Hotel NH Collection Prague Carlo IV

My family stayed at this wonderful hotel in June. We chose the hotel because of the location and beautiful pool. Before arriving, I emailed with Yosif Mitkov from Guest Relations, who couldn't have been nicer. On checking in, we found that we had been chosen as the "guest of the day," which meant that we were upgraded to a palatial suite in the 19th century section of the hotel and treated to breakfast the entire length of our stay. Everything was perfect. The pool and room were beautiful, the breakfast was excellent, and everyone was incredibly helpful and nice. I definitely recommend staying here and look forward to visiting again. Thank you especially to Mr. Mitkov!

The hotel is not worth the price. The rooms are clean, but they are old, and there is no smart TV. There was a spider in the breakfast buffet.

I rate this as THE best hotel I have ever stayed in (and I stay in a lot of European Hotels). The service is always first-class, the food is superb, and the facilities and hotel location are exceptional.

A special thank you to Martin, the bellman, who was incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. He made us feel truly welcome and made our stay even more enjoyable.
