Hotel NH Collection Prague Carlo IV

We had a short trip to Prague and chose this hotel for one night. To our surprise, we were selected as Guests of the Day! Our room was upgraded to a suite, we received complimentary buffet breakfast, and our parking was free. We also had access to the pool, although we didn’t bring any swimwear this time. Overall, it was a great experience. The staff were all very friendly and helpful — from the reception to the team assisting us with our car. Definitely a place we would recommend!

We stayed at the NH hotel for five nights, before our arrival we received exceptional service. We had several requests in advance, and the reception team handled each one quickly, professionally, and with impressive efficiency — truly outstanding service. Throughout our stay, we felt how dedicated the staff was to making our experience perfect. 24/7, everyone was ready to assist with anything we needed, always with a smile and genuine willingness to help. The breakfast was amazing rich, varied, and beautifully presented. You can even ask the chef to prepare special dishes from the morning menu, everything was fresh and incredibly delicious. The background music and live saxophone player created a wonderful morning atmosphere. The hotel facilities and spa were excellent, spotless, and very inviting, we spent quite a bit of time enjoying them. Our room was also fantastic , comfortable, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed. In summary: 1. The hotel staff does an outstanding job — truly exceptional service. 2. The hotel is beautifully maintained and spotless. 3. Breakfast is simply perfect, with personalized dishes and charming live music. 4. The hotel’s location is excellent — convenient, peaceful, and close to everything. An unforgettable experience — we will definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay at NH Hotel Prague. The guest relations team, doormen, reception staff and room service were outstanding extremely attentive, kind and always ready to help. Every detail felt well thought out, and the staff truly made us feel welcome. The breakfast was fresh, clean and delicious with plenty of choice. The spa area was comfortable and a great place to unwind after exploring the city. The location is offering easy access to the main sights while still being quiet enough to relax. Overall, a perfectly managed hotel with warm hospitality and great comfort. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Jet 2 holidays rate this hotel with 5 stars! It is not. Dirty carpets, chipped worn furniture. Air con that doesn’t work at all. On the staircase going up to the rooms one of the gripping bars to hold the carpet in place was loose and sticking out which was a trip hazard. We were supposed to have a superior room we changed rooms as the first room was dirty, a window high up so no view and it smelt of smoke. The second room they gave us was also sub standard I couldn’t wait to get home. Immigration in Prague took longer than the flight it was terrible!!! Saying this Jet 2 were great to travel with I would book a holiday with them again but maybe flight only.

We stayed at the NH Collection Prague Carlo IV in early December for the Christmas markets, and I honestly cannot recommend this hotel enough. I travel a lot, and this has to be one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It’s ultra luxurious, and the hospitality and customer service are truly above and beyond. From the moment we arrived, the staff did everything they could to make our stay memorable and special. A huge thank you to Eduardo, Lenka and Yousif for their extra care, they made such a difference to our trip. The breakfast was outstanding, with so many delicious options to choose from, and there was even live music which made the whole experience feel magical. The hotel itself is stunningly designed, looks like a place! If you can, I highly recommend booking a room in the Historical Wing. Ours was very spacious and had every facility we needed. The spa is another highlight. It’s beautifully designed with four jacuzzis, a steam room and a sauna. It was never crowded, which made it the perfect place to relax after exploring the Christmas markets. This hotel made our entire Prague experience feel like a fairytale. I would highly, highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. We can’t wait to come back!
