Excellent service and a wonderful experience! We had a lovely experience at the restaurant inside NH Collection Prague Carlo IV. The atmosphere was elegant, the food was delicious, and the service made our visit truly special. Carlo IV has the feel of a classic European grand dame, with beautiful public spaces and a real sense of history. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean, and the breakfast was truly outstanding. What impressed us most, though, was the service. Every member of the team we encountered was warm, gracious and attentive, and management went above and beyond to accommodate us. Genuine hospitality from a first-rate team.

I honestly don’t know where to begin, because this hotel became so much more than just a place to stay for me. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed, cared for, and at home. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The architecture, the elegant details, the atmosphere, and especially the incredible pool and wellness area make it feel like you are staying somewhere truly special. Every corner has something beautiful to discover, and the entire hotel has this warm, luxurious feeling that is difficult to put into words. But what truly makes this hotel unforgettable is the people! Every member of the staff I encountered was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. You can tell that they genuinely care about the guests and about creating a wonderful experience. It never felt like just a job to them. The little conversations, smiles, gestures, and attention to detail made such a difference. I was staying in Prague for several days, and this hotel became one of the places I will remember most from my time here. There are certain places you visit that are beautiful, and then there are places that somehow become part of your memories. This hotel is definitely the second kind!
