I had a great time at the hotel. Got upgraded and loved the pool. It was big and really serene. The staff was so lovely and service minded. Josef in the reception and Rounal (may have written his name wrong) at the door was truly helpful. Really genuine people. Lovely breakfast and perfect location with short walking distance to Old Town. Would come back for sure!

We were guest at NH collection city center and went to the spa at Nh Prague Carlo iv The staff were so friendly and helpful and the treatment was beyond words. How you recommended to everyone who seeks a relax moment. Worth the price , and highly recommended

Great Hotel
Had a great 3 night stay at the NH Carlo IV. All the staff are very friendly, polite and spoke fantastic English. Too many too mention! The hotel was magnificent. The breakfast was excellent and we particularly appreciated the live soft background music being played whilst eating. Location was a great base for walking around the city. Only 20 mins to Charles Bridge. This is the first time we have stayed at a NH Hotel. Will most definitely book with the collection in the future.

Personalized Service Expected From a 5 Star Hotel
From arrival to departure the hotel staff were attentive to our needs. At breakfast which we decided to pay separately.. my wife was only interested in a coffee rather than full buffet as she generally has no or limited breakfast at best. When Jaroslav Sima heard this, he immediately offered Kathy the buffet experience complimentary… Although Kathy still just had her coffee, Jaroslav’s hospitality was greatly appreciated. His amazing level of service is what makes the hotel very special.
