The location of this hotel is perfect. So close to the old town square. The hotel itself0 is quirky...all rooms are different. We were in Room 104 and had no complaints the decor is regal and the cleanliness is second to none. Staff are friendly and professional. Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice. If I was returning to Prague I would not hesitate to stay here again.

I stayed here for three nights. The hotel is lovely, very clean and staff were pleasant. Upon arrival we got upgraded which I am very grateful for. The room was massive and came with mini fridge, big bathroom and all the essentials you’d need. I did not use the dining here however the restaurant on site looked lovely! Would stay here again. Thank you 😊

Very nice room - clearly 5 points. Breakfastroom is much too small and crampt, for us the reason not give a higher ranking. Also the breakfast menue does not fit the standard. The hotel however is perfectly situated in the old town.

Beautiful hotel , location right in the Old Town . Unwelcoming front desk especially the man named melan we dealt with on the reception upon arrival was not helpful at all and rude ,and another woman who was working during breakfast time name Veronica was not helpful and rude as well. It is not good with your guest to have this kind of people working in your hotel and restaurant.

Stayed here with my wife at end of January. Hotel and rooms are beautiful and in a perfect location a short walk from the main town square. We had booked a junior suite and were originally allocated room 9. The room was well decorated and fairly large and spotlessly clean. However it was at ground level and literally next to a busy street so we were kept awake by loads of noise through the early hours. We asked to swap rooms the next morning and the hotel moved us to 316 which was another gorgeous room up on the third floor and subsequently much quieter. The breakfast was really good with pretty good choices of hot and cold food. Also had lunch in the restaurant one of the days which was also very good. Staff were helpful and professional if not particularly friendly Would definitely recommend this hotel for couples traveling to Prague as long as you avoid rooms 8 and 9.
