior!) and the urgent need for repair in the bathroom. It looked a bit improvised and did not even have hooks for the bath gowns. All in all, beautiful, but overpriced (more than 300 EUR per night).
