The hotel was lovely as is Prague. Very clean, great ambience, well decorated and a great spot on the map. My only complaint is, as a coeliac, most of the food on offer for breakfast wasn't labelled so I didn't know what some things were, those that were labelled had no allergen information at all. As I am pretty savvy, having worked as a cook, this wasn't a massive problem for me and at the end of the day my condition isn't life threatening, however if it was a life threatening allergy then it's a game changer. The staff didn't seem to be very knowledgeable about what coeliac disease was.

A fabulous old world hotel . The rooms are out of this world. Tastefully decorated throughout. Being nearly Christmas, the Christmas decor was fabulous. The staff on the whole were friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend staying here . Especially at Christmas time.

Thank you, Daniel! Went to Prague for a three day break. First morning, came across this restaurant & sat outside as it was a fine morning. We ordered brunch. Great variety. Very tasy. Value for money. More importantly was our server, Daniel who was courteous, witty, kind & attentive. A great gay, & one of the reasons we returned for breakfast a second day.

This hotel is in a fabulous location, near Old town Square, the astronomical clock and Charles bridge. It's a very pretty hotel and some of the staff are lovely and helpful however..... some staff are rude. We stayed in room 101 after specifically asking for a quiet room. This was not the case at all. The room was right above the dining room and kitchen and we were kept awake every night until around midnight and again at 5am with the staff cleaning and then setting up for breakfast. The thermostat in the room was set to 24.4 degrees and we weren't able to adjust it as it was controlled centrally so we opened the window but we couldn't do this overnight due to the noise from the kitchen and restaurant. The hairdryer didn't work properly and kept overheating. Reported to reception but nothing was done. Tv only had 1 working channel. Just be wary of the room allocation
