Elegant and affordable. Clean and friendly. Great food and drink.
We had an amazing four days stay at the hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. English was not a problem for anyone. The hotel has an interesting history and gorgeous architecture. It is right near the main trail and tram station, so we could go anywhere we wanted. Also, it is within a short walk to the old central Prague with a lot of attractions. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

best experience at an nh hotel in europe
from the first night at the hotel to the day i left my stay at the hotel was perfect. the welcoming & friendly staff, the stunning architecture, the vast array food at the breakfast buffet, the incredible spa & the cocktails at the lobby bar is what i expect of a 5 star hotel. this stay made my vacation in prague more memorable. i will definitely return & tell all my friends. the only negative is that room 412 was out-dated & dark.

Honey-weekend
We chose this hotel to spend the weekend after our wedding, and it was the best choice we could have made. Everything was perfect. We also received a complimentary gift and a room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. We were extremely happy with our experience. The breakfast was excellent and accompanied by live music (piano and harp). The rooms were very clean, and the spa was outstanding, although it requires advance reservation. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return.

excellent hotel in a perfect location
beautiful hotel close to both old & new town, specifically near power gate tower & estates theatre. the personnel from doormen, front desk agents, wait staff & spa staff were always welcoming & helpful - everyone always had a happy face! the buffet @ the restaurant as well as bar 1890 had various selections. an extra plus is that the plug by the bed had usb a & c sockets. room was nice and cool.

Low key luxury really nice atmosphere in historical building. Lots of complimentary treats :-) Breakfast open up at 7 - weekends So the charge of 30 euro for early bird ( croissant and Apple is not the best value :-) ) But everything Else was really Good. Excellent room service to
