The overall experience was excellent. The decor of the hotel was stunning and filled with gorgeous paintings, ornaments , gorgeous furniture and plants, fantastic lighting - everything sparkling clean. Rooms spacious, beds very comfortable and bathroom facilities great. Restaurant absolutely brilliant. Staff all very friendly and helpful. There was a problem with air conditioning, but fans provided and moving room was an option. I can honestly say best city centre hotel experience I have ever had.

Location perfect. All Staff very welcoming & friendly. We had a wonderful Suite 302. Milk readily available on request. Breakfast lovely. Restaurant very reasonably priced and definitely worth a few visits. We will be returning & highly recommend this Hotel. Irish bars overpriced. Beautiful City to visit. Negative point: Bottled Water should be provided in room/suite daily and not charged.

The hotel is located minutes away from the astronomical clock and Charles bridge. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The courtyard and restaurant and a picture perfect place to relax. We loved that we were upgraded on check in and the room was fabulous.

We really enjoyed our stay but be aware, there are delinquent money changers. The top bill is real but the rest are fraudulent. The typical restaurants are great and there are many International restaurants in the area. I loved the Trdelnik.

Will keep it short : Location :Perfect Service : The front desk couldn't do enough ; the concierge needed to pop a smile on his face (very serious) Room:stunning. Food: Good ...constructive criticism is put a cover (transparent) over meats and cheeses a number of flies present, also some members of staff at 10am when the buffet was being removed were openly eating from the left overs (all staff perhaps do this but discretion? Maybe remind them it is a 5 star) Replenish milk and toilet rolls ..it isn't good if you have to ask ... These may seem like small things, but if you're a 5 star 🌟 then they need addressing. Breakfast staff .. some worked, and 1 didn't forcing the ones who did to do their work .. Would we stay again .. yes, in the right room
