Hotel NH Collection Prague Carlo IV

I recently stayed at the NH Collection Prague Carlo IV and the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional from start to finish. I booked this stay as a birthday surprise for my partner, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived the staff were warm, attentive and incredibly accommodating. They kindly allowed us to check in early and check out late, which made our stay feel even more relaxed and special. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble - they genuinely made us feel cared for throughout. One of the most unforgettable highlights was breakfast. It was without question the best breakfast I have ever had. The live saxophone music created such a unique and beautiful atmospher it’s a moment I will never, ever forget. It turned an already amazing meal into something truly magical. Every detail of our stay felt thoughtful and luxurious and it made the birthday celebration incredibly memorable. My partner was so impressed, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. Location was so close to the Old Square. Rooms were so lovely and clean. Thank you for such a special experience. I will never forget our time here.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel. They pay attention to details.

Great location, great rooms and overall a very nice hotel. Staff also very good. Only complaint is the breakfast being approx £25/30. SO overpriced. It’s a nice breakfast but go anywhere else in Prague for an equally good breakfast for a fraction of the price.

We stayed for three nights and entirly enjoyed it due to the suitable location, but definitely even more for the kind and professional service. However, the fantastic breakfast is worth being emphasized in particular being supported by live background musicians.

Our stay was amazing. The food was delicious, the room had everything we needded, and on tyop of everyting hotel staff, so helpful and friendly.
