Booked via Love Holidays, and the first thing to comment was the cost, 2 adults and 2 under 18’s, flights and then an amazing hotel suite was 1200 GBP which included breakfast for 3 nights. The hotel is in a fantastic location in Old Town Prague, a couple of minutes walk to the main square and about 10 minutes to Charles Bridge. The staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Good service all round, from the front desk to how well the rooms are maintained and the whole place presented. We stayed in a Goliath Suite, 2 rooms, the main one having a four poster bed, a good bathroom with jacuzzi bath, spacious, ornate and decent aircon seeing as it was topping 30+ degrees each day. Breakfast was the usual buffet style with a very good selection of food options and drinks included as part of the stay. You could also order for extra cost more options from a breakfast menu, but the buffet was enough for us. The room had a coffee machine and a well stocked fridge if we had wanted to buy anything further. The room was serviced daily, fresh towels etc, never a complaint. Attached to the hotel is The Deer restaurant and bar, sensibly priced in both. The bar is well stocked with a fantastic selection of drinks and bar staff are brilliant. We did try the restaurant and I can not over stress that it is a must try, the food is amazing and I think very reasonably priced considering the quality and choice you get. Simply put, we will be going back to Prague, we will stay at this hotel and will eat at the restaurant. Brilliant location, lovely staff, great value for money.

The whole process of booking as well as arranging transport from the train station was handled in a totally efficient and friendly way. When we arrived, our room was upgraded and we really enjoyed our stay for three nights. The accommodation was superb and the breakfast was everything that anyone could want. The location is very central and it is easy to get to all the sights and also the tram stops and underground station. If ever we come back to Prague, this will be our first choice.

Well looked after hotel, in a central location of old Prague. less than 5 minute walk to the astronomical clock and old town square. good sized rooms the staff are very courteous, and there are always people sweeping, cleaning or polishing the public areas of the hotel. breakfast was typical continental Europe offering, buffet style. the hotel itself is sprawling as it is clearly 2 or 3 buildings that have been joined and added over time. the few times we needed to liaise with reception they were polite and professional and always helpful.

The overall experience was excellent. The decor of the hotel was stunning and filled with gorgeous paintings, ornaments , gorgeous furniture and plants, fantastic lighting - everything sparkling clean. Rooms spacious, beds very comfortable and bathroom facilities great. Restaurant absolutely brilliant. Staff all very friendly and helpful. There was a problem with air conditioning, but fans provided and moving room was an option. I can honestly say best city centre hotel experience I have ever had.

Location perfect. All Staff very welcoming & friendly. We had a wonderful Suite 302. Milk readily available on request. Breakfast lovely. Restaurant very reasonably priced and definitely worth a few visits. We will be returning & highly recommend this Hotel. Irish bars overpriced. Beautiful City to visit. Negative point: Bottled Water should be provided in room/suite daily and not charged.
