Wonderful hotel
Recently stayed at NH Collection Prague Carlo IV and had a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with an opulent lobby, a lovely spa and a great pool. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city. Special thanks to Yosif in guest relations, who was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and to Edward, who checked us in and couldn’t have been more accommodating from the moment we arrived in the taxi to the time we reached our room. Would definitely recommend this hotel

I would like to thank Yosif, Christina, Arten, Daria (Service), Alex (Spa). From check-in to check-out, amazing customer service. Total assistance, tips & guides about Prague. Personally I would rate this hotel 5 star. Its location, structure makes its history live thru its undeniable superb guest relations and customer service. This experience will be one for the book to make sure I will come back where it feels like home. Once again, thank you so much!

Perfect stay
The hotel is in a beautifully restored, historical building, the lobby area is amazing, staff and services on a highest level. Perfect location close to the train station and the old town. Simply the best choice in Prague.

3 Nights in Carlo IV Suite (1200 sq ft)
Very dated, A/C was almost non-existent - worked on it several times, problems with Wi-Fi Staff was top-of-the line, Spa was nice but crazy rules that you must make an appointment to use pool. There was 2 people in whole spa and we had to make an appointment for 15 minutes later and just sit there..........? no one came or left while we did
